Winna Casino Review
A crypto-first casino with thousands of games
Casinomeister's Verdict
Winna Casino hasn’t been around for that long, they’ve only launched in 2025. Yet, they’ve managed to accumulate thousands of games already, including 5000+ slots and around a hundred live dealer titles.
Still, Winna Casino falls short of expectations in certain areas, mainly because they don’t feature more than just the bare bones of responsible gaming tools, and the promotions they’ve got are mostly tied to each player’s VIP status change.
There’s also the Warning issued against them that doesn’t paint a pretty picture, either.
Considering everything mentioned, Winna Casino is a mixed bag kind of a place, but if you’ve already played here before, don’t forget to share your two cents on our forums.
5000+ slots
From the Desk of Max Drayman
Let’s begin by putting the cards on the table: Winna has been involved in some pretty unpleasant cases at Casinomeister with the end result being that we have a standing Warning against them. However, there hasn’t been much more of this in the past eight months or so AND they have changed their licensing jurisdiction so maybe they’ve decided to start with a clean page and better themselves. Let’s hope so, but in the meantime we would strongly advise players to let Winna prove that before taking their chances at this casino.

Winna Casino Bonuses and Promotions
Winna Casino’s bonuses lineup won’t exactly make you lose your breath. Except for a daily and a weekly race, there’s essentially nothing under their Promotions tab.
But since we never take things at face value, we reached out to Winna Casino’s customer support. Their word is that they’ve got no such thing as a welcome bonus, and for any additional promotional offer, we’d have to stick it out until our VIP status changes.
It’s hard not to see this strategy as odd, especially considering the lack of a welcome bonus. Welcome bonuses are usually there for a reason — to give players room to test the ground without having to throw in big bucks. With the lineup of available casino bonuses depending on how much money you’ve deposited (and wagered) at Winna, it’s almost as if they take new players for granted. Until they’ve deposited the king’s ransom, of course.
VIP and Loyalty Programs
Winna Casino does run a tiered VIP program, but you’ll have to wager seriously big bucks to see movement through the levels. For context, to reach the 1st level after signing up, you’ll have to wager at least $1000. Then, Silver level awaits you at $20,000 wagered, while you shouldn’t even think about Gold unless you’ve wagered $100,000.
This is far from unusual, though. We all know VIP programs are typically aimed at high-rollers and folks used to playing really, really big, and we have zero issues with that. What bothers us here is the whole bonus scheme, where you’re practically pressured into climbing the VIP scheme to see their bonus offers materialize.
Banking & Payment Methods
Winna is a crypto casino, which means you won’t spot any fiat methods apart from the ones available for purchasing crypto. But if crypto’s your thing, you’ll be able to deposit using Bitcoin, Ethereum, Tether, Dogecoin, Solana, Litecoin, and several other options.
Minimum deposit and withdrawal sits at $10, while the maximum withdrawal is capped at $10,000/day. Definitely nothing unusual for a crypto platform.
As for the waiting times, you probably already know crypto casinos are really big on lightning-fast withdrawals, so, in theory, you shouldn’t be waiting for more than 24 hours to see your withdrawal reflected in your account. In practice, this is usually no longer than a couple of hours, tops.
Responsible Gaming
Looking at Winna Casino’s responsible gaming page, you’d say they’ve covered all the basics. They’ve got tips for recognizing problem gambling, a questionnaire, and a couple of links to external resources. But that’s all on paper.
The point where Winna Casino should deliver, and they don’t, is in the lineup of responsible gaming tools they’ve got. They’ve got nothing more than self-exclusion and the cool-off option, and that’s less than a bare minimum, in our book.
Customer Support at Winna Casino
Although you can reach out to Winna Casino’s support using the chat widget and the email option, we’ll always instruct you to go for the widget by default. That’s what we did when testing out the casino, and received quick and helpful responses in a matter of seconds.
Keep in mind that you’ll have to sidestep their chatbot first, but after you do that, it should be smooth sailing from there on.
Winna Casino Experience and Features
Unlike many other online casinos that capitalize on flashy visuals and bright color schemes, Winna Casino’s visual identity revolves around providing players with a slightly less obtrusive gaming experience. All their visuals are set on a dark background, so chances are, you won’t find the whole vibe overwhelming, either.
As for the special features, nothing is worth mentioning apart from the search bar that works only if you know exactly what you’re looking for. So, if you are looking for something to make your gaming experience smoother, get ready for a letdown.
There’s no Winna mobile app, either, but judging from how their website fits to smaller screens, you should have no issues loading it up from your mobile device browser.
Brand games
Game Providers
Winna Casino joined forces with 40+ providers, which is far from groundbreaking, but they’ve got all the big names, so that’s something. We’ve seen Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, BGaming, Red Tiger, Big Time Gaming, and lots of others. Not that many niche studios in the mix, but considering they are still relatively new in the iGaming scene, there’s still room for the provider list to grow.
Winna Casino Slots
Winna Casino Slots library definitely doesn’t lack variety. They’ve stocked up player-favorite titles like Sugar Rush 1000, Gates of Olympus, Big Bass Bonanza 1000, Wanted Dead or A Wild, Seamen, and 5300+ more.
We’d love to see those slot titles organized more neatly, though, as there are no categories whatsoever, and you can only rearrange them by popularity, date added, or alphabetical order.
Live Casino
Winna Casino features 120+ live dealer games, most of which come from Evolution, Microgaming, Pragmatic Play, Animo, and 155. This means you’ll find titles like Mega Roulette Live, Funky Time, Lightning Baccarat, Dragon Tiger, Survivor Live, and Duck Racing.
Similar situation as with slots, though, they haven’t thought of separating game shows from classic live casino games.
About the Winna Casino Team and History
Winna Casino was launched in 2025 by GG Gaming Sociedad de Responsabilidad Limitada, a company located in Costa Rica with no other brands except for Winna under its belt, and a Tobique Gaming Commission license.
We haven’t found anything shady that Gaming Sociedad in particular has been involved in, but Winna Casino doesn’t exactly have the most pristine record, as mentioned above.
Complaints and Track Record
As mentioned repeatedly throughout this casino review, unfortunately, Winna Casino is far from having a stellar reputation. On top of their standing Warning, they’ve been involved in a pretty rough PAB case here at Casinomeister, where they’ve threatened to sue a player who complained against them publicly.
All that being said, there’s nothing more left than to advise players to be very, very careful before taking their chances at Winna Casino.
Player Comments on Winna Casino
Casinomeister forum members are far from enthusiastic about Winna Casino. Take a look at what they had to say.
Glunn11 — I’m glad I stopped giving this place my money. I actually did get paid by them once (crypto), but their website was buggy as hell, I had one minor issue that support didn’t handle, and I found greener pastures elsewhere. Sorry you got caught up in their crap.
You may want to take a closer look at the Casinomeister Warning issued against Winna Casino, too, as they’ve been involved in repeatedly canceling a player’s withdrawal request, only to let them play with that same money and lose it all.
