Dream Jackpot Casino Review
Long-standing online casino with a full suite of RG tools
Casinomeister's Verdict
Dream Jackpot Casino launched back in 2017, and from that moment on, they’ve had plenty of time to get a grasp on what players enjoy doing. That’s probably why they’ve already accumulated a huge variety of games, and they haven’t ignored safe and responsible gaming, either.
Still, despite Dream Jackpot being here for a while, they’re not without issues, either. They still haven’t launched a fully-fledged VIP program, and their customer support is essentially nonexistent. Seems like they’ve still got lots of housekeeping to do.
In case this doesn’t bother you, we’d say Dream Jackpot could be worth checking out. But if you’ve already done that before, share your two cents on our forums.
No withdrawal limits
From the Desk of Max Drayman
Dream Jackpot Casino is in the same boat as other Aspire properties — Aspire Global has been a pet peeve of mine for a good many years. A large group of casinos imposing draconian terms on players and hell-bent on ignoring any and all complaints: all in all a very bad player experience.
But the truth is that all of that seems to have disappeared into the sands of time, we haven’t heard much at all from Aspire Global casinos for a few years now. So while I would be VERY reluctant to advise anyone to go to an Aspire Global property (for historical reasons), in fairness, all I can reasonably say these days is “proceed with caution.” Aspire Global does have a terrible history but these things can change and that very well may be applicable here.
Pros
-
No withdrawal limits
-
Full suite of responsible gaming tools
Cons
-
No VIP program
-
Limited customer support availability
Dream Jackpot Casino Bonuses and Promotions
We’d love to see Dream Jackpot Casino invest a little more energy into their promotional section, but for the time being, they’ve got only a standard welcome offer and drops and wins. The entire promotional page looks underwhelming and half-baked, which we didn’t expect from a casino launched in 2027. Here’s hoping they’ll start treating their players to more than just crumbs in the future and introduce more casino bonuses.
VIP and Loyalty Programs
Surprisingly, nothing in the loyalty area on Dream Jackpot Casino’s website. For a casino launched almost a decade ago, saying we’re disappointed would be an understatement. Still, we’ll keep a close eye on Dream Jackpot Casino, and in case anything changes, you’ll be the first to hear about it here.
Banking & Payment Methods
Dream Jackpot Casino supports 15+ payment options in total, most of those not disproportionate to what you’ve seen at other online casinos. We’ve spotted bank wire, Maestro, Mastercard, Visa, Skrill, Neteller, and the like.
Both minimum deposits and withdrawals are generally speaking fair — they sit at £10. No withdrawal limits whatsoever, so at least you won’t need to push through the pain of breaking your withdrawals into chunks and waiting for them to land in your account till the dawn of time.
The withdrawal process, though, can drag on for up to 7 business days if you go for cards or bank transfers, while you could slightly speed it up if you reach out for e-wallets, since these shouldn’t take more than 48 hours.
There’s also the KYC process which could slightly increase your waiting time, though you’re typically required to confirm your identity before they even let you play.
Responsible Gaming
Dream Jackpot Casino’s responsible gaming page may seem like a sprawl of information scattered around, but if you really get into it (instead of skimming through the material), you’ll notice they include all the details on safe gambling. They’ve included external links, tips for preventing and managing compulsive gambling, a questionnaire on problematic gambling, and detailed instructions on how to activate each of their responsible gaming tools.
Speaking of tools, they’ve got options like deposit and session limits, the cool-off tool, reality checks, and self-exclusion.
Customer Support at Dream Jackpot Casino
Good luck getting anyone at Dream Jackpot Casino to talk to you in real time. Judging from what we’ve seen, it looks like the entire ‘Contact us’ option was designed to serve no one.
At least not in the way we were expecting.
Instead of getting to chat with someone, you just get redirected to a contact form that lets you send in a ticket, and then you’ll have to wait around for them to reply through email.
Perhaps we were at fault for contacting them outside of their working hours, but given the day and age we live in, you shouldn’t need to plough through to get help from customer service at any online casino in the world.
Dream Jackpot Casino Experience and Features
Dream Jackpot Casino’s website gives off the air of ‘let’s play it safe and make it dead simple’ vibe. They’ve decided to sleep on the classic dark casino theme, and do the exact opposite — go all white and take a risk. We’re on the fence on what to think about such a move, but if it works for them and players don’t complain, we won’t be the ones to judge.
As for the special features, apart from the search bar that lets you look for games by title and/or provider, nothing stands out.
They do have apps for both iOS and Android, but honestly, their website worked just fine on mobile, so if you’re not into cluttering your phone with apps, you won’t miss out on anything in particular if you decide to load it from your mobile browser.
Brand games
Game Providers
Dream Jackpot Casino teamed up with 45+ software developers, most of whom have such industry reputations that just listing them already lends credibility to Dream Jackpot. These include names such as Play’n GO, Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Games Global, Spinomenal, and Yggdrasil.
Dream Jackpot Casino Slots
It’s hard not to say Dream Jackpot Casino’s slot lineup isn’t souped-up. From what we’ve seen, they’ve got all the fan favorites, including games like Big Bass Bonanza, Legacy of Dead, 9 Pots of Gold, Sugar Rush, Age of Pyramids, and likely hundreds more.
Live Casino
The live casino section at Dream Jackpot Casino is equally impressive. They’ve grouped all the titles based on the game type categories, so you’ll spot variations of Blackjack, Roulette, Poker, and Game Shows. For context, we’ve seen Three Card Poker, Sweet Bonanza Candyland, Lightning Ball, FreeBet Blackjack, and Speed Roulette Live.
About the Dream Jackpot Casino Team and History
Dream Jackpot Casino is operated by Aspire Global Communications, a company registered in Sliema, Malta, with two operating licenses — the Malta Gaming Authority and the UK Gambling Commission. They’re behind 18 other casinos in total, including MrPlay and PlayFrank Casino.
On the surface, things look pretty polished, right? Sure, if we’ve ended up rating a casino solely based on the story it tells. Since we always peek behind the curtains, that’s what we did with Dream Jackpot, too. Turns out, Aspire Global Communications has faced penalties from the UKGC more than a few times, with the most recent one for not protecting players well and failing to meet anti-money laundering requirements.
Complaints and Track Record
As Max pointed out, Aspire Global casinos don’t have a strong track record when it comes to player complaints. Since our review didn’t find clear evidence of improved responsiveness, but it also didn’t reveal any unresolved issues, we’d say proceed with caution.
