When we started our Go Go Gold Casino review, our gut reaction was that it was a subpar site in need of an overhaul. We tried our best to give it a chance, but as we continued our investigation, our initial instinct proved mostly correct. That said, we did find a few highlights, too.

The site offers flexible banking options, including Venmo and fast redemptions, but for many players, the gaming experience is subpar compared to other top sweepstakes casinos.

Go Go Gold Casino has been operating in the United States since 2025 and offers 609 sweepstakes casino games, as well as a live casino powered by Evolution Gaming. The site offers online casino games from well-known providers like BetSoft, BGaming, EvoPlay, Hacksaw Gaming, and a small collection of in-house games. Unfortunately, much of the gaming menu is restricted for new players, which we’ll get into.

The casino has been designed with mobile players in mind. Even if you play on a laptop, the layout of the site is oriented for mobile. You can also download a Go Go Gold app for iOS or Android, if you prefer, which looks virtually the same as the browser version.

How Does Go Go Gold Casino Work?

Go Go Gold Casino is a sweepstakes casino that also offers social casino games. The games on offer simulate real-money casino games.

Unlike a real money casino, you do not need to make a real money deposit and every game is available to play for free. There are two ways to play the games. 

First, you can play in social mode with Gold Coins (GC). Players can claim these coins through promotions, request them by mail, or purchase them on the site. GC has no monetary or prize value.

Second, Go Go Gold also offers sweepstakes-style gaming, using Sweepstakes Coins (SC). The casino awards these coins through various promotions, including free bonuses when you purchase GC packages. When you play with SC, your winnings can be redeemed for cash prizes.

The main casino offers 609 games and dozens of live dealer games. On the surface, the overall selection is on par with many sweepstakes casinos in the United States. However, only 23 in-house games are immediately available to players. 

All other gaming is only available to VIP members with Platinum status. This makes the number of available games for new players worse than that of just about every other sweeps casino serving US players.

Worse still, after our review period we didn’t make enough VIP progress to unlock the majority of the catalog, including live dealer games. 

For new players, this casino will appeal only to basic slot players. The full lineup of casino games would appeal to many players, including those seeking a full live casino. Unfortunately, in our opinion, the variety of games immediately available to players is limited and not enticing enough for most to stick around and reach VIP status.

Go Go Gold has fewer providers than most sweepstakes casinos, offering games from BetSoft, EvoPlay, BGaming, Hacksaw Gaming, and Evolution, along with a selection of in-house games. 

As a new player, your gaming will be limited to the in-house selection of slots only. These games look to be based on popular slots from other providers. Titles like Moonlit Wolf and Elephant Carnival heavily resemble popular titles like Wolf Moon and Elephant Stampede. 

We weren’t able to determine the actual providers of the proprietary games, and we can’t find any details about their RTP or fairness. While they resemble real-money casino slots, they also look like clone-style slot games, which is a red flag. There’s no way to verify whether these games are legitimate, so we can’t fully endorse them.

Games from all other providers are limited to Platinum VIP members only. The good news is that the remaining providers are all reputable. BGaming, BetSoft, and Evolution are among the top-tier providers that you’ll see at any type of online casino. These games are much safer to play, but we don’t like the fact that you have to reach Platinum status to unlock them.

While you can play at Go Go Gold Casino for free, you can purchase Gold Coin packages to top up your GC balance. Your first GC package purchase unlocks VIP status and awards additional points to help you level up in the program. Most packages also award free SC as a bonus.

When you’re ready to make a purchase, Go Go Gold accepts the following payment options:

The variety of payment options is greater than what you’ll find at most sweeps casinos. Cash App and Venmo are options we rarely see, giving you greater flexibility in purchasing. 

When you’re ready to redeem, your options are also more robust than at most sweeps casinos. For instance, Sidepot only supports bank transfer redemptions starting from $100.

When we cashed out, the redemption process took about 48 hours as we had to go through verification. We submitted proof of payment, account ownership, and address, and the casino verified our account within 24 hours. Afterward, our redemption arrived in about 4 hours. We’ve also seen many players report receiving redemptions within an hour, particularly with PayPal and Apple Pay.

One thing we don’t like is that all redemptions have a flat 10% fee, which is excessive. It’s not uncommon for bank transfers or PayPal to have associated fees, but it’s rare that these are imposed on all options by the sweepstakes casino itself. 

We would also have liked to see a gift card redemption option. Overall, we were impressed with the variety of payment options and the speed of redemptions, but not happy with having to give up 10% of our redemption.

It’s a mixed bag. There are a couple of aspects of Go Go Gold Casino that concern us regarding player safety. The first is the site’s admission that “any transmission of Personal Information is at your own risk.” The policy states they will take steps to secure your data, including limiting the number of people who have access to it and implementing electronic password protection systems.

However, the casino is light on concrete details, such as the encryption methods used. One can assume that you will be secured by at least 128-bit encryption, but nothing backs up this assumption. 

Also, there is no information on the site about game fairness or independent software testing. We know that games from providers like BetSoft are independently tested by the company, but again, those games are only available to Platinum members. 

The site employs standard KYC practices to weed out fraud, which we were happy to see.

Go Go Gold offers minimal responsible social gaming resources, with only time-out and self-exclusion options. The responsible social gaming page lists self-help resources but does not offer player limits or self-assessment tools.

Customer support at Go Go Gold Casino is a bit subpar compared to many casinos. The only option is live chat, which is primarily handled by a chatbot. You can reach it via the Support button in your profile. 

The chatbot can understand some basic queries, but if it can’t, it provides a set of common topics that work like an FAQ. This is decent for simple problems, but not helpful for more complex issues.

We contacted support about the inability to verify our mobile number, as the site claimed it was already in use. The chatbot repeatedly claimed that it could not help as the “number was already bound to another account.” We were eventually able to get in contact with a real person, but it took over 5 minutes to reach them. 

Ultimately, an agent confirmed that we needed to log in using the mobile number login options, which worked. However, the agent never identified themselves, and the responses didn’t feel very friendly or personalized. 

While we were able to resolve our issue, we did find that many people are having difficulty with the same thing. We’ve also seen many player complaints online about the chatbot. Direct contact via live chat and additional options, such as email support, would improve support quality.

Unfortunately, Go Go Gold Casino has too many issues for us to give it a fully favorable recommendation. 

Games are severely restricted for new players, and the 10% redemption fee is excessively high. The in-house game quality is below average, as the titles look like clones of popular games. While the site offers quality titles from trusted providers like BetSoft and BGaming, only Platinum VIP members or higher can access them.

Not everything about this casino is bad. It offers a broader selection of payment options and faster redemptions than most sweepstakes casinos. It’s also designed especially for mobile players, and is one of the few sweepstakes casinos with a downloadable app.
