Energy Casino Review
Reliable online casino with an exciting loyalty programme and 5,000+ games
Casinomeister's Verdict
Energy Casino brings quite a few strong points to the table: varied bonus selection (including some no deposit offers), lots of payment methods, an extensive library of games from established providers, and even a bonus shop that functions as a sort of loyalty program. They also hold an MGA license, which isn’t exactly the best in the industry but still much better than any “hands-off” offshore jurisdiction.
However, we were disappointed with the self-exclusion policy, as it feels arbitrarily restrictive — you can only self-exclude for up to 30 days or permanently, with nothing in between. This does not benefit the player in any way. The live chat also has limited working hours, which could prove an inconvenience in some situations.
Finally, it’s worth noting that Energy Casino lost its Accreditation at Casinomeister in 2024. They didn’t go rogue but they just didn’t seem to care enough to assign a new forum rep after the previous rep left the company. All things considered, Energy Casino is still a good place to play, but don’t expect the kind of hands-on responsiveness to complaints they’ve shown before.

Energy Casino Bonuses and Promotions
Energy Casino has a decent bonus lineup, with a few free spins and no deposit bonus offers, as well as a decent welcome package.
The terms are so-so: the wagering requirements lean on the high side, and there are usually maximum cashout caps for all bonuses. While that’s standard practice for no deposit bonuses, combining high WR with a cashout cap of any kind is definitely a dealbreaker for many players when it comes to deposit bonuses.
Always remember to read the bonus terms carefully, as they’re prone to change.
VIP and Loyalty Programs
Energy Casino doesn’t have a traditional loyalty program, but they do have a points shop. The way it works is simple: you place real money wagers, earn Energy Points, and you can redeem them for various prizes. These include free spins bonuses but also some tangible rewards like iPhones.
There is also a VIP club, although it’s not easy to find out much about it and Energy Casino states that it’s invitation-only.
Banking & Payment Methods
Energy Casino’s payment options are quite varied — they cover a range of e-wallets, debit cards, prepaid cards and bank transfers, but sadly no crypto. Check out a crypto casino if that’s your go-to for deposits and withdrawals.
Processing times for funds to reach your account are as expected, with e-wallets taking up to three days, card payments taking up to five days and bank transfers taking up to seven days. Keep in mind there’s a €5,000 daily withdrawal cap, with no limitations on a weekly or monthly level, so that’s good at least.
At any time, Energy Casino can request Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation to complete verification. We always recommend you submit your documents before making a deposit, as there’s always a chance you run into complications and delays. This can lead to some very uncomfortable situations if you’ve already scored a big win.

Responsible Gambling
While writing our casino review, we found that Energy Casino has a decent set of responsible gambling tools. You can set a deposit limit and a loss wager limit, which can help you maintain control of your spending. If you want to take a break from playing, you can take a time-out that pauses your account for up to six weeks.
A big problem we found here has to do with self-exclusion. Namely, you can self-exclude for either up to 30 days or permanently. This is needlessly restrictive, and could even end up causing harm to players by not giving them any “middle-of-the-road” options. Not a good look, Energy Casino.
Customer Support at Energy Casino
Energy Casino has fantastic customer support facilities and when we were writing this Energy Casino review, the customer service team went above and beyond to answer our questions.
There are two ways to contact the customer support team: live chat and email. Live chat allows you to speak with a member of the EnergyCasino customer support team in real-time, and it ensures you don’t have to wait long to get your problem resolved.
We should, however, point out that Energy Casino’s customer support team only operates Monday to Friday, 9:00-00:00 and Saturday and Sunday, 13:00-21:00 CET/GMT+1. Thankfully, there’s an FAQ section in case you run into an issue outside the support team’s working hours.
Energy Casino Experience and Features
In all honesty, Energy Casino isn’t reinventing the wheel with its design features, but it does the job. The color palette is yellow, black and white, which makes it easy to skim and navigate. The layout is intuitive, and the search even has a tag system that should make it easier to browse games by specific themes or mechanics.
The performance is solid on both desktop and mobile. Not much changes on the mobile version of the site apart from the addition of the tried-and-true navigation bar at the bottom of the screen and an adequate rescaling of the UI. You might run into some problems with games that aren’t optimized for mobile but that’s about it.
Brand games
Energy Casino Game Providers
Energy Casino features 65 game providers, which includes world-class names like Play’n GO, Pragmatic Play, Red Tiger and NetEnt. These providers offer a range of different games, from video slots and casino table games to live dealer games! You can filter for game providers, and even select several at a time. It’s a small thing, but it can improve the browsing experience for some players.
Energy Casino Slots
The Energy Casino slots section is chock-a-block, with over 4,000 games. You’ll recognise popular games, such as Book of Dead, Reactoonz and Moon Princess, as well as some more niche titles you might’ve missed before. Slots can also be filtered by several categories, which includes new additions, jackpot slots, BF daily jackpots, megaways, and bonus buys.
Live Casino
The live casino at Energy Casino website is powered by Pragmatic Play Live and Evolution Gaming, names that are synonymous with live casinos today. The selection includes pretty much everything: from blackjack and baccarat to multiple roulette variants and various game shows.
About the Energy Casino Team and History
Energy Casino was founded back in 2013 by Probe Investments Limited, and they’ve had some ups and downs since. They first became an Accredited casino in 2015 but lost their Accredited status in 2024 after the original forum rep left and no one stepped up to fill his shoes.
Energy Casino also kissed their UKGC license goodbye in 2022. In the latter part of that year, it was on the receiving end of a €1.1 million penalty for operating without the relevant licence. By the looks of it, they have kept out of trouble since, but they don’t seem to be doing an awful lot to rebuild their reputation.
All in all, Energy Casino is far from their glory days, but they didn’t raise any glaring red flags at Casinomeister so far. As such, they remain seated comfortably in the Neutral zone.
Complaints and Track Record
We didn’t have many complaints about Energy Casino since they lost their Accredited status, and they seem reasonably responsive to complaints on other complaints resolution services. So, while we can’t confidently say they’ll be as responsive to future issues as they were during their Accredited days, there are no indications they’ll start ghosting or going rogue.
