One thing I would change Enzo.. When I received the envelope, I could see through the envelope that it was a money order. Since the to: and from: was left blank on the money order, you might fold the money order in a single sheet of paper... disguise it more! Thanks again guys!

I decided to finally download 3dice tonight!
Talk about wanting to pull my hair out. Maybe I'm just use to the quickness of the RTG's download and having a simple casino lobby to enter.
Took quite abit of time for the games to download and not many slots to choose from.

You assumed that the slot's base payout is 0% in the above calculation. I understand that it's a high variance slot with very high feature contribution to the overall payout, but still, there should be a base payout, even if that's only 30%, or something like that. With 50% base payout that should be ~130 spins.

By the way, is the feature's contribution to the overall payout public? Could you please share it with us?

Display properties --> Settings --> Color quality --> Highest (32 bit).

I will be totally honest here (I've already told Enzo) - their SUB sux!
The WR is twice as much as your average MG and really not worth the bother.
(Bearing I mind for the last 6 years 99% of my deposits were with bonuses)
I deposited without a bonus last month - doubled my money and withdrew!
It was like a breath of fresh air not having to worry about 'grinding out' enormous WR!

hi everyone,

been a while since i posted or played online, but i've always kinda kept up with what was going on. i was saddened to see the same rtg posts that i was so involved with before being repeated over and over. oh well.

anyway, i tried 3dice because of all the posts here and i have been waiting for a great site since october of 2006, lol.

the games are visually stunning. i didn't have much luck (though still had fun hoping for the "big" win) because of the whole "high variance" thing, but apparently new games of "less variance" is in the works.

i currently have some banking issues, but the 3dice staff seem to be dedicated to addressing them.

when i was considering closing my account (didn't quite understand high variance until enzo explained it), i definitely felt my business was appreciated, which was a nice change.

customer service is second to none. everyone here knows enzo, but there is also lance and bob. (lance took my call at 2 am..., poor guy = )

what i see now is a casino who treats their players very well, pays promptly (from what i have read lol), and is dedicated to high quality gaming. can u imagine what this could mean if they increase their selection of games?!!????

i agree with others that it may be too early to get too excited, but isn't it nice to be able to finally hope for a "great" casino to rise above the trash?

well i decided to try this place also. i even won some money on the depositors tourney. i suspect that if the b&m casinos ever get involved here in the u.s. then they will probably run things similarly. very customer oriented. they even have their own forum. my early concerns? no playthrough on free money won from tourney's, tremendous comp system including no playthrough bonus money added to deposits. all good for the player but one would hope they have the working capital to offer such rewards. place looks great so far. i have made a few small deposits but will throw some more their way. i hope it's not too good to be true.

I don't think you need to send documents! I didn't! They're totally different that what we've come to expect from online casinos these days. No hassles and FAST withdrawls. Instant withdrawls for Neteller and some other methods. Online casinos have trained us to expect a battle for our money the minute we hit the "withdrawl" button, but 3Dice rises above all that nonsense. In fact, when you withdrawl winnings, there isn't even an option to reverse them . How sweet is that? I was tempted to reverse some of my withdrawl last night but couldn't find any way to do it. I'm glad for that!

Enzo has been transparent, open, helpful, and informative since day one... here's something from mid February

The group behind 3dice also owns two land based casino's in Antwerp (called 'Panache' and 'Poker Palace'). These are no 'vegas style' hotel casinos, much smaller but licensed and regulated "class II" Belgian casinos that have been very succesfull for well over a decade. Although well known in Antwerp, the lack of web-presence of these casinos will make it hard to find information about them - We'd be happy to post some pictures, addresses and telephone nrs if that would be usefull.

I agree completely with 1819 about the future. And when the Vegas brands come online, 3Dice will have set the benchmark for customer service and the "we'll get back to you if and when we feel like it" casinos will probably dry up and blow away. I'm afraid the MGM's and Harrahs will place us in a caste system though... high rollers get the love and low rollers suck a toe... I don't see that happening when 3Dice grows exponentially, just a gut feeling based on their record so far

Enzo contacted me after reading my post in which I stated that there wasn't a reverse withdrawl option and he told me that there IS in fact a reversal option from your withdrawls, but the reason I couldn't find it is because my money had already been processed and was on its way! We're only talking a few hours after making the withdrawl and requesting winnings by check. That sets a new world record in my book!

Had slight problem with the software primarily because when I went to AMD to get an updated driver for my video card I made the mistake of downloading a package which included a new control panel which conflicted with the original control panel that remained after installation. While trying to help me, Enzo (who originally suggested the update and provided a link - I made the mistake of downloading more than just the driver!) left me a nice comp in my account for when I got my **** straight.
