any experience with Casino Rewards Casinos?

I was just on a support call with CR and they just told me they have an 97 RTP, anyone see this differently? Experience with them?
I've played on and off with them for 12 years never had a problem being paid. Payments are slower but you'll get paid. They do seem to bonus ban a lot if you're up in winnings over losses and I do find Microgaming games play a lot better with the higher RTP. I play Microgaming games mostly at 32Red and find my playtime and winning much better than say playing at Videoslots were some providers are set at lower RTPs like some Netent, Red tiger etc.

I do play there also since I get bonuses every now and then. Managed to cashout only once...crappy luck :P Guess that's why I still get bonuses!
They have one rule that freaks me out:
"If Casino Action deems that the autoplay feature has been used for the purpose of meeting bonus account wagering requirements, Casino Rewards reserves the right to void winnings." I don't know if that has ever been used to void winnings...wish they would just remove that ancient relic. I think every CR-casino has that same rule.
But otherwise I think they are trustworthy and it didn't take especially long to get the winnings.

Played at one of the sites years ago, took a bonus, dont think i won, they offerred another bonus on the next
deposit, deposited then got a message saying I needed to play more before they would give me another bonus.
That was enough for me,inticing you to deposit then not delivering.Never went back.

It is really annoying when a casino won't stop spamming your email with some stupid offers. I played once in their casino and emails have never stopped coming. I just did not like it there and that is why I don't play there. Now i spend most of the time on **snip** Casino. It is really nice, I found it *snip* It had a really good rating and for a good reason because it has been really nice to play there.

Please don't shill for dodgy casinos. Thanks.

The best part about this group is their great taste for the emails they send you every 5 seconds

Welcome on board @DeidreB , here's a Review page with all the Casino Brands from these Group:

Thanks, well I used to play at CR casino's quite a bit, never really an issue for me. However, my husband who has made two whole deposits in his life wanted to play at a casino and asked me where would be a good place to play so I recommended Grand Mondial, well that got them all up in arms. He was sent a player's reward card with an offer of 100% bonus. So he made his second ever deposit on my recommendation, received his bonus only to have it locked up on him, he talked to chat where he just withdrew his deposit as he was accused of bonus abuse, incredible since he has made two deposits ever. I know he has done nothing wrong but I am sure due to the fact that I played here a lot and we share the same household he has been flagged. At that point I shut off my accounts with them as I have to support my husband. They since sent us both promotional offers, haha, now I know that would be pointless. Its pretty insulting to make the allegations towards a guy who has never done a dishonest thing in his life. I had just started playing at CR again after a rest from them as a longer term player, I don't get many perks from them and in terms of loyalty, I had access to Casino Rewards VIP, which after a short period of time, eats money from me and seldom do you see any kind of reward, more like a charitable donation.

I bet @Renee_RA could help you in some way.
Salut!

In my opinion the rewards casinos have some pros and cons

Pros...

If you want to limit your depositing
Download all the casinos and put a limit on each ..that way you can limit each casino dep and play all the group for variety.

Solid withdrawal ...never had any problems.

Can play 1p per line minimum slots..great variety.

Cons

Wagering far too high 200 x is beyond ridiculous...used to be 18x..but they have gotten greedy..and even vips have to do this wagering..unless special offer to them

Prizes to be won and points to accrue..but unlike 32red eg they are all bonuses with the huge wagering.

The challenge with CR is getting feedback on actual RTP, I have made say 15 deposits over a period of time at Zodiac casino for instance, made several withdrawals, think I have a fair amount of data to see what the actual RTP works out to be, but don't have the game stats just deposits and withdrawals. So difficult to look at details on game play without it.

Well I did some analysis on my game play over 2000 transactions and the RTP was actually at

85.16464
for all the game play. I do think that new players might be seeing higher returns, but I noticed a pretty significant reduction after playing there for a while, the first year, was the best the next year, much different. Its been my sense that after a while regular players don't see that high of a return. Very seldom no matter how much I deposit can I get a balance over 300. I copied all my gaming transactions and on some games the RTP was much lower, a couple of wins balanced it out to 85% but much lower than the 97% indicated. I had asked customer support to send me the transactions, they just froze up my screen and left lol.. @Renee_RA

MY last game play at CR had an RTP of 19%, going in the wrong direction on the sessions and frequently I see this performance. I did receive some feedback on my RTP - the current month is outdated already so I am not going to post it, as the last round of 19% RTP was beyond poor. In the months that passed for the current year, I have been advised of the following although I cannot easily verify this:
Last 90 days:
Deposits = $2,371
Withdrawal = $2,636.68
Cash Profit = $265.68
I essentially won 11.2% of my deposits made with the rest of the money as an exchange
Last 6 months
Deposits=$4,821
Withdrawal = $5,151.48
Cash Profit = $330.48
Over a longer term, 6% of my deposit would be wins with the rest of the money as an exchange

This is pretty normal and those figures suggest you haven't done badly at all. The RTP curve can be pretty dramatic over the short term of single deposits with a few thousand spins, even more more depending on which slots you choose.
The fact is that those two sets of stats show you to be running in excess of 100% for 90 days and 6 months.

That's an RTP of 111.2% over 90 days. As the others have said that's no grounds for complaint.

