CandyBet Casino Review
A fairly new casino with 25+ payment methods
Casinomeister's Verdict
Despite being a freshly launched platform (it went live in 2025), CandyBet Casino is already shaping up nicely.
They’ve already got 25+ payment methods, no caps on withdrawals, and a decent mix of RG tools. Still, they are a bit rough around the edges, especially in terms of the number of software providers they teamed up with, and their fairly high minimum withdrawal threshold.
If you’re fine with the trade-offs, CandyBet Casino could be worth checking out. In case you’ve already done that at some point, share your two cents on our forums.
No withdrawal cap
From the Desk of Max Drayman
As part of the Fin Tech group, this casino shares very much the same as issues as their other casinos: the plus side is very low complaints rates to date, though many of these casinos are quite new; the downside is they are typically licensed in Anjouan, which is not a robust licensing jurisdiction (meaning players will often find it difficult getting support from the licensing body).
There is also the issue of Complaints resolution, which is very unclear: the casinos say “If the dispute is not resolved on the casino management level, you can contact any independent body, gaming authority, or the licensing regulator listed on the Website” and they made no such listing available to date. The group has either overlooked their follow-though on this, or they are simply neglecting to do so. Either way the end result is that players with troubles are at the casino’s mercy. As the man said “you got to ask yourself: do I feel lucky today?”

CandyBet Casino Bonuses and Promotions
The bonus section at CandyBet Casino is nothing cutting-edge, but you’ll probably find something that’ll be good enough for you. They’re running a seasonal casino bonus, a matched deposit offer, cashback, and a no-deposit free spins offer. The no-deposit option, though, comes with an additional requirement — you’ll need to join their Telegram channel first, get a promo code from there, and claim the FS 24 hours after creating an account at CandyBet.
VIP and Loyalty Programs
We’d love to say we’ve totally figured out CandyBet Casino’s VIP scheme. Unfortunately, though, we couldn’t nose out much more than the bare bones about the program. They’ve got 8 different levels, and the more money you wager, the more levels you climb. Then, depending on the level you reach, you can receive a different cashback percentage. Overall, a pretty run-of-the-mill VIP deal.
Banking & Payment Methods
CandyBet Casino supports 25+ deposit methods, and the mixture is overall diverse. They’ve got Visa, Mastercard, Neteller, Skrill, bank transfer, Paysafecard, and several crypto choices, including Bitcoin, Ethereum, Dogecoin, and Shiba Inu, among others.
The minimum deposit sits at €20, while the minimum withdrawal begins at €100. Hard not to see this as close-handed, especially knowing that most online casinos let you withdraw as little as €10.
As for the maximum withdrawal, this is the point where CandyBet Casino decided not to be too skimpy, so they don’t impose any limits.
Still, the withdrawal period isn’t exactly the swiftest out there, with e-wallets and crypto taking up to 24 hours, card payments up to 5 days, and bank transfers anywhere from 1 to 7 business days. Pretty standard nowadays at most places, but wouldn’t hurt seeing withdrawals come through a bit faster.
On top of all that, they also need an additional 24 hours to process your withdrawal, so you might want to plan for that, too.
Responsible Gaming
Oddly, CandyBet Casino tucked its responsible gaming section away, labeling it ‘Gaming Policy.’ If you do wander up there somehow, you’ll see a decent amount of information about the measures they take to protect minors, their customer care principles, the KYC procedure, as well as links to external resources.
No talk about how to activate their RG tools, though, but once we registered, a solid lineup popped up, including deposit, loss, and session limits, as well as the cool-off option and self-exclusion.
Customer Support at CandyBet Casino
The customer support at CandyBet Casino does exactly what you’d expect them to do. They give you a prompt response and try their best to do it in a way that actually solves your issue. That’s the case if you head for their live chat widget.
If, for whatever reason, you go for their email option, chances are your experience will be much different, at least in terms of the waiting time. That’s why we’ll never get tired of pointing players to the live chat option, especially for time-pressing matters.
CandyBet Casino Experience and Features
You’d expect a casino named CandyBet to have at least one reference to something sweet in its visual branding, but there’s literally nothing. Considering that, the name doesn’t make a ton of sense, but our guess is they’re just rolling with it.
As far as their special features go, not much to speak of. They give you the option to look for a particular game by using the search bar, but apart from filtering games by provider, nothing to write home about.
They also didn’t roll out their own app, but given how things run smoothly from a mobile browser, there’s no real need for it.
Brand games
Game Providers
CandyBet Casino joined forces with 20 software providers in total, including Pragmatic Play, Nolimit City, PG Soft, Spinomenal, Novomatic, and Evolution Gaming. Lots of industry giant names, but compared to other places, definitely a meagre lineup.
CandyBet Casino Slots
If we put aside the total number of software providers CandyBet Casino is fused with, their slot selection is far from disappointing. They’ve got titles like Wanted Dead or A Wild, Book of Doom, Joker Bombs, Ninja Racoon Frenzy, and Goddess of Lotus.
They’ve also made available the option to see exactly how many players are playing each slot in real time, so if you’re nosy that way or your taste depends on other people’s preferences, you’ll likely find this option useful.
Live Casino
CandyBet Casino features around 30 live casino titles in total. You’ll see choices like Roulette and Baccarat live, Crazy Time, Dragon Tiger, and Crazy Pachinko.
The same as with their slots selection, you get to see the total number of people playing their live dealer games, too.
About the CandyBet Casino Team and History
CandyBet Casino is owned and managed by Fin Tech Montana Azul Capital Limitada, a company registered in Costa Rica with an Anjouan license (No. ALSI-202504039-F12). They also own 8 other brands, including SunnyBet Casino, BlazeBet Casino, and PiggyBet Casino.
But that’s only the surface-level information. That’s why we scratched it a bit further (as we always do in line with our casino rating system), to get the full picture about CandyBet Casino and its parent company. Turns out, though, they’ve got a pretty pristine reputation at this point in time. Let’s hope they maintain this momentum in the future, too.
