Hi there,

To give our side of the story.

Upon processing your withdrawal we discovered that you have 3 accounts in total that has been opened
not just from the same IP, but from the same browser, which goes against the terms and conditions of the site.
We're not just talking about opening accounts, but they all have activity on them in terms of bonus uptake and
deposits. This breaches the following rule of the site:

3.1.2

You are allowed to have only one Member Account. Only one Account for each household, IP, PC is allowed. If you attempt to open more than one Member Account, all accounts you try to open may be blocked or closed and any bets may be voided. Also any returns, deposits, winnings or bonuses which you have gained or accrued during such time as the Duplicate Account was active will be forfeited by you and may be reclaimed by us, and you will return to us on demand any such funds which have been withdrawn from the Duplicate Account. If you wish to open another account, you may do so by contacting the Manager at [email protected]. If a new account is opened, the old account will be closed. If you notice that you have more than one registered Member Account you must notify us immediately. Failure to do so may lead to your Member account being blocked for access.

Furthermore, you also admitted to entering fake details to your member account to the live chat agent
upon us making a KYC on your account which we have proof of here:

You really going to justify stealing my money with those lies. I submitted my docs to u those are my docs. I deposited a good amount of bitcoin to play then I won and tried to withdraw and you disable and stole my bitcoin. I didn't use any bonus on your site and this account jaminkens is my only account. I won and you stole 4 btc from me. I can only tell everyone caution if u win big here they will steal it all. I have all transcripts of all chats and pucs of my win they are a scam casino and I will tell every one this so it doesent happen to them on every chat board I will even pay for advertising on bitcoin sites to let people know and I will back it all up with the proof I have

I also have the chat transcript but there is no way for me to upload it on this site notice they cut most of the chat off in there pic I would like for everyone to see it all


I did notify you in the chat and I did not vmcheat in any way on your site I used no bonus or anything. Deposited a lot in your site and told you guys before I submitted anything so really why wouldn't you pay me when I win that's theft. I play at a lot of sites and have never got my money stolen like this.

Also to add I don't have 3 accounts on your site I have one account and I have been depositing here since January so come on now how u going to say I cheated in any way. U know I didn't cheat I finally won and out of my fifty or so deposit s I finally try to withdraw and then u steal my money and disable my account. Come on now make this right

Ok, I'm not defending the casino here and I'm not taking their side but, if you did open 3 accounts with them, that would be very easy for them to prove as all 3 accounts would be linked to the same IP address. If that is the case, then unfortunately you have no case. I, along with a lot of CM members have seen this scenario before many times. I hope you get this resolved in your favor.

I was playing and they stole over 4 btc from me. I do not have multiple accounts I did not cheat I did not have any bonus on or anything. I deposited around 500 dollars worth of bitcoin and was playing and finally won and then they stole my money refused to pay me and then disabled my account. I have pictures of the win transcripts of are chats and I would think anyone that plays online at casinos would expect that if you deposit a lot of bitcoin at a site and that if you win that they will pay u and not rip you off and steal your money and lie to you. I play at many sites and have had large wins before and have never gotten my money stole from me like bitstarz casino just did.
 
Just follow the link that was posted, read instructions on the page and submit it. As mentioned, once done you should wait patiently until it is resolved, so you shouldn't post anymore or rant after you have done that as it could hurt your case.

I looked at the link but for some reason I can't find a way to file a pab I click on the part to see if casino is listed on the site and it just goes to a blank screen. Has anyone had any luck with this pab anyways because really I want everyone to know that they are a scam and rip you off if you win if that's not the course to go and doing this pab will actually get them to make this wrong a right then I will do it but from talking with bitstarz during chat it seems to me they are thiefs
 
go to the bottom and click on 'Submit a Complaint' and then fill it in with your info. Yes, players have had luck with these, and if it wasn't for this service, Casinos could keep a lot of the winnings. If the Casino in question doesn't want their reputation ruined then they will play along, otherwise they will lose.

Any time there is a dispute both parties have a right to state their case, you've stated yours, and this way, the Casino can state theirs, and the truth will come to light. Good luck

Exactly correct. But if a casino knows someone ill never get paid if they win, they are freerolling the players.. Its simple to put an ip check in place at signup.. Would solve alot of problems, but then any casino cant freeroll a player

Hi there,

We do understand your feedback here, and I don't want to seem arrogant in any way, but I do believe
it's common practice to make KYC checks upon withdrawals, and very uncommon to pre-verify accounts
before a player starts making deposits, unless this is requested by the player.

