LottoGo Casino Review
Established UK-facing casino with a decent game selection and responsible gambling features
Casinomeister's Verdict
LottoGo is a mixed bag. On the one hand, they’re licensed in one of the strongest gambling jurisdictions, they offer a well-rounded selection of games, and a good set of responsible gambling tools. On the other, their bonus terms leave a lot to be desired, the payment methods are sorely limited, and they’ve ignored PAB complaints in the past.
That said, we can only recommend caution to anyone who plays here. See our full LottoGo casino review below for more details, and remember to raise any issues in the forums or via PAB. If there’s further indication of problematic behavior, the casino’s Gray Zone status will be reassessed accordingly.
Licensed by the UKGC and the JGC
From the Desk of Max Drayman
Unfortunately we have not had a good experience with LottoGo to date: ignored complaints and (unconfirmed) reports of players being offered free bonuses in exchange for 5-star TrustPilot reviews have left us with a bad vibe regarding these guys. That said the licensing is good, they do offer a good Complaints process and their self-exclusion procedures are acceptable. We’d advise a healthy dose of caution here and determined perseverance if you run into trouble and have a complaint.
Pros
-

-
Comprehensive responsible gambling tools
Cons
-
Only 3 payment methods
-
Ignored complaints in the past
LottoGo Casino Bonuses and Promotions
The bonus selection at LottoGo is expectedly sparse, and not everyone will be happy about the terms. For example, the welcome bonus has a 10x wagering requirement, which is great, but there’s a maximum win cap of 5x the bonus amount.
Of course, terms are always subject to change, so if you plan to claim the welcome bonus or anything else they might offer, read the terms carefully. Sadly, the selection is quite limited at the time of writing, so if you were hoping to grab some free spins or no deposit offers, you’ll have to turn elsewhere.
VIP and Loyalty Programs
LottoGo doesn’t offer any form of VIP program, which is nothing new for UKGC-licensed casinos. If you’re hoping to reap the benefits of loyalty programs, such as extra bonuses or better terms, you’ll have to check out some of our other online casino reviews.
Banking & Payment Methods
Disappointingly, LottoGo only supports deposits and withdrawals via Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal. With only three payment options, the selection is severely limited. There are many online casinos that support upwards of 20 deposit methods, including various e-wallets, prepaid vouchers, and crypto.
When it comes to withdrawals, PayPal should be the fastest option, as debit cards are right up there with bank transfers with slow cashout speeds. There are also withdrawal limits for non-UK players, set at £5,000 per day, £15,000 per week, and £50,000 per month, which isn’t too bad.
In terms of KYC, there’s mandatory age, identity, and address verification — standard stuff. As always, we recommend players take care of verification ASAP to avoid potential complications further down the line.
Responsible Gambling
If there’s one thing you can count on with online casinos licensed in strong jurisdictions, it’s a proper responsible gambling policy. The responsible gambling page here covers everything it should: a self-assessment checklist, links to support organizations, and an explanation of the available RG tools.
Responsible gambling tools available at LottoGo include reality checks, deposit limits, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion. These can all be set up and managed directly through your account page.
Customer Support at LottoGo
LottoGo support is available via email and live chat, though our experience with them hasn’t exactly been perfect.
When it comes to the live chat, there’s a primitive AI chatbot that ranges from unhelpful to outright misleading, as it’s giving out incorrect information. When we were redirected to an agent, we always had to wait upwards of 20 minutes, which is just ridiculous. Granted, we did get helpful responses and agents were always professional, so there’s that.
Email was even worse, as we didn’t hear back from the LottoGo support team in over 72 hours. At least they have a decent Help Centre with various FAQs, and that’s really good to have at any site with such slow response times.
LottoGo Casino Experience and Features
Some casinos like to try and stick out with unique themes and flamboyant graphics, some don’t really bother and prefer to keep it simple. LottoGo falls into the latter category, as there’s really nothing that exceptional about the design — it’s a minimalistic casino with a full focus on games and promotions.
The user experience is okay, but far from ideal. It’s easy to access different sections of the casino from the navigation bar, though the main oversight is the painfully barebones search functionality. LottoGo only supports basic title search, and it could really benefit from a couple of useful filters or tags.
If you play on mobile, the experience isn’t much different. There’s no dedicated app but the site works well, the UI elements feel just the right size for a phone screen, and we ran into no major issues when testing the casino on mobile.
Brand games
LottoGo Casino Game Providers
LottoGo features games from over 20 established providers, including Pragmatic Play, Games Global, Play’n GO, Evolution, NetEnt, Nolimit City, and more. It’s a good selection as far as UK-licensed sites are concerned.
LottoGo Slots
Fans of slots will likely feel spoiled for choice, as the casino features a good selection, covering various mechanics and themes. We just wish the browsing experience was a bit better, as the only subcategories you’ll find are jackpots and Pragmatic’s Drops & Wins.
Live Casino
LottoGo’s live dealer games include a decent variety of titles from Pragmatic Play Live and Evolution. You’ll find many popular games, such as Crazy Time, One Blackjack, several roulette variants, and more.
About the LottoGo Team and History
LottoGo launched all the way back in 2016, and is the only online casino operated by Annexio (Jersey) Limited. They hold licenses from the UK Gambling Commission (account number: 51692) and from the Jersey Gambling Commission (ref. number: 1012449), so no complaints on that front.
However, their track record is far from perfect — we’ve had some complaints issues with these guys in the past, and we’ve also had reports of the casino supposedly offering bonuses in exchange for positive reviews on TrustPilot. This has not been confirmed, but given the sheer number of 5-star reviews they’ve received, it could very well be true.
Complaints and Track Record
We’ve had some complaints about LottoGo in the past, and they seemed pretty content to ignore them. This “talk to the hand” approach doesn’t seem to be limited to us, as we’ve also found a few unresolved complaints elsewhere, so that’s quite worrying.
As always, if you’re looking for a new casino to play at and don’t want to take chances on sites with spotty track records, Casinomeister Accredited casinos are the way to go. These sites have been vetted by our community and we have a closer working relationship with them than with casinos listed in other categories.
