Energy Casino- Not impressed

I've been playing at Energy Casino for a few months now, generally ok apart from laggy spins at times and being disconnected a few times, but a good choice of games and fast withdrawals.

I know that the RTP isn't determined by the casino, but my luck has been pretty poor here. I've deposited £10k and withdrawn £5k overall. Tonight was a new low though. I deposited £130 and took the 50% bonus. My £195 was swallowed up in record time, mostly by Gonzo's Quest which delivered a RTP of 26%!

What was disappointing was that when I contacted CS to ask for a free chip I was refused at first and then offered a total of £5. Ok, they don't have to offer anything, but I would have hoped that my custom was appreciated a bit more!

I have the same issue at this casino but I just think it is simply bad luck.
Think I made 1 or 2 withdrawals and many many more deposits here.
I have been hammered here by Rumpel Wildspins,it managed to not hit a FS bonus for well over 2k spins!!
When it finally landed I got 10x stake back I think it was.
In general Novomatic slots have been only brutal to me at Energy Casino.

About the low free chip after a loss,you also save the EP's which can be converted in to cashback so that's probably why the comp chips are low compared to other casino's.
I managed to save well over 50 Euro's worth of those points so just nice to have it there for whenever you want to cash it.

But it is a fun place to play with loads of slots.

Just not my luckiest place either (yet).

You're probably right there!

The loyalty points do help, but they tend to go the same way as the real money (just not as painful!) I did spend some of my points on a nice calendar though which I'd recommend ;-)

Although they have given me the odd comp of £20 or so in the past I was disappointed with the comp offer of 0.1% of my losses on a 26% RTP!

don't worry u r not alone on the downward luck spiral, i have been making a weekly deposit there for sometime now and never get any decent playtime except once it lasted me an hour or so. Never had a bonus on novo slots so just play gonzo, cftbl and doa now which lasts me few mins and then bust but hey! not the casino's fault

Thanks Norbert. I do take part in many of the promotions, I always take the weekly deposit bonus, the problem is that I usually lose all my deposit and bonus way before I'm anywhere near meeting the wagering requirements.

It seems as if others are having a similar experience at Energy Casino as me. I do know that the outcome of the games can't be influenced, but the worry is that out of the dozen or so casinos I play at the return and RTP at Energy Casino is the worst I've experienced so far.

As you can tell, I was very disappointed with not being offered even £20 worth of free chips last night, which after all come with wagering requirements, given the overall scale of my deposits (£10k) and losses (£5k) which didn't make me feel like a very valued customer. I know some competitors such as 32 Red are the same, but they do offer a deposit bonus every day!

I agree with that Gina. I'm not blaming the casino for my losses, but the industry is such that comps are part of the culture, some casinos offer them every day. I don't think there's anything wrong with asking when you've had a particularly bad run, as most, including Energy Casino are usually happy to oblige.

You already got "comped" a 50% bonus for your deposit EVERY WEEK (actually never saw a B&M casino doing that) - and you got offered another £5 after you asked for it and you are still complaining? Seems more like you can't get enough. Also consider their Energyshop (comp points or loyalty points) are like a 0.2% Cashback (for me playing in €-currency: I get €2 for wagering €1000). The only casino with a better conversion rate I can come up with is Intercasino with 0.25% Cashback, but their slots have a far worse RTP in average.

My experience with Energycasino in terms of promotions has been stellar. They are certainly leading around those being accredited. Considering the quick payments, nice game-selection, active rep and special CM promotions I have only praise for them.

hi had a kind of bad start with them novo being novo , had a few great days playing here since & a few withdrawals , firstly i shall payments are a very very quick , to be honest there as fast & faster than some other casinos , great to know ) not sure about the bad runs of compos but looking through there site they seems to have plenty of things going on , lots of different things to suit all.

I think it's only fair that I post an update to my thread.

At the time of my posts I also put a complaint in via Energy's CS re the lack of bonus following my poor gameplay. To their credit the casino assessed the situation and awarded me a £50 bonus. Of course it had wagering requirements attached and I lost it pretty quick, but what a fantastic gesture!

Perhaps I was a little harsh in my criticism brought on by my losses and poor RTP. TBH I couldn't ask any more from the casino.

Even better, I had a great run last night and whilst obviously it didn't recoup anywhere near my losses it made a good hole in them.

My title for this post is "Now Impressed" and I am, especially with the choice of games and fast payout times.

Only complaint, I have probably paid €60 or more in withdrawals fees . When we withdraw, you never care about the fee though, but compared to the rest, it's very excessive.
