BiggerZ Casino Review
Crypto-first casino with a solid game library and a decent VIP program
Casinomeister's Verdict
BiggerZ is a crypto-oriented online casino that launched in early 2025, and it left a good impression on several fronts. The game selection is solid, with over 50 providers, they accept most leading altcoins for deposits, they have a simple and transparent VIP Club, and even a full set of responsible gaming tools that includes financial limits, session limits, and time-outs.
It wasn’t all sunshine and rainbows though, as the bonus terms are often left somewhat dubious, the browsing experience is as basic as it gets, and customer support is absurdly slow, with no live chat option. Most importantly, the casino has only been around for a few months at the time of writing and has no sister casinos, so there’s no track record to judge them by. At this point, they could be perfectly legitimate or just waiting to go rogue, it’s anyone’s guess.
That said, we recommend caution to anyone who decides to play here, at least until they have time to carve out a reputation for themselves. See our full BiggerZ casino review below, and be sure to share your experiences in the forum if you play here.
Simple and transparent VIP program
From the Desk of Max Drayman
Looking into this casino, there’s not much to go on. It’s a fairly new operation, no real complaints track record, and no sister casinos to judge them by. We can’t draw any conclusions for now, so these guys will be seated comfortably in the Gray Zone until we have a strong reason to believe they deserve to be bumped up or down. As always, exercising a healthy dose of caution is warranted with any Gray Zone brand.

BiggerZ Casino Bonuses and Promotions
BiggerZ Welcome Bonus
The welcome offer at BiggerZ is a first deposit match: 150% up to 1500 USDT. The wagering requirement is 40x the bonus amount and it has to be completed within 14 days, so it’s pretty much your standard welcome bonus with a generous match.
There’s little to note in the terms other than bonus buys being prohibited, and non-slot games all having only a 5% wagering contribution. As always, be sure to read the terms carefully yourself before claiming the bonus, as they’re always prone to change.
No-Deposit & Free Spins Offers
At the time of writing, BiggerZ doesn’t have any no deposit bonuses or free spins offers, though they do have daily rakeback (5%), as well as weekly cashback (up to 500 USDT) and monthly cashback (up to 1000 USDT). The cashback bonuses are a bit weird since they don’t actually call them cashback or share what percentage of your losses are refunded.
Apart from that, they also have a 50 USDT referral bonus, a prize wheel and lootboxes you can activate daily by depositing at least 20 USDT, with a chance to win cash or free spins. We’re not huge fans of such dubious offers but hey, if you’re going to make a deposit anyway, might as well give it a spin. Just remember to play responsibly and don’t chase these prizes in the hopes of some huge win.
VIP and Loyalty Programs
BiggerZ has a 6-tier VIP Club: Tiny, Prime, Supreme, Titan, Empire, and BiggerZ. Upon reaching a tier, players get a level-up bonus and unlock new benefits: free spins bonuses, bonus money, and increased weekly cashback, although it’s a bit underwhelming. You only get a 1% increase with each level, up to 10%, and even at the final level it still has a 20x wagering requirement.
On the upside, BiggerZ is completely transparent about how much money you need to wager to get to each level, and that’s always a welcome sight. No vague promises or convoluted calculations necessary. Overall, the BiggerZ VIP program is solid, even if the rewards could be a bit better.
Banking & Payment Methods
BiggerZ is primarily a crypto casino, with a few fiat deposit options for certain jurisdictions. You can deposit and withdraw Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Ethereum, Litecoin, Dogecoin, XRP, Cardano, Binance Coin, Tron, Tether, USD Coin, and Solana. It’s about as good of a selection as you can expect from a crypto casino today. In addition to this, the casino supports Interac for Canadian dollars, UPI for Indian rupees, and MPay for Turkish lira.
In terms of withdrawals, the situation could hardly be better: there are no payout limits, and withdrawals are normally processed within 24 hours, including weekends. You only need to wager your deposit once for a fee-free withdrawal, but there’s an 8% fee if you don’t.
