At Casinomeister, we’ve been an advocate of fair play since 1998 so you can rest assured we don’t endorse just anyone. We only back operators who are licensed, regulated, and have passed our no-nonsense vetting process. Gamble responsibly, know the rules, and make sure you’re of legal age in your country.

    Casinomeister's Verdict

At the base level, BeonBet has all the strong points of the usual offshore casino: decent bonus selection with mostly fair terms, a broad selection of games, plenty of payment methods (including various e-wallets and cryptocurrencies), and a generally good UX, at least on desktop.

Mobile users won’t have a good time as the mobile site is quite clunky, but our biggest issues with the casino were the restrictive withdrawal limits and the complaints track record of sister casinos — BeonBet’s complaints policy is quite dubious, and some sister sites are veritable minefields with tons of unresolved complaints. This is alarming, even if most casinos operated by this group seem legit.

That said, we must recommend caution to anyone who chooses to deposit here, and don’t forget you can always raise issues or just share your experience in the forum. For more details, see our full BeonBet casino review below.

No record of major issues at Casinomeister. Licensing is Curaçao GCB, which is mildly promising but their ADR process is in a great state of flux so complaints might be a little complicated. Speaking of Complaints, their ADR policy is a bit disturbing as they tell players “The current ADR provider can be accessed at: [email protected]” with no explanation of who that is or what their credentials are. It could be anyone who created a Proton account. That’s quite possibly worse than having no dispute resolution policy at all. We’d advise players to proceed with great caution and be aware that the given dispute resolution procedure gives zero confidence that player issues will be handled responsibly.

    Pros

    • Solid selection of bonuses with fair terms

    • Extensive game library

    • 20+ payment methods

    Cons

    • Low monthly withdrawal limits

    • Spotty responsible gambling and complaints track record

    • Bad mobile UX

    BeonBet Casino Bonuses and Promotions

BeonBet has a decent selection of bonuses, and that’s always good to see. The terms are largely fair, too, as the wagering requirements start at 40x the bonus amount and actually get progressively lower with subsequent bonuses included in the welcome package.

Overall, it’s a solid variety of casino bonuses, but remember to read the terms carefully before claiming, as there can always be dealbreakers. For example, non-slot games are excluded from wagering, and there’s a number of titles that either have lower wagering contribution or are restricted from bonus play entirely.

    VIP and Loyalty Programs

Like most online casinos, BeonBet has a VIP program that allows players to unlock extra benefits. There are a total of 5 levels, and starting with Level 2, you can get a personal account manager, increased weekly cashback, and increased withdrawal limits. There are also special offers that you might get monthly or weekly, depending on your level.

There are only two real issues with this VIP program:

    1. No transparency with how progression works. Ideally, a casino should share how much you need to wager to get to a certain level, but not these guys.
    2. The “increased withdrawals limits” are either a joke or outdated. At Level 5, it says you can only withdraw a maximum of €5000 per month, which is half the default withdrawal limit. This is either a mistake or set up based on older, more restrictive limits. Either way they need to get their house in order.

All in all, the VIP program is there, but it’s nothing special. If only they were transparent about how much money you need to spend for some of these “benefits,” we could potentially see it as worthwhile, but it is what it is.

    Banking & Payment Methods

BeonBet has a solid set of payment options. You can deposit using Visa, Mastercard, Rapid Transfer, Revolut, CashtoCode, Flexepin, PaysafeCard, Neteller, Skrill, MiFinity, Interac, and bank transfer. If you prefer crypto, they support Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Solana, Cardano, Tron, XRP, Chainlink, Dogecoin, Binance Coin, Tether, and USD Coin. It should be more than enough variety to have everyone covered.

Withdrawals are also fairly fast, and cashouts are usually processed in no longer than 24 hours — with the exception of bank transfers, of course. A major caveat, however, are the withdrawal limits. They’re set at only €10000, which is really on the low of the low end.

BeonBet also has a simple KYC process in place that they carry out before withdrawals can be accepted. Players can start the process on their own at any time through the Verification tab on their profile page. You only need to submit a personal ID and a selfie at first, but the casino reserves the right to request other documents at their discretion.

    Responsible Gambling

Apart from the usual definitions, the responsible gaming page at BeonBet is a bit sparse. In terms of useful tips, there’s a brief list of common pieces of advice to help people play responsibly, some external help links (which could be more prominent), and an explanation of what self-exclusion is and how to activate it.

There are no additional responsible gambling tools apart from this, which is disappointing but not unexpected, given the jurisdiction. The Curaçao Gaming Control Board only requires operators to offer self-exclusion, but there are many online casinos that go out of their way to offer extra tools like short-term cool-off, financial limits, and more.

