Reels Casino is a brand new crypto gambling site, and despite being rough around the edges, we found quite a few things to like about it: a decent library of slots, table games, and live games, same-day withdrawals, responsive customer support, and even a fair and transparent loyalty program.
However, something that really stuck out was the complete lack of a welcome bonus, which is a very odd choice for a new casino trying to break through. Their approach to responsible gambling also leaves a lot to be desired, but players may primarily be put off by the casino’s lack of online footprint. It basically launched yesterday, has no sister casinos, and it’s crypto only, so all that warrants caution.

We have no direct experience with Reels so these comments are solely based on what we can gather from the site, typical cautionary stuff. The licensing is Anjouan and to date that has proven to be little more than a pretty rubber stamp that passes for a license. Anjouan has done nothing notable for players that we are aware of, and what we do hear isn’t comforting.
When it comes to complaints, the casino appears to reserve its own judgement as final and offers the player no opportunity for 3rd party assistance and/or dispute arbitration. This may just be a rookie move on their part, or it may be a “we’re lord and master” thing but either way, it’s not great. So if Reels.io has caught your eye we STRONGLY recommend taking it slow and cautious.

You’d think Reels Casino might make up for the lack of a traditional welcome bonus with some appealing no deposit bonuses or free spins offers, but no such luck. The bonus section is all tumbleweeds, and the only offer is a daily reload bonus.
Even this isn’t a classic deposit match or free spins deal, though, it’s more like cashback. You have to play games from the list to “build up” your reload bonus. They don’t share much in terms of actual numbers in the offer or the terms (it’s calculated on a weekly level based on activity), but they do note that this is a no wagering reload bonus.
As always, be sure to read the terms and confirm any gray areas with support (and keep the receipts!). Too many dubious promises and too few hard numbers for our liking.

The benefits include a better daily reload bonus (which functions more like cashback than an actual reload, as per above), a rebate of up to 5% of the house edge, priority support, and one-time rewards each time you level up.
Overall, we would’ve liked to see a bit more transparency with that “reload” offer, as a daily no-wagering bonus is definitely a head-turner. But apart from that, it’s a solid loyalty program that should allow players to benefit in the long term.
