We were also very impressed with the “Customized Buy” feature. You can then drag the slider to match the GC and SC you get to your price range, even if that package isn’t on their website. This makes up for some of the price gaps in the regular menu. 

You can use your Visa card or a bank transfer to pay for coins and redeem prizes, and you need to win at least 100 SC through games to request a prize. 

When we tested out the process, it was more pretty much on par with what we expect from other top sweeps sites. Our Visa purchase was processed instantly, while our $110 cash transfer arrived after 48 hours. 

Moozi opened in August 2024 under the direction of Moshy Gaming LLC. As a sweepstakes casino, they require players to complete KYC verification before they can redeem prizes, and they work with reputable software developers that use Random Number Generators to determine the outcome of their games.

While it seems like they do most things right, it hasn’t all been plain sailing since Moozi launched, and some players have reported some issues with the casino. 

At the time of writing, Moozi has an F rating on the Better Business Bureau for failing to respond to two complaints levied against them. Additionally, former Moozi players on Reddit have reported that their credit and debit cards were being charged with hundreds of dollars in fraudulent purchases as recently as January 2025. 

While most of the reviews on TrustPilot are positive, unhappy users report they lost money on GC purchases they never made. We’ll keep an eye on this scenario as it continues to unfold. 

Legal Status of Moozi 

Moozi is a sweepstakes casino that operates in 45 US states. You must be at least 18 years of age to sign up, play games and redeem prizes. 

Confusingly, the SC Promotional Rules only lists four states where you can’t play from, but the full list of eight appears when you try to complete KYC.

Moozi offers free live chat and email support, and we were more than satisfied with the support we received. Their FAQ page is informative on certain topics, but lacks depth.

To get in touch with an agent, you tap “Online Chat” from the bottom-right corner. Enter your name, username, and email before selecting your concern from the menu. Click “Start The Chat,” and you’ll get a reply from a real person in around 60 seconds. Their chat team was consistently very helpful.

Moozi doesn’t offer phone or social media support, but the live chat is more than sufficient, in our opinion.

After spending more than 14 hours getting to know Moozi personally, we’re happy to report that it’s a very impressive casino from a gaming perspective. Everything you could want is here, from thousands of slots to table games, unique live games, and even bingo. 

We also appreciated claiming their daily offer, taking advantage of weekly deals, chatting with live support, and participating in giveaways on Facebook. 

In terms of improvements, we’d like to see them lower the 100 SC redemption minimum. 

Finally, Moozi’s reputation hasn’t been totally stellar, and it was concerning to see so many players report issues with being overcharged for GC purchases. We hope that this is just teething problems from a new casino, but it’s something to keep an eye on.
