Oshi is a seasoned casino with over 10 years of market presence behind them. Taking a closer look at the site, there are plenty of strong points: an absolutely jaw-dropping lineup of games, plenty of popular deposit methods (including crypto), and a decent set of bonuses. Support is also quite responsive, and we were happy to find a full suite of responsible gambling tools, too.
On the downside, our main concern is Oshiâs increasing lack of responsiveness to player complaints, which is not something we have a lot of tolerance for with Accredited casinos. Since Oshi has recently been put under new management at Novatrix SRL, weâll give it a bit to see if the situation improves.
At the end of the day, this is not to say Oshi is going rogue â their overall complaints record is quite clean for their 10+ years in the market. Thereâs no reason to believe youâll get scammed, just know that youâd be in for a not-so-ideal experience if you run into an issue and need to raise a complaint.

Where to start? In theory an Accredited casino has at least some interest in working with Casinomeister and addressing player issues that come up, either on the forums or through the PAB (complaints) service. Oshi does none of these things.
Their rep is perpetually AWOL, they ignore complaints issues that we bring to their attention, and weâve had to repeatedly go through special channels at Dama to even get issues looked at, never mind resolved. PABers are saying theyâre going to go to CasinoGuru in hopes of getting better service. So at this point, Iâm standing here looking at Oshiâs Accredited status and in my mind I have a can of gasoline and a box of matches. Guess what happens next? The change to Novatrix best be pretty magical because if it ainât Oshi is going to be on the âdowngradeâ hit list.

There are 5 tiers, ranging from Bronze to Diamond, and you level up by accumulating comp points. You get 1 comp point for each 40 EUR wagered on slots, and itâs fully transparent how many comp points you need for each tier.
Once you achieve VIP status with Bronze, you get a personal manager and exclusive weekly cashback. As you get to higher levels, the cashback amount increases while the wagering requirement decreases. Itâs not the most lucrative VIP setup on the surface, but hey â itâs fully transparent and offers some actual value.

Visually, Oshi sticks to the tried and tested approach: muted colors, largely minimalistic, with a clean navigation bar on the left. The banners and graphics are a weird point, as they show up a bit pixelated and the design is giving off a very âmy nephew knows Photoshopâ vibes. Honestly, it comes across as oddly charming â maybe that was the intention.
On the more practical side of things, the casino has all the basic features we expect to see, but without anything that really makes it stand out. Thereâs simple title search, some useful game categories, a searchable provider list, and the ability to bookmark games as favorites.
We also tested the casino on mobile, and the experience was just as good â Oshiâs clean UI lends itself well to mobile play, all the elements feel just the right size for a smaller screen, and we didnât run into any performance issues with games.

The licensing also switched from Curacao to the Tobique Gaming Commission. This is not exactly a radical change as neither jurisdiction is known for high standards of player protection. So, itâs another one of those cases where the player experience will hinge on the management.
Finally, itâs important to note that Oshi started off great when they first got Accredited, but have since fallen off. The rep has grown increasingly unresponsive, so unless the new management turns things around, theyâre sure to be bumped down to a lower status.
Complaints and Track Record
