Bitcasino.io is a crypto-focused casino thatâs been around for over a decade now, and they were also briefly Accredited in 2025. They do a lot of stuff right: thousands of games, powerful search features (including RTP), a solid selection of supported cryptocurrencies, no limits on withdrawals, and some of the best support weâve seen in a while.
Of course, Bitcasino.io isnât without its drawbacks, the most prominent being the lack of responsible gaming tools other than self-exclusion. A year ago â January 2025 â Bitcasino.io kicked off their bid to become Accredited at Casinomeister and successfully completed that process two months later. There havenât been any serious problems other than the fact that their rep situation was problematic from the start: they had apparently farmed the rep job out to a 3rd party who had no real power and could only act as a messenger back to the casino. Needless to say everything related to player issues moved unacceptably slowly and with no real enthusiasm from the casino. That arrangement became unsustainable as player issues piled up and the rep-for-hire finally cashed in his chips in December. The casino has since confirmed that they will not be appointing a new rep and our only point of contact with them will have to be the general Support channel. This is a direct violation of the Accredited Casino Standards and as such the Accreditation will be removed effective immediately (Jan 2026). Unfortunately the same will apply to their other property, Sportsbet.io.
