    Casinomeister's Verdict

Gizbo is an attention-grabbing online casino with many strong points: it has a decent selection of weekly bonus offers, monthly withdrawal limits set at over $100,000, great support, an impressive set of responsible gambling tools, a transparent VIP program that high rollers may find appealing, and it’s organized fairly well.

The casino doesn’t raise any major red flags, but the biggest disappointment had to be the first deposit welcome bonus — while it’s a good matching offer, the 10x winnings cap will turn many players away. Apart from that, the live casino is somewhat lacking in diversity, despite the great selection of live game providers.

At the end of the day, the operator has a clean track record, barring some fringe cases. As long as you read the terms and exercise the usual healthy dose of caution, you should have nothing to fear when playing here. The story here is much the same as with other Galaktika N.V. properties we reviewed: there aren’t any complaints or issues on Casinomeister, and it’s not an operator we have a lot of direct experience with. They have a GCB license, and their way of handling disputes seems pretty fair. Overall, we found three solid positives and no major concerns. That definitely gets a thumbs up from us at Casinomeister.

    Pros

    • Decent lineup of bonus offers

    • High monthly withdrawal limits

    • Quick and reliable support

    • Good responsible gambling tools

    Cons

    • 10x payout cap on the welcome offer

    • No live baccarat

    Gizbo Casino Bonuses and Promotions

There’s a decent selection of bonuses at Gizbo, with a slightly underwhelming two-part welcome package, some no deposit free spins, and a couple of ongoing weekly offers. There’s even a worthwhile VIP program that offers extra value to active high rollers.

    Gizbo Casino Welcome Bonus

Gizbo has a welcome package that covers your first two deposits:

    • First deposit bonus: 150% up to $600
    • Second deposit bonus: Up to 600 Free Spins, scaling with deposit amount

The biggest issue here is that the first deposit bonus winnings are capped at 10 times the bonus amount, and that just might be the dealbreaker for many players. If the wagering requirements were lower, we might’ve given it a pass, but 45x is already on the high end.

Oddly enough, there are no such restrictions with the second deposit offer, and the free spins are even credit for a slot with a 97.33% RTP — Secret Bar Multidice X from BGaming. All in all, it’s a decent welcome offer, but players should think twice before making a big first deposit. If it’s not up your alley, there are many other welcome bonuses you can check out.

    No-Deposit & Free Spins Offers

At the time of writing, Gizbo Casino doesn’t offer any regular no deposit bonuses on the site, but they do seem to email all new players with a no deposit bonus code.

We got 20 No Deposit Free Spins for Book of Kemet (94.94% RTP), set at $0.2 per spin, with 45x wagering. The WR is on the high side and the RTP is less than ideal, but there’s no cap on potential winnings. Just be sure to read the terms, as the casino may require you to make a deposit before withdrawing your winnings, if you’ve been claiming no deposit offers at several of the operator’s sites.

On top of this, they have several weekly offers that are bound to grab players’ interest:

    • Weekly Cash — Up to 50% bonus cash up to $400, 40x WR
    • Weekly Free Spins — Up to 135 Free Spins, 40x WR
    • Weekly Cashback — Up to 20% cashback, with WR ranging from 3x to 10x based on VIP level

It’s important to note that these weekly bonuses aren’t available to everyone, but only to active players who progressed to at least the second level of the casino’s VIP program, but more on that below.

    VIP and Loyalty Programs

Gizbo Casino has a simple VIP program where players are ranked based on their activity, which is evaluated every 30 or 90 days. There are a total of four ranks: Starter, Explorer, Master, and Legend.

Higher levels unlock additional benefits, including:

    • Weekly bonuses,
    • Increased daily withdrawal limits,
    • Faster withdrawals, and
    • Increased cashback with lower wagering.

Gizbo also keeps the leveling system completely transparent, as you earn 1 point per $10 deposited. The higher levels are quite achievable for high rollers, and we prefer this to “invite-only” VIP clubs with vague benefits or long-winded loyalty programs that many online casinos like to roll with.

You also get 1 Gem per $20 wagered on slots, and these can be spent in the bonus store, where you can buy free spins and “loot boxes” that contain different amounts of bonus cash. The latter is a bit of a gimmick but it’s good to know you’re getting something in the long run, even if you don’t maintain your VIP status.

    Banking & Payment Methods

Gizbo Casino offers a broad range of payment methods, including Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, MiFinity, Interac, MuchBetter, Skrill, Neteller, Rapid Transfer, PaysafeCard, Jeton, Flexepin, CashtoCode, Revolut, and bank transfer.

If you prefer crypto, you can make deposits using Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana, Litecoin, XRP, Dogecoin, Bitcoin Cash, Binance Coin, Tron, Tether, and USD Coin. It’s not the most diverse set of supported cryptocurrencies, but with so many leading altcoins, it should have most players covered.

Withdrawal times are reasonable, and the casino usually processes payouts within 24 hours of the withdrawal request. There’s a monthly withdrawal limit set at $125,000, so it won’t pose a problem for most players. There’s also a daily limit that starts at $4000 but increases with VIP level.

Finally, note that the casino has a KYC process that normally starts after your lifetime deposits reach $2000. Normally, this includes the usual: a personal ID, proof of address, and proof of payment. However, they also reserve the right to verify your source of funds, if your total deposits exceed $10,000.

