Gamblezen Casino Review
A fairly new casino with 10,000+ games
Casinomeister's Verdict
Gamblezen Casino seems to hold up pretty well on several fronts. They store 10,000+ games in total, don’t lack casino bonuses, and run a nicely thought out VIP program.
There’s still some room for improvement, though. Gamblezen Casino welcome bonus wagering is definitely on the steep side, and their customer support doesn’t exactly hit the mark every time.
If these aren’t a dealbreaker for you, we’d say that Gamblezen is a place worth checking out. In case you already did that at some point in the past, head over to our forums, and let us know how that turned out.
85+ software providers
From the Desk of Max Drayman
We don’t have anything substantial on Gamblezen, just a few grumbles on the forums about overly delayed payments, but nothing conclusive. Their group is Altacore and they’ve been fairly reasonable in dealing with complaints against a couple sister casinos. Overall we’d say players should expect to be in reasonably good hands here.

Gamblezen Casino Bonuses and Promotions
Gamblezen Casino seems to be treating both their newcomers and loyal players equally, at least in terms of casino bonuses and promotions. They feature loads of tournaments, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and two kinds of welcome bonuses — highroller and regular. Let’s take a closer look at all the promos at Gamblezen.
Welcome Bonus
As a way to greet new players, Gamblezen gives them the option to claim two types of welcome bonuses — one for high rollers and a regular one. The regular welcome bonus gets triggered after you deposit at least €20 (and claim it, of course). Once you do, you can get up to a 200% matched deposit bonus up to €500 + 100 free spins on Dog House.
As for the high roller welcome bonus, you’ll need to deposit a minimum of €500, and you’ll be able to claim a 200% matched deposit bonus up to €1,500 + 100 free spins on Sweet Bonanza.
The wagering for both bonuses sit at 40x bonus + deposit. Also, both bonuses are valid for 10 days only.
We’re going to be completely honest here — this wagering is far from a breeze. Even if you’re not a casual player, the pressure of having to gamble so fast and large is something even the most experienced players in the industry would have a hard time pushing through.
It almost feels like soldering on the WR is some kind of punishment. But let’s hope this metaphor lands (and sticks) with Gamblezen so they’ll lighten up the conditions a bit in the future.
No-Deposit & Free Spins Offers
Even though no deposit bonuses are a rare sight these days, we never lose hope when writing casino reviews, and look at every corner of the website to try and find them. No luck with Gamblezen Casino, though, as they’re currently not running any kind of no deposit or no deposit free spins offers. Should they change their minds at any point, we’ll edit this review accordingly.
VIP and Loyalty Programs
Gamblezen Casino introduced a classic 5-level VIP program as a way to give thanks to their loyal players (and increase their playtime, obviously).
They don’t give you much info on how you progress through levels, except for playing as much as possible.
The perks seem decent, including up to 30% cashback, a personal manager, and an increased withdrawal limit, but the lack of transparency around requirements and general conditions leaves a bad taste in our mouth, honestly.
Banking & Payment Methods
We couldn’t help but give a silent nod to the number of payment methods Gamblezen Casino supports. Looking at the list, we were definitely under the impression that they’ve decided to appeal to all types of players. We’ve spotted wire and bank transfer, Revolut, Visa, Mastercard, Apple, and Google Pay, but also a serious lineup of crypto options, including Ripple, Solana, and Tron.
As for the minimum deposit, it largely sits at €20, though it could go up to €30 if you plan on depositing via crypto.
Withdrawals seem to be moving at full speed at Gamblezen (they usually take no more than 24 hours), unless you’ve set your mind on using bank transfers — that’s when you’ll likely wait up to 5 business days to see the money in your account.
The maximum withdrawal is capped at €500/transaction, €2,000/day, €5,000/week, and €20,000 /month. Could feel restrictive to high rollers, but there’s always the option to increase your withdrawal limits as you progress through Gamblezen’s VIP levels.
Responsible Gaming
The responsible gaming page at Gamblezen Casino seems meager, to say the least. They elaborate a bit on how to activate their responsible gambling features (cool off, deposit limit, and the self-exclusion option), and briefly touch upon the topic of contacting professionals if you see your gambling habits getting out of hand.
What’s nowhere to be found, though, are the actual links to these websites, so there’s essentially no use in them being listed if you have to manually search for Gamblers Anonymous, for example, on Google.
Customer Support at Gamblezen Casino
The customer support at Gamblezen Casino isn’t exactly their shining star. You can get in touch with them using the live chat option or the email, but whichever option you go for, you’re not always guaranteed to get what you came for.
We reached out to get additional information on their welcome bonus, and to say the conversation was completely off track would be an understatement. The support rep kept derailing the conversation and responding to something we didn’t even ask about. We unironically had to give them the definition of wagering requirements so that they could provide us with the WR for the welcome bonus.
To give them the benefit of the doubt, we contacted their support on several other occasions, too, and truth be told, the other rep saved their face by being really knowledgeable and prompt in their responses.
We can’t say for sure whether this was just our poor luck or it’s just a matter of how Gamblezen does business, but since our experience with their customer support is 50:50, we recommend being cautious.
Gamblezen Casino Experience and Features
Gamblezen Casino’s website oozes a vibrant experience with its jungle and tropical adventure look, somewhat clashing with the whole ‘zen’ idea they were likely going for based on their name. It doesn’t seem off the rails, though, especially since the whole tropical theme is consistent throughout the entire website, but we had to point it out.
As for the special features, nothing blew us away. We’ve seen the search bar, a hamburger menu, and a prominent daily bonus CTA, but there’s that.
Gamblezen Casino didn’t release a standalone app, but judging from our experience, you should be able to access everything from your mobile browser just as smoothly.
Brand games
Game Providers
Gamblezen Casino joined forces with 85+ software developers, and the list includes player-favorite providers such as Yggdrasil, Pragmatic Play, Play n’ GO, Red Tiger, and Evolution Gaming. The roster on its own already feels like a big deal, and based on the Gamblezen’s total number of games, it feels like they don’t skimp on giving players enough things to do.
Gamblezen Casino Slots
We stumbled across pile after pile of slots at Gamblezen Casino. They have everything from Big Bass Bonanza, Le Viking, and Money Train to Fortune Dragons.
They also support the option to filter slots based on features and volatility. While such filtering doesn’t exactly affect their casino rating, every player-friendly option casinos come up with is always a plus in our book.
Live Casino
The live casino section at Gamblezen doesn’t lack variety either. We’ve spotted Crazy Time, Crazy Pachinko, Dragon Tiger, Lucky 7, Ultimate Roulette, and Casino Hold’em, among other options.
The lack of categories is an obvious pain point here, though, since you’ll either have to use the search bar (if you know what live dealer game you’re looking for) or scroll for quite some time to make your pick.
About the Gamblezen Team and History
Gamblezen Casino kicked things off in 2023, and has maintained a steady reputation since then.
It’s licensed by the Curaçao Gaming Control Board and owned by Altacore N.V. The company is currently running 20+ casinos and apart from a few minor issues, seems to be doing everything by the book.
Complaints and Track Record
Nothing major cropped up about Gamblezen Casino complaints-wise, which isn’t surprising given their parent company, Altacore, as Max has already mentioned. Hopefully, they’ll uphold such a reputation going forward.
