Drip Casino Review
A relatively new platform with a massive volume of games
Casinomeister's Verdict
Drip Casino puts in its best introduction by showering players with promotional offers and more games than you can count. They also support a bunch of payment methods, so, if you’re one of those people who like to have options — Drip Casino is the place for you.
They don’t exactly shine in the RTPs department. In fact, RTPs are completely MIA, but other than that, Drip Casino doesn’t disappoint. They definitely get our seal of approval.
If you have already been at Drip Casino, and you’ve got something to say, share your thoughts on our forums.
Clear-cut VIP program
From the Desk of Max Drayman
We haven’t heard about Drip Casino before, so we did a little digging and here’s what we found. No complaints or issues reported at Casinomeister, a GCB license, and their dispute resolution process looks fair. All things considered, three clear positives with no red flags. That earns a definite thumbs up from us at Casinomeister.
Pros
-
Super transparent VIP program
-
Full suite of responsible gaming features
-
Decent number of games
Cons
-
Zero RTP transparency
Drip Casino Bonuses and Promotions
Judging from the sole number of casino bonuses we’ve spotted, Drip Casino seems like they’re throwing around promotions into everyone’s laps. They’ve got a welcome bonus reserved for newcomers only, slots cashback, live cashback, drops & wins, and several ongoing tournaments.
Welcome Bonus
Once you sign up at Drip Casino and deposit a minimum of €20, you can go for their welcome bonus. It’s a 50% matched deposit bonus up to €300. Maximum cashout sits at 5x the bonus amount. Translated into cash, that’s €1,500.
Wagering is a bit on the harsh side, though — 45x. This means that for a €200 deposit, you’ll get a €100 bonus, but you have to wager it 45 times, which adds up to €4,500. Since only slots count 100% toward the wagering, if that’s your thing, you may be able to cash something out at some point. But if you’re into table games or anything with adjustable volatility — tough round. All these games are counted as 0%.
Is it the best offer we’ve ever seen? No. Is it the worst one? Definitely not.
No-Deposit & Free Spins Offers
Despite being deep in the trenches while testing out Drip Casino, we weren’t able to find anything that even remotely resembles a no-deposit or a no-deposit free spin offer. They do claim that you’ll be able to claim some of their no-deposit bonuses if you’ve got a promo code, but as with all online casinos we review — we’ll believe it when we see it.
VIP and Loyalty Programs
Drip Casino’s loyalty program is really something. And there’s not a trace of irony in that sentence.
They’ve got 4 different VIP levels, and they’ve made the steps you need to take to rank up almost painfully clear. Immediately after you sign up, you’re in, and once you verify your email, phone number, go through their KYC process, and make your first deposit — you take off to level 2.
The perks are a mixed bag, but in a good way. They hit you with fresh weekly exclusive bonuses, birthday bonus cash, accelerated withdrawals, cashback with seriously low wagering, etc.
Bottom line: seems like a fair loyalty deal that’s not created to play you dirty as so many out there.
Banking & Payment Methods
Talking payment stuff, Drip Casino supports plenty of payment methods to get you covered. We spotted Visa, Mastercard, Neteller, Apple Pay, Skrill, Jeton, Bitcoin, Litecoin, Ripple, and around 20 others.
Both minimum deposit and withdrawal sit around the €10 mark, while the maximum you can cash out is set at €4,000/day, €125,000/month.
While we’re at withdrawals, the part where you wait to see the money in your account could last anywhere from a few hours to 7 days, all depending on the payment method you go for.
Responsible Gaming
Drip Casino takes responsible gaming seriously, and we never say this lightly. It’s all based on the fact that they feature 7 different responsible gaming tools, including deposit, loss, wager, and session limits, as well as reality check, cool off, and self exclusion options. You don’t usually get to see this with a GCB license — all the more reason to give them extra credit.
Their responsible gaming page doesn’t state anything you haven’t read at other places — it does give some tips for ensuring safe gambling, but not much to say about it.
Customer Support at Drip Casino
Drip Casino’s customer support is available on all fronts — they’ve got a 24/7 live chat, email, Telegram, and the option to give them an online call.
While you’ll probably be waiting for a while to get a response if you go for the email option, the support reps in charge of the live chat will greet you within a few seconds and give you what they’re doing best — support and assistance when you need them.
Drip Casino Experience and Features
With bold colors and in-your-face glow, Drip Casino seems to go all out on grabbing your attention.
You could even say they go a bit overboard with trying to jump out at you, especially with the sidebar on the right that essentially blocks one-third of their homepage and there’s no option to minimize it.
On a lighter note, they’ve got a bunch of features that make navigating the website seamless. You can filter all their games by provider, features, or collections.
They haven’t come out with their own app, though, but while testing Drip Casino we found loading the website and taking a few games for a spin worked without a hitch.
Brand games
Game Providers
Drip Casino has teamed up with 90+ software providers, and this includes a lengthy list of really reputable names such as Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Evolution Gaming, and Yggdrasil.
While there’s no correct opinion on how many providers an online casino needs to feature to be considered a prime spot for players, the sole fact that Drip Casino partnered with the big leagues clearly shows they’re in the game for the quality, on top of quantity.
Drip Casino Slots
Trying to pinpoint exactly how many slots Drip Casino has in store would be pushing it, but our educated guess is that they store thousands of them. We’ve spotted Mummyland Treasures, Dazzling Crown, Midas’ Golden Touch, Kraken’s Hunger and an avalanche of others.
You can try out each of the titles in the demo mode so you’re not buying blind, but the lack of RTPs is a bit of a letdown.
Live Casino
The live casino section at Drip Casino is loaded with Evolution’s titles, but they aren’t lacking Playtech’s, Iconic 21, or Winfinity’s games, either.
Just by skimming through the lobby, we’ve seen Crazy Time, Video Poker, Lightning Roulette, Casino Hold’em, and Quantum Roulette.
They’ve also got two live dealer games that you won’t find anywhere else — Roulette Bar 2000x, and Blackjack The Bar 5.
About the Drip Casino Team and History
One of the main things we look at whenever we’re busy with casino reviews is every platform’s history. In case we catch them doing something sketchy, you’ll definitely see that reflected in their casino rating.
Luckily, Drip Casino isn’t one of those places. They’re owned by a GCB-licensed company, Galactica N.V., which owns several other casinos, including Flagman and Fresh Casino.
Complaints and Track Record
Our casino reviews methodology dictates that we never skip on cross-checking how they’ve handled complaints (if they have them) over time. With Drip Casino, though, one fat zero in the complaints department, at least here at Casinomeister.