    Responsible Gambling

When it comes to responsible gaming, the situation starts off pretty much as you’d expect from any offshore casino: a basic responsible gambling page explaining the subject in short, followed by a recommendation for self-exclusion if too many criteria on the problem gambling checklist apply to you.

However, we were pleasantly surprised to find Gizbo offers a full set of responsible gaming tools you can access directly through your account dashboard:

    • Personal limits — Deposit, loss, and wager limits can be set on a daily, weekly, or monthly level.
    • Reality check — Automated notifications at intervals of 15 to 60 minutes.
    • Session limit — Automatic account logout once your specified session time elapses.
    • Cool-off/Self-exclusion — Short-term cool-off and long-term self-exclusion that can be activated via support.

The Gizbo team really went out of their way to deliver a solid and convenient set of responsible gambling tools, and it’s not something you often see at casinos licensed in jurisdictions like Curaçao and Anjouan. So, hats off for that.

    Customer Support at Gizbo

There are three support channels at Gizbo Casino: email, live chat, and Telegram. There’s also a decent FAQ section covering common issues related to account management, payments, responsible gambling, security, and more.

Our experience with the Gizbo support team was purely positive, as agents always replied quickly to our queries and addressed all issues accurately. We never ran into any queues either, and we always got email replies on the same day we sent them. A good look for the Gizbo support team all-around.

    Gizbo Casino Experience and Features

In terms of design, most of the site is characterized by flashy neon letters and 3D graphics. It doesn’t have a prevalent theme, with only the occasional dash of cyberpunk and e-sports aesthetics. Subtlety isn’t really the language they speak at Gizbo, and some players may feel it’s distracting, but we didn’t find it too bad.

When it comes to UX, the layout may feel needlessly chaotic on some pages. However, the search and filtering options are almost as good as it gets. The collapsible sidebar is easy to skim and provides shortcuts to all the key sections of the casino. For games, you can filter by provider, features, and themes, and it would’ve been perfect if they also had filtering/sorting options for volatility and RTP.

And funny enough, the casino experience is even better on mobile. True, there’s no dedicated mobile app, but the site works smoothly via browser, and the UI is far less chaotic on a smaller screen. The games worked well, and the only issue we ran into was the occasional game that wasn’t optimized for portrait mode.

    Brand games

    Gizbo Casino Game Providers

Gizbo hosts games from about 100 providers, and it doesn’t get much better than that. You’ll find big brands such as Pragmatic Play, Play’n GO, 3Oaks, Endorphina, and Amusnet Interactive, as well as a considerable number of more niche names that you might not have encountered before. Whether you’re sticking to tried-and-true games or looking for something new, Gizbo should have you covered.

    Gizbo Slots

There are almost 10,000 slots you can play at Gizbo, and they’re organized well, too. You can filter by provider, but there are also filters for specific features: bonus buys, megaways, jackpots, respins, expanding symbols, Hold and Win, etc. On top of that, there are filters for specific themes, if you care about the vibe more than the mechanics.

Sadly, you can’t filter by volatility or RTP, but it’s obvious the team behind Gizbo put in the effort to offer some more advanced search functionality beyond just the basic title search like we see at many new casinos these days, so they still get kudos for that.

    Live Casino

If you prefer live dealer games, Gizbo’s live casino will definitely catch your eye. They have over 700 games, though it’s mostly blackjack rooms that dominate this section. They have separate categories for blackjack, poker, roulette, game shows, and high-stakes VIP tables, making browsing just a bit easier. Oddly, there’s no baccarat, and no extra categories for more niche live games.

That said, while it’s nice to see the casino also features games from some smaller providers and brands like Skywind and Amusnet Interactive that aren’t as focused on live casino games, there seem to be some major blind spots here.

About the Gizbo Team and History

Gizbo Casino launched in 2024, and it’s operated by Galaktika N.V, under a Curaçao GCB license (no. OGL/2024/169/0146). The operator also runs about a dozen other casinos, some of which have been around since the late 2010s with no major issues.

That said, despite Gizbo and some of its sister sites being relatively new without a proven track record of their own, Galaktika seems to be running a fairly tight ship across all their properties. So long as you read the terms, you should be safe when playing here.

    Complaints and Track Record

We haven’t had any complaints about Gizbo or any of its sister casinos so far, and given that some of them have been around since 2018, that’s definitely a good sign. A quick glance at other complaints resolution services also shows a mostly clean track record — the casinos respond quickly, and there aren’t many complaints relative to the casinos’ years in operation.

We did find a couple of issues, and more than one had to do with the previously mentioned terms regarding no deposit bonuses:

“In case of a repeated use of no deposit cumulative bonuses on the Company’s sites (GALAKTIKA N.V., Carrer N.V.) without making a cash deposit in the interval between using bonuses, the Casino reserves the right to ask the user to make a deposit equal to the wagered bonus funds on their balance at the time the withdrawal request is submitted (not less than 10 €), and ask to wager the deposit three times. If the user refuses to make a deposit, all received no deposit cumulative bonuses and all related winnings shall be deemed void.”

Something to keep in mind if you start claiming those no deposit welcome offers at their sites, but otherwise, no real pattern of predatory behavior. Still, if you’re feeling apprehensive and want to play it extra safe, many of our community-vetted Accredited casinos should have you covered.
