    Casinomeister's Verdict

PiggyBet is one of several new casinos launched by Fin Tech Montana Azul Capital Limitada under an Anjouan license, and what makes them stick out the most are their appealing bonus terms with low wagering requirements, a full suite of responsible gambling tools, and mostly quick withdrawals. They even have a decent loyalty program with no-wagering cashback.

Something that may turn many players away is the minimum withdrawal amount set at 100 EUR — this is usually much lower, around 10 to 20 EUR at most casinos. On top of that, we found the selection of providers rather limited (only 20 names at the moment), and offshore casinos often have upwards of 50 or even 100 providers.

All in all, the bonuses are sure to turn some heads when it comes to PiggyBet, and we have no strong reason to believe anything shady is going on here. As always, exercise caution, read the terms carefully, and remember to share your experience in the forum. See our full PiggyBet casino review below for more info.

    MaxD | Complaints Manager avatar

As part of the Fin Tech group, this casino shares very much the same as issues as their other casinos: the plus side is very low complaints rates to date, though many of these casinos are quite new; the downside is they are typically licensed in Anjouan, which is not a robust licensing jurisdiction (meaning players will often find it difficult getting support from the licensing body).

There is also the issue of Complaints resolution, which is very unclear: the casinos say “If the dispute is not resolved on the casino management level, you can contact any independent body, gaming authority, or the licensing regulator listed on the Website” and they made no such listing available to date. The group has either overlooked their follow-though on this, or they are simply neglecting to do so. Either way the end result is that players with troubles are at the casino’s mercy. As the man said “you got to ask yourself: do I feel lucky today?”

    Pros

    • Low wagering requirements on most bonuses

    • Transparent, cashback-based loyalty program

    • Useful responsible gambling features

    • Quick withdrawals with e-wallets and crypto

    Cons

    • High minimum withdrawal at 100 EUR

    • Limited set of 20-ish game providers

    PiggyBet Casino Bonuses and Promotions

PiggyBet Casino offers a decent set of bonuses, including a no deposit free spins offer for new players. On top of that, you’ll find some reload offers and cashback — a very good all-around selection.

The terms are also quite fair, with generally low wagering requirements that hover around 30x, which is a rare find these days. On top of that, there are no cashout caps on any of the bonus offers currently available (including no deposit offers).

Remember to always read the bonus terms carefully for yourself, as they’re always prone to change.

    VIP and Loyalty Programs

Many casinos have needlessly complex and opaque VIP schemes, but PiggyBet is not one of those. The loyalty program presented here is as simple as it gets, and it’s fully transparent.

There are 8 VIP tiers you progress through simply by placing bets. Once you meet the wagering milestones, you unlock better weekly cashback, going as high as 15.5% at the top tier. There are no extra benefits on top of that, but again — we appreciate how simple and straightforward this setup is.

That said, this loyalty scheme may seem underwhelming compared to all those flashy VIP programs promising exclusive bonuses and various extra benefits, but it probably offers better actual value than many of those.

    Banking & Payment Methods

The payment options at PiggyBet are diverse, including debit cards (Visa and Mastercard), PaysafeCard, bank transfers, Apple Pay, Google Pay, a few e-wallets (including Skrill and Neteller) and several crypto options. This is a very well-rounded selection that should keep everyone covered.

Withdrawals tend to be fast and are usually processed within 24 hours, with the usual exception for cards and bank transfers, which can take several days. Moreover, there are no withdrawal limits imposed by the casino, and you don’t see that every day. However, note that the minimum withdrawal amount is set at €100, which is quite a bit higher than most competitors and may turn away those who only play low stakes.

As with most casinos, there’s a mandatory KYC procedure before you’re allowed to withdraw. It’s not as detailed as we’d like, but it’s just your run-of-the-mill stuff — just navigate to your profile, click the Complete verification button and submit a personal ID. The casino may request a proof of address and proof of ownership for your chosen payment method later on, but it’s not required initially.

