DailySpins Casino Review
Tobique-licensed casino with a great library and lots of payment options

DailySpins is a Tobique-licensed casino with a number of notable strong points: a comprehensive game library, a great variety of deposit and withdrawal options, quick payouts for e-wallets and crypto, and even a nice set of responsible gambling tools — and that’s not something you often see in these “hands-off” jurisdictions.
On that note, the Tobique Gaming Commission is relatively new and hasn’t made any waves so far, so it remains to be seen if they will do anything to stand out or just remain another low-cost rubber stamp jurisdiction. Moreover, it’s worth noting that DailySpins recently switched to new management from another operator, so we’ll also have to wait and see how that reflects on the casino.

The casino name sounds familiar so our first check is for past complaints against them: none. A quick poke around shows a number of sister casinos — others in the Novatrix SRL group — but pretty much the same story, few if any complaints. The licensing body is Tobique — a relatively new first-nations jurisdiction in Canada — which pops up from time to time but thus far has no solid record to base an opinion on.
Complaints policy seems thorough, naming EGIS (egis-adr.com) as the designated ADR: EGIS is apparently part of or exclusive to Tobique. Again, an unproven entity. It turns out the casino name is familiar because they used to have a big-brand Curaçao-based owner but that’s apparently no longer the case. As ever with casinos that have recently undergone big management changes we advise players to proceed with caution and keep an ear out for any reports of players having troubles, especially with the as yet unproven ADR (EGIS).
One small footnote: the casino offers a link to their Self-Exclusion policy but that just loops back to the Terms where there is no mention of self-exclusion. This appears to be an oversight that will likely be resolved sooner than later.

DailySpins boasts a decent variety of bonus offers, though surprisingly, there are no daily free spins. What you will find is a generous welcome package, refreshing weekly bonuses, rakeback, and frequent tournaments.
The bonus terms are quite simple, with no catches we spotted, and the wagering of most bonuses is set at 40x, which is decent. However, only slots and game shows contribute to the wagering requirements (100% and 50% respectively), while all other types of games are excluded.

VIP and Loyalty Programs
Tired of needlessly convoluted loyalty schemes? You’ll find DailySpins’ approach refreshing — the loyalty program focuses entirely on rakeback, letting you win back some of the house edge.
Each bet you make (minimum $0.2) counts towards your level, and the higher your level, the higher the rakeback. It starts at 3% and goes up to 15%, but you can also play a coin flip game to potentially bring the amount up to 120%.
Needless to say, this is far from the most impressive loyalty program out there. You won’t win any big bucks here, but they still get kudos for being transparent and actually offering some value instead of big, empty promises.
Banking & Payment Methods
DailySpins has a great variety of payment methods on offer, including debit cards, credit cards, several e-wallets (including Skrill, Neteller, and MiFinity), and multiple cryptocurrencies. It’s not a perfect selection, but it hardly gets better.
While bank transfers and card withdrawals can take a few days, e-wallet and crypto withdrawals are usually near-instant and should rarely take upwards of an hour. The withdrawal limits are also decent, set at €2,000 per day, €5,000 per week, and €20,000 per month. It’s nothing spectacular, but shouldn’t inconvenience the average player.
Note that KYC is mandatory before withdrawals can be made, like most casinos. It’s best to submit your verification documents before making any deposits, as KYC can lead to unexpected delays. Thankfully, the process is smooth, and you can submit your personal ID and a proof of address through the Preferences tab under your account.

Our experience with the DailySpins support team was about as good as it gets. You can get in touch via live chat or email. As is tradition, live chat is superior in pretty much every way. We didn’t find an FAQ section or help centre of any kind, but that’s not a huge problem when the live chat is as good as it is here.
Once you start it up, you’re walked through some common issues by a bot before you’re connected to an agent. We never ran into any queues here, and all the agents we talked to were on top of their game: quick, succinct, and accurate replies to any questions we had. There are some obvious blind spots here (jackpots, anyone?), and they seem to be running lower RTP versions of some popular games, so keep that in mind.

About the DailySpins Team and History
DailySpins is operated by the Costa Rica-based Novatrix SRL, and they hold a license from the Tobique Gaming Commission. This is a new and unproven licensing jurisdiction, and for now, it’s in the same basket with known offshore jurisdictions as far as player safety is concerned.
It’s worth noting that DailySpins (along with several of its sister casinos) were previously operated by Dama N.V. From the info we have, they are now under new management, so all we can say for now is: exercise a healthy amount of caution when playing here.
Complaints and Track Record
DailySpins and its sister casinos have always had a great track record in our PAB: few to no complaints, and the ones that did pop up were always handled appropriately. However, given the change in management, it remains to be seen if they’ll remain as forthcoming as they’ve been so far.
