WARNING Best Casino denying withdrawals, non-responsive

A player came to us after the casino had denied a €1800 withdrawal claiming "we need to verify your credit card with the bank before we do any payouts". They then returned the player's deposits, locked the account and refused to provide further information or respond to the player's attempts to communicate.

We received the PAB, forwarded the details to the casino, and heard nothing back even after several attempts.

Warning: Best Casino (bestcasino.com, BestGames Holdings Ltd) is using "verification" excuses to block withdrawals and are confiscating player winnings without explanation. They do not respond to player inquiries nor our attempts to raise the issue on the player's behalf. Players are advised to avoid Best Casino.