And that's an RTP of 106.9%. Again, most players wouldn't have a problem with that.

Even if you were investing your money -- which gambling certainly is not -- most people would be over-joyed with those numbers.

I think you may need to re-examine your expectations here: gambling is not a reliable "for profit" pastime and you have fared far better than average.

What deposit do you normally start with?.

Must admit, i have never seen a thread where the OP is complaining about their winnings not being enough.

To be honest you have been quite lucky for a long period of time. You could just of easily be hundreds down.

I used to play with them and amassed a nice bonus point package.
Screenshot 2020-09-17 at 16.30.21.webp

Had a big win and about a week later when I went to convert my points I got this
Screenshot 2020-09-17 at 16.33.34.webp

I kept playing for a while but it never changed (and these screenshots are from today). When I queried it with them back then they couldn't tell me what I'd have to do for this to be removed, that it was at their discretion. Absolutely zero transparency.

I was a bit disgusted that all the deposits I had done on the promise of getting these points which they all of a sudden stopped me from converting. I just stopped playing there due to that. I understand the wagering on this is now 200x (was 30x at the time) so even if I got it converted now I'd have to wager 100k!

I guess it depends what you invest in, I invested in real estate years ago, some of the profits are in the 600% range, depending on how long I held it. I don't play online games for an investment, nor do I see it as a good investment. My issue was not as much about return as enjoyable game play and what I was looking for as an experience, a deposit would last minutes, in some cases gigadat had not even sent out the payment confirmation before I was out of dough.. my description of RTP being low was not the case, but again, I wanted to understand why I was not seeing much game play time. That would be a more accurate description of what I wanted to see work better. Everyone's expectations is their own business really. I can't say I am a person that follows the masses, what some might be good with, I may not.

you can bet 30.00 while you have a bonus balance
i've done this once and thought i goofed up and went straight to live chat
they told me i can bet any amount i wanted as they have no bet limit with bonus balance
the pay is slow but they always pay without issues

if you play on the download version
you will get download exclusive slots
robin hood feathers of fortune would be my favorite slot from microgaming

I used to have the downloaded version, did not know that... there are lots of good things about CR casino's without a doubt, and I agree, they are very reliable in terms of getting paid...slots as I am finding has lots of ups and downs where ever you may play. And no bet limit on bonus is a big one as well, I have lost my winnings elsewhere due to too high of a bet, sometimes just by hitting the max bet button in error...

What does OP stand for? Anyways I spent around a 100K in year on games, fun play...its not even the amount of win, its the lack of play I didn't care for..easy to solve, many casino's to choose from.

I can't be the only one completely baffled by this thread?.
Completely Baffled? I find it amusing what folks find acceptable, its a conditioning. The more regulation that is put in place around online gambling, we as players hold the risk for game malfunction, of which we have no control whatsoever, however its the players risk as an example, you get to give the money back when it fails...

Please do not flame your fellow members. Name calling is flaming.

I don't mean to be rude, but your a complete fruitcake.

It was meant in a nice way....
Yeah but, innocuous as it seems, it still can inhibit conversations here. You don't know the person you are name-calling, and for someone having a really bad day, it could send them over the edge. I would prefer you not to do this. Thank you.

@DeidreB - I know you might be frustrated on not winning enough to be satisfied with your game play, but like a number of members have responded - this is gambling. Always remember the cardinal rule: the house always wins.

Gambling should always be done for pleasure and not for making a profit. You will be highly disappointed if you're trying to make money at slot machines. :D

I in no way was trying to make a living off gambling or even profit for that matter. My story in short I won a large pot in my first 60 days of ever touching an online gambling casino, that was almost 2 years ago. It was over 50K, so in short most of the game play never compares to that particular win. I asked the question, well knowing that my perspective maybe by skewed by this large win while being so new to this. As the 50K wins don't come along every day :). I know there are much more seasoned veterans out there and reading and participating in the forums here have been a very enlightening experience.

The rep asked me to post my RTP, as they had emailed this to me, I never validated, however, I was fine with sharing it. Then the conversation seemed to change from CR focused to my expectations. What everyone missed as I was likely not clear, I was having the debate whether playing at CR only rather than a number of other casino's. I felt they were a decent group and was thinking that I should play exclusively there, and was my perspective on RTP out of line? I have heard the answer loud and clear, yes I probably shouldn't expect anything better than what I have.. but as I said before, nothing like sitting down to spin a few reels and it last all of ten minutes.

In terms of name calling, I just don't do that as I don't think its a good idea either, as you stated you never know what a person is dealing with. Its a big ole planet, with many different points of view, I can respect another's point of view even if it differs from mine. A really good source of personality prototyping can be found in the Myers-Briggs

- INTJ - it could be interesting to see gambling habits that align to the personality types...

TBH, I really sum up on my playing with a very small set of caveats and expectations.
Do you get paid?
Are you happy with the service?
Is the casino reputable?
Do the promotions align with what I want/am willing to accept?

If you're happy to play where you play and keep realistic expectations, and play within your means...carry on
When it's no longer fun...move along :)

They have introduced a big con in my books, they are now holding onto your deposits even though you are notified of them receiving it, they are holding it and when you contact support they are indicating you may wait 24 hours.. and yes way too much wagering on their bonuses...