Finally, the casino’s policy doesn’t outright state that KYC is mandatory, just that they reserve the right to conduct verification checks prior to withdrawals. You can submit the required documentation at any time through your account page, including the proof of identity, proof of address, and proof of ownership of your payment method.
Responsible Gambling
Despite a weak licensing jurisdiction, BiggerZ offers a great set of responsible gambling tools for players to take advantage of. These include:
- Deposit, wager, and loss limits,
- Session limits,
- Cool-off periods, and
- Self-exclusion.
The only nitpick we have is that these features are accessible only via your account page and the Help Centre, and they’re not mentioned anywhere on the home page or the footer of the site. They’re not exactly hiding these tools, but some extra exposure would be preferred.
Customer Support at BiggerZ
If you want to reach customer support at BiggerZ, you can do so via contact form or email. They advertise “24/7 live support” but they don’t actually offer a live chat.
This would be a big downside, even if the email response times were fast, but they aren’t. When we reached out via email, we got replies about 48 hours later, which is insultingly slow for a casino that only offers email support. The answers weren’t that helpful either, and if they don’t understand your question, get ready for a few days of back-and-forth.
Apart from this, BiggerZ has a Help Centre with a lot of useless fluff and some useful questions, but it’s nothing to write home about. At the end of the day, support is one of the major weak points for this casino.
BiggerZ Casino Experience and Features
The design language at this casino is loud and bombastic, with tons of flashy graphics (mainly generic gambling motifs). Despite this, it’s surprisingly clean and easy to navigate, as all the most important sections of the site are always accessible through the side bar.
In terms of functionality, it’s a bit basic, as there’s only a title-based search feature with no useful filters apart from game provider and the casino’s premade categories. You can mark games as favorites and see a log of all the games you played, but that’s about it as far as the browsing experience goes.
On mobile, the experience is less ideal, since the visual clutter does get a bit “too much” on a smaller screen. The games work well, so there’s that at least. Also, as per time-honored tradition, they advertise a non-existent app that’s just a home screen shortcut for the mobile site.
Brand games
BiggerZ Casino Game Providers
The BiggerZ lobby is home to games from over 50 software providers. As you’d expect, all the staple names are there, including Pragmatic Play, Play’n GO, Spinomenal, BGaming, and others. There’s also a bunch of lesser known providers if you’re hoping to try something new or just prefer having options.
BiggerZ Slots
The casino features over 4500 slots, which makes for great diversity. Sadly, actually finding games to play isn’t as easy. All the slots are bunched together under the Slots category, with no way to filter them based on mechanics or themes. It’s not a problem if you know what you’re looking for, but if you want to browse and find something specific to play, scrolling through thousands of slots is hardly the ideal way to do it.
Live Casino
As above, there’s a great selection of live games, primarily from Pragmatic Play Live and Evolution. However, live dealer games are sorted into several categories (blackjack, roulette, baccarat, etc.) but they’re bunched together with virtual table games, so the browsing experience is lacking here too. Of course, this affects virtual table games more than live games since you can always go to the operator’s live game lobby. Still, it feels very sloppy and rushed.
About the BiggerZ Team and History
BiggerZ launched in early 2025, and it’s currently the only casino operated by CDK Play Inc SRL. The operator holds an Anjouan license (no. ALSI-202504023-FI1), which is currently one of the weakest in the industry. Combined with the fact this is the first and only casino run by the operator for now, it’s uncharted territory.
So far, we have no reason to believe BiggerZ is a scam operation but also no strong evidence to the contrary either. For the time being, they’re as Gray Zone as they come. If you play here, please share your experience in the forum.
Complaints and Track Record
As per above — new casino, no complaints at Casinomeister, no complaints we found elsewhere, and no sister casinos to look into. We have nothing to go on here, and if you run into an issue, it’s impossible to anticipate how it will turn out.
If you play here, we advise a healthy dose of caution. And if you’d prefer a 100% reliable casino approved by our community, check out one of our Accredited sites instead.