Some players choose to use VPN to mask their IP for various reasons. In this case, it was not just a case of someone
opening multiple accounts via the same IP, but also making multiple accounts via the same browser.

We don't have any technical restrictions for this at the moment, but I do think you have a point and I'm with
you when it comes to try to implement this.

Totaly sick. It okej to play and loose on all the acount but when time for a cashout they give u the finger... I would have understand if the player had open severals acounts and use the bonus. But in this case the op says he never used a bonus... And Bitstarz!! did the player used same contakts details??

If you want justice - use the PAB process (and STOP posting here!). This is honestly your BEST CHANCE.

The more you go on and on repeating yourself and ignoring the advice given, the more I tend to think you do have something to hide... :(

If you scroll up a little bit, we've posted screenshots, proving your multiple accounts, and of you also admitting to using fake details on your account.

If you have images and transcripts that you believe will disprove this, you're more than welcome to post them here (but we do recommend you using
the PAB option as it's the standard for arbitration cases like this in this forum).

Well, I feel like I'm repeating myself slightly at this point.

We've both posted proof of you using both free spins and deposit bonuses,
and you can also see a bonus with "Wager Done" meaning you met the wagering
requirement and converted that money into cash.

I'm not completely sure what else I could post here, and I believe I've been
as transparent as I can be.

In all honesty, I believe a PAB is the best way to go here, as many other
guys on the forum here has suggested.

It looks like they won't post all transcripts and screenshots after bitstarz said they would just a lil bit ago.. just there little selective cut out pieces that they want to show. You guys seriosly make online gambling look bad and dishonest not good for the whole community. I have played many other sites and never had this happend. And I can't believe this can happen. I mean if a player has been depositing for over seven months at your site and finally wi s you would think they should pay the player not disable there account and steal there money knowing I have not cheated them or abused there site all I have done is played and deposited

In the mean time you can figure out how to screenshots and provide them

Here is how I do it.

I go to the page or section I want to screenshot. I go down to the lower left of my screen in the search section on my laptop and type "snipping tool". Open it up. Click on new and the screen will go a bit fuzzy. You then place your cursor and drag the box over what you want to screenshot. You snip and save it to your desktop. Then go to imgur.com and select the 'new post' tab. Click on browse. Find your picture you saved on your desktop and double click it. It will upload to imgur. Over to the right a link will appear and beside it, it will say copy. You copy that link and then post that link here or in Private message.

Bitzstars seems pretty confident here so if you arent being truthful both Max (the guy who does the PAB) and this forum will find out. Im not saying you are lying so dont get offended...but we have seen these types of claims before that turned out to be false. So if what you are saying is true, proceed with the PAB. If it isnt, dont waste anyone's time.

And since you filed a PAB. Stop posting about it or Max will toss it in the garbage and you will have little chance of getting help here

Is it possible you are wrong? Since you guys allow people from the USA to sign up to your casino using a VPN, it is quite possible the same dynamic IP is being used since there are only a couple of VPN websites people use and trust. And seeing as this player is from the USA he is obviously using a VPN to play netent etc.

Here's one of the issues I have. You freerolled the player. He never had a chance to cashout ever yet he could keep depositing and losing it. The casino is at zero risk to lose and the player only the chance to lose. I would like to see casino's who dont invest in protecting themselves from fraud be held accountable also. As should the player if they are breaking ToS

In cases like this, I think since you took his deposits prior and didnt invest in multiple account detection like other casino's do, you should honor the cashout and close the accounts and warn the player any further fraud will result in forfeiting deposits. Or refund deposits or a good portion.

I actually feel like this should be an industry standard. If a casino is to get a seal of approval they must have the proper security in place to detect cases like this. It stops casino's from taking advantage of players and/or protects themselves from cases like this.

The question is why? Because it is not your (or any other casino doing the same) interest?

The other problem with your approach is that you actually collected information before the KYC (several users with the same IP and browser) and did not use it until the withdrawal was made. Why did not ban the player when you detected a new account (collected the information used later) with the same details (IP, browser)?

I'm gonna side with BitStarz on this issue. The rep never claimed the same IP was used, but the same browser.

I'm gonna keep the rest of my opinions on this case to myself as it would not help anyone on either side. I do not know or claim to know the details, never even heard of the casino until this thread.

In the end, jaminkens should wait for the PAB to be resolved and stay away from the forums about this issue like the PAB FAQ requests.

Hi there,

Once more, we picked out the part of the part of the transcript that is relevant, and you
also mentioned that you had the transcript as well, which you are free to post if you feel
we missed something.

However, the other part of the transcript is you and the agent going back and forth about
things that is irrelevant in this case.