    Customer Support at BeonBet

If you need to get in touch with BeonBet support, you can do so via the usual channels: email, contact form, or live chat. As is tradition, the live chat is the safest bet, and we got connected to agents instantly whenever we reached out.

Our experience was predominantly positive, as agents answered our questions quickly and accurately. We got precise information and they cleared up some terms-related stuff we pretended to be confused about, so it was a pleasant surprise overall.

There isn’t much in terms of support resources apart from this. There’s an FAQ section so short, it might as well not be there, and it even gives some information that’s no longer accurate. We’ll leave you with the following highlight to illustrate just how useful it is:

    BeonBet Casino Experience and Features

Many casinos today try to stand out with the help of some sort of prominent theme or creative design features, and BeonBet isn’t one of them. The name sounds like gibberish, the graphics are just generic gambling motifs like treasure chests and slot reels, so there’s nothing really memorable about the casino at all.

On the bright side, the site is quite functional. It follows a more-or-less standard organization scheme: account in the upper right, navigation sidebar on the left, search and subcategories on top. The layout will be familiar to seasoned players and intuitive for newbies, so no complaints there. We wish the search function were a bit more powerful, but it’s not really any worse than most Curaçao-licensed sites, as you might have seen from our other online casino reviews.

Now, while we were mostly satisfied with the experience on desktop, we can’t say the same for mobile. There are literally no optimizations made for the mobile version of the site — it’s just the desktop UI cramped awkwardly into a smaller screen. It can get the job done, but it’s far from the ideal mobile casino experience.

    Brand games

    BeonBet Casino Game Providers

BeonBet features a strong lineup of over 80 game providers: Pragmatic Play, Play’n GO, NetEnt, Spribe, Red Tiger, Spinomenal, Amusnet, and many other major providers are present. If you’re hoping to try something new or find a specific brand, you can easily filter games by provider and see exactly how many games they have on offer.

    BeonBet Slots

You won’t be starved for variety at this casino, as it hosts thousands of slots across a number of categories. You can browse popular, new, or top-rated games for some good picks if you have no preferences in mind. If you do, you can also limit your selection to several “collections”, including jackpots, high volatility games, bonus buys, tournaments, and more.

That said, the slots are easy enough to browse, though the search function is not exactly state-of-the-art. We’ve had many casinos that let you filter games by type, theme, provider, and more, so there’s still room for improvement.

    Live Casino

Something we don’t like seeing is the live casino bunched together with slots, and that’s exactly what BeonBet does. Live dealer games are found under one subcategory, with no way to focus on specific types of live games, such as blackjack, baccarat, roulette, etc. This is a real shame, especially since the live casino features some smaller live game studios but makes it more difficult to find their games.

At the end of the day, you can easily browse different types of games from the provider’s live lobby (accessible after booting up a game) but this may be a bit counterintuitive, especially for new players. It’s not peak UX, but it’s manageable.

About the BeonBet Team and History

BeonBet is one of the newest casinos operated by Fortuna Games N.V., having launched recently in 2025. Though the casino itself is too new to have any real history, the operator is running upwards of 15 brands at the moment, some of which have been around longer. The most prominent one is Casoo Casino, which has been around since 2019.

Now, going over Fortuna Games’ portfolio, it looks like a minefield. Some of their brands (like the aforementioned Casoo) have been steadfast for years. Others, like Casino Joy or JettBett, seem to be ignoring complaints left and right.

That said, while BeonBet seems to have stuck to the straight and narrow so far, it’s still too early to tell how they’ll fare in the long run. If you deposit here, tread carefully, and be sure to raise any issues in the forum, and we’ll twist their arm and see if they’ll play nice.

If you’re worried about playing at Gray Zone casinos such as this one, we recommend taking a look at Accredited casinos instead. These sites have been thoroughly vetted by Casinomeister and the forum community, so there’s no need to worry about any shady stuff.

    Complaints and Track Record

We’ve had no complaints about BeonBet and nothing notable about sister casinos here at Casinomeister, though as mentioned above, other complaints services tell a much different story.

So far, BeonBet itself has had some routine complaints on other sites: delayed withdrawals, KYC issues, and spotty self-exclusion. We can’t really tell if it’s deliberate on the casino’s end, but they seem to be sufficiently responsive. Or, they seem to cave as soon as a legitimate ADR gets involved. But as Max mentioned, their complaints policy hardly inspires confidence, so remember that Casinomeister offers a complaints resolution service if you run into problems.

And as mentioned before, the biggest red flag here is that some of the operator’s brands have accumulated dozens of unresolved complaints. It doesn’t seem to be the case with most of them, but if there are bad apples in the basket, anything is possible, so exercise due caution.
