ACE.com is a brand new sweepstakes casino which opened in July 2025. 

Based on what we’ve seen, we’re chalking this down as a great entry casino for slot players, with under 300 games from an impressive lineup of 27 different software providers. The flipside is that there isn’t much else available, such as virtual table games or live casino games. 

You can play games with Gold Coins (used for entertainment only) or Sweepstakes Coins (which can be redeemed for prizes). ACE.com does a good job of handing out both for free, through various promotions. 

We got 7,500 GC and 2.5 free SC as a no-deposit bonus and we enjoyed spinning the prize wheel for extra free coins each day. You can get up to 700 GC and 0.35 free SC per spin, but you’re guaranteed to walk away with at least 0.2 free SC. ACE also offers great daily GC discounts, which are offered alongside a 150% first purchase boost. 

Despite all those positives, we did find some areas where ACE.com could improve. We’ve already touched on the one-dimensional game lineup, but we also didn’t like having to purchase GCs before we could access live chat support.

ACE.com opened in July 2025, making it still a relatively new sweepstakes casino. The gaming experience is all about slots, with a medium-sized lineup of 270+ games. 

Impressively, every single slot is part of a progressive jackpot network, which you can opt into for an extra 0.10 SC per spin. There are four jackpots waiting to be hit: the Mini, Minor, Major, and Grand.

While the bonuses and slot selection are both positives, ACE.com does feel a little generic at times. There are no other types of games available apart from slots, and no unique promos or features we haven’t seen many times before at other sweeps casinos. It’s still a good platform for casual slots players and jackpot enthusiasts, but don’t expect anything revolutionary.

How does ACE.com work?

ACE.com features 274 slots from 27 software providers. You won’t find any table games or live games here, which is a shame. However, the site-wide progressive jackpots are a great addition, adding an extra element of suspense to every spin. 

You can spend an extra 0.10 SC on every spin for a chance to win their Mini, Minor, Major, and Grand SC Jackpots. GC jackpots are free to enter. The largest prizes reached well over 110,000 SC and 753 million GC at the time of writing. 

We had the most fun testing 3 Hot Chillies Hold & Win, which has a max prize of 10,000x your bet if you trigger the bonus (in addition to qualifying for site-wide GC/SC jackpots). 

It was easy to find games based on software provider, category, or theme. Have a sweet tooth? Try Tasty Bonanza or Gummy Giga Match from their “Sweet and Candy” collection. Looking for an experience that feels far more nostalgic? Give 777 Fruity Coins or Fruit Ninja Fury a spin. 

Their themed collections categorize Mexican, Asian, food, adventure, Roman Empire, fruit, Wild Western, fantasy, Arabic, Irish, Greek mythology, and space themed slots to name a handful. You can also filter for high-volatility slots, which is a nice touch that we haven’t seen at many sweeps casinos.

Overall, although it’s not the largest collection we’ve seen, we’re very impressed by both the variety on offer.

ACE.com partnered with 27 new and established software providers to feature a varied selection of immersive slots. Each provider contributes just a handful of titles, adding more variety overall.

ACE.com could do better with payment methods, though. For now, it only accepts Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. While we found it very simple to buy GC using our bank card, it would be nice to see more payment options to provide greater flexibility. Skrill or PayPal would be a great addition, as well as crypto purchases. 

You’ll need to get KYC-verified before you can redeem prizes. Gift card prizes start from just 10 eligible SC, while you’ll need to win 75 SC to request a cash prize. We tested both.

We got a $10 gift card sent to our inbox 48 hours after we made the request, but we waited 4 days for funds to arrive via ACH. 

Yes, ACE.com is safe to use. 

As a sweepstakes casino, ACE is subject to different regulation compared with a real money casino. For instance, you can easily sign up with basic information, but you’ll need to complete a full KYC procedure to verify your identity before you can redeem prizes. 

ACE works with big-name providers like BetSoft, Evoplay, RubyPlay, and 3 Oaks Gaming. These companies won’t work with shady operators because they have a longstanding reputation in the iGaming industry. They use certified RNG technology to determine the outcome of every spin.

Frustratingly, ACE does actually have live chat support, but it’s locked until you make a GC purchase. We’ve seen this policy at plenty of other sweepstakes casinos, such as McLuck or Jackpota, and we don’t like it. It feels designed to pressure players into spending money, which is against the spirit of a free-to-play social casino model. 

After we bought some GCs, though, the chat team responded to us in 30 seconds to a minute, no matter what time of day it was.

Our experts typically devote at least 14 hours of research to stay aligned with our sweepstakes casino rating system, and we subjected ACE.com to the same treatment. We found a lot to like about ACE, which is a great entry-level sweepstakes casino for slot players. 

Our favorite feature at the casino was the site-wide jackpots, which definitely added an extra element to the gaming experience. We also want to shout out the 10 SC minimum for gift cards, which is perfect for beginners and casual players. 

But, we weren’t impressed that live chat support is effectively paywalled, and ACE could definitely do with adding some more payment methods.
