SunnyBet Casino Review
New casino with appealing bonuses and swift cashouts
Casinomeister's Verdict
SunnyBet doesn’t leave a strong first impression, but we found a lot of stuff to like about it. Most notably, there are some good bonus offers here (including no-wagering weekly cashback), a transparent loyalty program that offers good value for long-term players, and a full set of responsible gambling tools. Plus, withdrawals are usually processed within 24 hours if you’re using faster payment methods.
The biggest downsides had to be the high withdrawal limit set at 100 EUR, which is quite high for those who prefer to play for low stakes. Moreover, the game library is quite limited compared to other online casinos licensed in offshore jurisdictions, with only about 20 providers.
Ultimately, we found no glaring red flags with SunnyBet, but it’s a new casino surrounded by similarly new sister casinos, so the operator hasn’t had a lot of time to establish a proper reputation. So, for the time being, we recommend caution to those who play here. See our full SunnyBet casino review below for more.
30x wagering on most bonuses
From the Desk of Max Drayman
As part of the Fin Tech group, this casino shares very much the same as issues as their other casinos: the plus side is very low complaints rates to date, though many of these casinos are quite new; the downside is they are typically licensed in Anjouan, which is not a robust licensing jurisdiction (meaning players will often find it difficult getting support from the licensing body).
There is also the issue of Complaints resolution, which is very unclear: the casinos say “If the dispute is not resolved on the casino management level, you can contact any independent body, gaming authority, or the licensing regulator listed on the Website” and they made no such listing available to date. The group has either overlooked their follow-though on this, or they are simply neglecting to do so. Either way the end result is that players with troubles are at the casino’s mercy. As the man said “you got to ask yourself: do I feel lucky today?”

SunnyBet Casino Bonuses and Promotions
At the time of writing, SunnyBet has a decent set of bonuses, including a welcome offer, as well as ongoing reload, free spins, and cashback bonuses.
The terms look good at a glance — the wagering requirements for deposit bonuses are set at 15 times the bonus and deposit amount, while free spins and no deposit offers hover around 30 times the bonus amount. There are no cashout caps even for no deposit offers, so that was a pleasant surprise.
The only notable issue is that, with deposit bonuses, only the deposited money counts towards WR. This isn’t a good thing if the deposit match is under 100%, so keep that in mind.
Remember that bonus terms can always change, so be sure to read all the terms carefully before claiming any offers.

VIP and Loyalty Programs
SunnyBet has a beautifully simple loyalty program: you play, reach milestones based on the total amount wagered, and unlock progressively better weekly no-wagering cashback.
Many casinos like to make their VIP schemes extra fluffy and shiny, so it might make this one seem mild in comparison. However, it still offers good value, and we always appreciate when bonuses are straightforward instead of trying to confuse the player with convoluted terms.
Banking & Payment Methods
The selection of payment methods at SunnyBet is about as varied as you’d expect. They support bank transfers, debit cards, several e-wallets, mobile-friendly options such as Apple Pay and Google Pay, and a total of 12 popular cryptocurrencies.
Withdrawals are also fairly quick (usually up to 24 hours) for most payment methods, though withdrawals to banks and debit cards are typically slower and take several days. The biggest surprise was that there are no withdrawal limits, although the minimum withdrawal amount is set at 100 EUR. This is significantly higher than most casinos that hover around 10-20 EUR as the minimum. Fortunately, they don’t trap you with mandatory deposit wagering beyond the normal 1x, so there’s that at least.
Before you can make a withdrawal, you’ll likely have to go through standard KYC verification: personal ID, proof of address, and proof of ownership of your payment method. It’s best to take care of that ahead of time, just to avoid unpleasant surprises when the time comes to withdraw your money.
Responsible Gambling
SunnyBet’s “Gaming Policy” page outlines some basic info about responsible gambling. It’s not the most comprehensive learning resource, but it has all the usual info we expect to see: danger signs, help lines, and explanation of some key terms.
The biggest surprise was the fact they have a full set of responsible gambling tools. SunnyBet supports deposit limits, loss limits, session limits, cool-off, and self-exclusion. This is not something you commonly see in offshore jurisdictions with lax RG requirements, so hats off to the SunnyBet team for taking an extra step to include these features.
Customer Support at SunnyBet
Need to get in touch with SunnyBet staff? You can do so via email or live chat, which is prominently featured in the navigation sidebar. We never ran into any queues, no annoying chatbots, and support agents were always available whenever we reached out.
We asked some routine questions as we usually do, just to see how a new player might fare if they run into any of the common issues, and we were happy with how things went. The support staff actually check terms when you ask about them instead of just copy-pasting walls of pre-made text that seems vaguely related to what you’re asking about.
There’s no FAQ or knowledge base of any kind, but at least they offer helpful, around-the-clock live chat support to compensate.
SunnyBet Casino Experience and Features
When it comes to design, it’s straight to business with SunnyBet. Apart from the sun with sunglasses in the logo (which, admittedly, is a vibe), there’s nothing that really stands out in the casino’s visual identity. It’s clean and minimalistic with some colorful highlights, but that’s it. It’s not the most memorable site out there, but it’s easy to use and navigate, and that’s the most important thing.
When it comes to more practical features, SunnyBet only offers a basic experience. It’s neatly organized into the slots, live casino, and new games sections, but there are no subcategories for different types of games and no search filters beyond providers. At the very least, you can have quick insight into recently played games and favorites, but that’s about as far as they go to offer a more streamlined experience.
When it comes to mobile, we have no major complaints. There’s no dedicated SunnyBet app but the mobile site has some useful mobile-friendly adjustments (such as a bottom bar for easier navigation) and large thumbnails without making the UI too claustrophobic. All the games optimized for mobile also worked well, so things look good on this front.
Brand games
SunnyBet Casino Game Providers
The most disappointing thing about SunnyBet has to be their game library. There’s only 20 providers on offer, focused primarily on big names like Pragmatic Play, Spinomenal, and Evolution. This is something we’re used to seeing in stricter jurisdictions like the UK, but not so much in offshore licenses like Anjouan and Curacao.
SunnyBet Slots
SunnyBet has about 2000 slot games on offer, which is decent but really lacking compared to other offshore casinos. You can easily filter games by provider for easy browsing, though there are no additional filters for refining your search. Most casinos have at least some kind of categorization for different types of games or specific themes, so the user experience could be better on this front.
Live Casino
SunnyBet has a live casino, where you’ll find some popular titles from Evolution and Pragmatic Play Live. They’re not all listed in the live game section, so you’ll have to boot up one of the games to access the provider’s full game lobby. Here, you’ll find hundreds of rooms for all popular live table games: blackjack, baccarat, roulette, various game shows, and more.
About the SunnyBet Team and History
SunnyBet launched in 2025, and it’s one of about a dozen casinos operated by Fin Tech Montana Azul Capital Limitada. The company is registered in Costa Rica and holds a license from Anjouan Gaming (license number ALSI-202504039-FI2).
Most of the brands are quite new, launched recently in 2025, with a few dating back to 2023 and 2024. Either way, the operator doesn’t have a significant footprint yet, and that always warrants caution.
Complaints and Track Record
We haven’t had any complaints about SunnyBet so far, which is nothing surprising given that it’s basically brand new. Turning to other dispute resolution services, we couldn’t find much on SunnyBet or any of its sister casinos.
From the few cases we saw, the operator seems reasonably responsive to player issues with no unresolved complaints so far. Still, we must recommend all due caution if you play at a casino without a strong track record. As always, our Accredited casinos are the go-to solution if you’re worried about safety.