    Responsible Gambling

With offshore jurisdictions like Anjouan, we never expect to see more than the basic self-exclusion included in the responsible gambling tools, but PiggyBet was a pleasant surprise. They also offer a full suite of useful features, including:

    • Deposit limits,
    • Loss limits,
    • Session limits, and
    • Short-term cool-offs.

All of these can be activated through your account page, and it’s a great look for PiggyBet.

Our only (minor) qualm with the way stuff is set up: you don’t really learn anything about these tools from the responsible gambling page — or rather, the “Gaming Policy” page, as they call it for some reason. Even then, it’s still fairly informative with all the usual info we expect to find, but it really should explain the RG tools for the sake of new players.

    Customer Support at PiggyBet

You can access PiggyBet customer support via the side bar, and they offer both email support and 24/7 live chat. When we tested these support channels, the situation was pretty much what we expected.

There are no annoying chatbots to get through and we were usually connected to agents quickly, even though it sometimes took up to 10 minutes. Most of the agents we talked to were quick to reply and gave us the info we were looking for, so no major complaints here either.

We only wish PiggyBet would set up some kind of FAQ section, just to have some kind of easily accessible resource for those situations where agents are less responsive.

    PiggyBet Casino Experience and Features

PiggyBet is not big on flashy visuals. The site is largely minimalistic and clean, with just a splash of color to give it some life — simple and effective, as far as online casino design goes. A piggy bank is one of the last things we’d associate with online gambling, but we’ve sure seen weirder stuff.

On the practical side of things, the site could use some work. While it is easy to navigate with the tried-and-true side bar, the search function is sorely limited and there’s no way to filter games for easier browsing. So, the overall user experience is decent but could be better.

We also tested the casino on mobile and were quite satisfied. There’s no dedicated PiggyBet app, but the mobile version of the site is adapted perfectly to a smaller screen: compressed navigation bar at the bottom, thumbnails just the right size, and easy access to the cashier section. All the mobile-optimized games also worked well, so all good on this front.

    Brand games

    PiggyBet Casino Game Providers

The game selection is definitely among PiggyBet’s weaker points, as they offer games from only 20 providers at the time of writing. This is an extremely limited selection for offshore casinos, and many competitors feature upwards of 100 providers.

Still, you’ll find all the popular names at PiggyBet, including Pragmatic, Spinomenal, Evolution, 3 Oaks, BGaming, and others. So, what the casino lacks in variety, it makes up for in quality.

    PiggyBet Slots

If you’re into slots, you’ll probably be satisfied with what PiggyBet has to offer. When you load up the site, you’ll be greeted by a bunch of popular titles. The RTP seems solid for most popular games — 96.6% on Sweet Bonanza and 96.5% on Gates of Olympus, for example.

On the downside, the overall variety is limited (as mentioned above), and the browsing experience could use some work since there are no subcategories for different types of slots (e.g., jackpots, megaways, bonus buy features, etc.)

    Live Casino

If you prefer live games, PiggyBet has you covered with a great selection of games from the two leading studios — Pragmatic Play Live and Evolution. As with slots, the browsing experience is less than ideal, but at least you can browse each provider’s live lobby after booting up any game.

You’ll find hundreds of rooms covering multiple variants of popular table games, including blackjack, baccarat, roulette, casino poker, and various game shows. Most games come in multiple variants, and there are even tables in different languages, so PiggyBet offers a perfectly satisfactory live casino experience.

About the PiggyBet Team and History

PiggyBet is a new online casino, having launched recently in 2025. The operator — Fin Tech Montana Azul Capital Limitada — holds an Anjouan license (ALSI-202504039-FI2) and operates about a dozen casinos in total, all following the same template.

It’s worth noting that all the brands run by this operator are quite new. Most launched in 2025, with a couple going back to 2023 and 2024, meaning their track record is still fairly limited. We always recommend caution with such brands, but we’re optimistic here since the general player experiences lean heavily on the positive so far.

    Complaints and Track Record

We’ve had no direct complaints about PiggyBet so far, and they didn’t leave a significant footprint on other complaints resolution services either. The sister casinos seem fairly responsive to player issues, so that’s a good sign.
