Thrill Casino Review
Recently launched casino with no withdrawal limits
Casinomeister's Verdict
Thrill Casino is clearly in its early stages, but despite that, they are already doing several things right. They don’t impose any withdrawal caps, they’ve already teamed up with a bunch of state-of-the-art providers, and their customer support is quick and painless.
Still, not all the wrinkles have been ironed out yet. They’ve got zero bonuses at this point, and they don’t accept anything but crypto. Their complaints procedure doesn’t exactly seem promising, either.
With all that in mind, it’s probably wise to be a little cautious with Thrill Casino. In case you’ve already tested them out, share your two cents on our forums.
Crypto-only casino
From the Desk of Max Drayman
This casino is fairly new so it’s no surprise that we have no record of player problems with Thrill. The casino’s licensing seems to vary: Anjouan in some countries, apparently Curaçao GCB in others. Neither license is stellar but Anjouan has thus far been particularly underwhelming, We see that the Terms mention self-exclusion but only say “Self-exclusion requests will be implemented as soon as reasonably practicable” which is unclear and likely to cause concern for players in need of that option. Thrill’s Complaints procedure appears to be an in-house thing where if your results are unsatisfactory with one department then you are sent to another: in-house complaints resolution with no arbitration option is not acceptable in this era of the online gaming scene. The Terms do say “In the event of a dispute, our decision shall be final unless otherwise determined by an external adjudicator” but no indication what exactly they mean by “external adjudicator” or any specific organisations listed. This could all too easily degrade into players having nowhere to turn if they don’t like the casino’s rulings against them. The bottom line is we have no documented reasons why players should be concerned about playing at Thrill Casino but given the unknowns and the “not greats” listed here we would advise players to proceed cautiously.

Zero bonuses
Thrill Casino Bonuses and Promotions
Once you try to head off to Thrill Casino’s promotional page, you’ll probably find yourself in a state that’s entirely opposite of thrilled. Likely annoyed, and most certainly unimpressed.
The Promotions section in their left-hand bar is greyed out and clearly disabled. When we enquired with their customer support about the availability of any casino bonuses at Thrill, they dubiously referred us to their VIP program.
While we’re very aware that Thrill Casino is barely dry (they opened in 2025), launching a website with zero casino bonuses feels rushed and not exactly inviting. At least not at this point.
VIP and Loyalty Programs
The Thrill Casino’s VIP program is a decent step up from the usual bonus fare. Or the lack of it.
It’s an eight-tiered system that essentially awards you based on your gameplay. The gist of it revolves around collecting XP points that work as follows: €1 gets you 1XP if you wager on games with a 1% house edge, or 3XP if you bet on games with a 3% house edge.
Then, based on your activity and the overall sum of your XPs, they claim you can receive rakeback, daily, weekly, monthly, and/or reload bonuses.
Still, we’d keep our expectations modest here, despite them claiming generous promotions await those who climb the levels. When standard bonuses are off the table, it’s not exactly the smartest move to get too excited about the VIP program, either.
Banking & Payment Methods
Thrill is a crypto-only casino, meaning it’s a paradise for the crypto crowd and less so for everyone else. If this payment method is your thing, you can expect to find everything from Tether, USD Coin, and Solana to Chainlink, Polygon, and Shiba Inu.
No minimum deposit, nor any withdrawal limits. Refreshingly civilized, but could be a by-product of their recent launch. Time will tell.
Withdrawals shouldn’t last longer than an hour — nothing surprising since it comes with the crypto territory.
As for the KYC process, you can confirm your identity from your own account settings by entering your date of birth, country of residence, full address, and some kind of ID document. While they do claim that it’s totally up to you when you want to go through their KYC check, our usual advice applies here: handle the admin ASAP.
Responsible Gaming
Preventing gambling harm isn’t Thrill Casino’s strongest suit. Sure, they may have a dedicated responsible gaming page, but it’s noticeably thin on information. There’s nothing more there than several external links and instructions to contact support if gambling becomes a problem.
The responsible gaming toolkit follows the same pattern, with just two basic responsible gaming options — self-exclusion and cool off. Hopefully, we’ll see this area mature along with Thrill Casino.
Customer Support at Thrill Casino
Thrill Casino’s customer support is one of its brighter spots. Their live chat widget works like a charm, and although your first point of contact will be a chatbot, they’ve got the clickable ‘I want to speak to an agent’ option, which will put you in touch with a real human right away. Response times were constantly fast, and the support reps provided solutions really quickly.
As for the email option, don’t expect it to match the live chat support, as that’s how things are by default.
Thrill Casino Experience and Features
The overall feel of Thrill Casino’s website is quite sleek and modern, definitely built for crypto enthusiasts. The dark mode is there, and the whole environment feels closer to a gaming hub than a traditional casino setting.
As for the special features, we found the Favorites tab particularly useful, especially for players who are all about consistency in gambling. They’ve also got the Recents tab, which lets you access all your gaming history.
No Thrill Casino app whatsoever, but it’s not like it’s needed (not expected) in this day and age. The mobile version of the website runs pretty well from mobile browsers, so no issue there.
Brand games
Game Providers
Thrill Casino features 35+ providers at this point. A standard early offering, with room to evolve over time. We’ve seen names like Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Big Time Gaming, PG Soft, Spinomenal, and Booming Games. As they settle in, the roster will likely increase. At least we hope so.
Thrill Casino Slots
Judging from Thrill Casino’s game library, slots are definitely not in short supply. We’ve seen staples like Le Bandit, Wisdom of Athena 1000, Joker VS Joker, Sugar Rush, and lots of others.
They also give you the option to save slots to a favorites list so you can access them quicker later on, which is definitely the sort of usability detail we like to see.
Live Casino
Most of the live dealer titles we spotted at Thrill Casino come from the minds of Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play. This means you’ll find hits like Sweet Bonanza Candyland, Lightning Roulette, Red Door Roulette, and Monopoly Live.
The live casino library currently sits at a little over 90 games, so the size is there. Structure, on the other hand, could definitely use some work, as there’s no categorization of the games whatsoever.
About the Thrill Casino Team and History
Thrill Casino is owned and operated by Gravity Unleashed B.V., a company registered in Costa Rica. They’ve got an Anjouan and a GCB license, and currently don’t own any other brands other than Thrill Casino.
But, as usual, we stayed true to our casino rating process and went poking around behind the curtain to see if anything concerning turned up. So far, nothing stands out as problematic, but we’ll keep a close eye on them.
Complaints and Track Record
Currently, there are no records of complaints on Thrill Casino with us. Not unexpected for a newly launched casino. Still, as Max pointed out, their complaints procedure is kind of dubious, and it seems as if things go south, you’ll have no one to turn to. All this doesn’t necessarily mean shady stuff is going on, but it’s not reassuring either.
