We have no record of complaints against Gambloria, neither via our PAB service nor on the forums. All that is good. The licensing jurisdiction is not optimal as Anjouan has yet to show itself to be proactive in any way regarding player complaints. Speaking of complaints, the final statement on disputes and arbitration in the Terms is not encouraging: “The parties agree that any dispute … shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of Anjouan.” Not only is this monumentally impractical, it is also pretty much a dead end because, as we’ve said, Anjouan has not been known (thus far) to pursue a licensee in any meaningful way. Our conclusion is that players need to be careful here and proceed with caution, the reputation of the individual operator is likely the only real indication of how well things will go if there is trouble.

Naturally, the prizes get progressively better the higher you climb. For perspective, once you reach their Bronze level, you get awarded a weekly reload bonus, but the Platinum level gets you your personal VIP manager, increased withdrawal limits, and priority withdrawals, among other things.
Keep in mind, though, not all bets count 100% towards VIP points, it’s slots, live roulette, live blackjack, and instant win only. Everything else? It counts for zero.

Don’t expect to get spoiled by the choice of payment methods at Gambloria Casino. The only options they support are Visa and MasterCard for deposits and bank transfers for withdrawals. From where we’re standing, this is less than a bare minimum. Even players who are used to the good old fiat methods would love to see some variety every now and then — and we totally understand their sentiments.
When it comes to withdrawal limits, you won’t be able to pull out more than $1,000 a day, $3,000 a week, or $10,000 a month.
