So I have noticed energy casino is really poor at goodwill loss to players

Deposited 100 yesterday nothing given for my poor game play a few spins maybe no out right in chat

Deposited £190 today no luck again on the game poor luck given £10 chips wow I hear myself cry really poor goodwill

No they have no reward proms and there was no depositing bonuses match today either .They never seem to reward the players much to be honest and I will avoid and stick to one who do in the further my lesson learn

It isn't great when you make several deposits and get absolutely no playtime or even worse, absolutely no bonus rounds to speak of, it makes you feel like you've just effectively 'donated' the money.

When the balance goes straight south in like 10 minutes at minimum bets that's even worse, even having several weak bonus rounds in a row is preferable to having none whatsoever, at least it feels like the game gave you a shot.

Assuming the OP didn't make £5 spins it would be nice if the casino acknowledged your brutal session and perhaps threw you a bone, but saying that I'd hazard a guess that 90% of casinos probably wouldn't even do that.

I don't think it's quite that generous - it pays 1 point per €1 however all games reward at a rate of 20% (or less) - to quote the website:

I like Energy casino. Haven't played there for a while mind you but I have found CS to be more than helpful. I do like their loyalty program, many casinos don't offer loyalty point for play. After losing 290 I would be grateful for the tenner as most casinos won't do that unless you loose a whole lot more. The only thing is you gotta be careful of those Novomatic slots they can be brutal on the bankroll. Just my 2 cents worth

Gemma,nobody is trying to thrash your OP but I think most people are trying to say that many casino's wouldn't give you a comp even.
And Novomatic slots are amongst one of the most "brutal" slots out there.
€290.00 losing on those is nothing really as they can soak up a cool 1k on moderate bets in no time,that is Novomatic for you in a nutshell.
But they are also capable of giving you a monsterwin on the first FS bonus you will get.

Problem is,they trigger very rarely and that means if you don't get a decent win out of them you are basicly scr*wed.

I like to play them but if they are cold I leave them.

Energy Casino are a decent place not the biggest selection of slots but they got some novomatic slots that I haven't seen elsewhere.

I don't play there anymore though (self-excluded for 3 months - will return maybe) because like you OP I lost about 200 Euros worth with a lot of losing deposits in a row and it came at a time when I was losing everywhere so decided to just play at a few places and not 10+. I agree their reward program was kind of low standard and there really isn't that much extra about the casino in terms of what they offer in freebies or promotions but when you win they do payout kind of fast (though every bank transfer I did came with a receipt snail mailed from my bank).

Think the OP needs to chillax on asking for hand outs and understand that gambling is all about luck. And should not be a measure of making a judgement call on a casino. Its been said a million times the payouts on slots of the same name / brand are exactly the same regardless of casino!

It is always painful when going through some bad runs and I honestly empathise with your frustration here Gemma. Had a few awful downward spirals myself recently.

I wonder if you have fallen into the same trap I did recently where you just feel your luck "has" to change for the better and deposit more and more to no avail. It's so easy to do.

I'm probably not the best person to give advice as I have failed to heed my own at times but I try my hardest to ensure that any losses I suffer give me an adequate amount of fun/entertainment in the process.

Instead of speeding up play.... Chasing losses....raising bets etc I now limit amount of spins when on a bad roll. This prevents a downward spiral for me.

One way of looking at it is that if you are extremely lucky at any casino you (or indeed I) wouldn't wish to comp them and say "hey I just won £200.... Just give me £180 as your casino has made a loss out of me today"

This is my philosophy.

Sometimes I'll even limit amount of spins when things going bad or discipline myself to say 50 spins after watching a film, gardening, housework.

Anything to avoid that robotic clicking of spins spin spin.... Hoping and praying. You know when things are bad when you are down £100 and you hear the "fanfare" award of 2p!

Slots can be hugely enjoyable even when things going badly if you slow right down and treasure each spin and limit them (and potential loss).

I think u should limit ur gaming as suggested b4 because its causing u to lose ur cool which is never gr8 when gambling, maybe make smaller deposits, instead of 100 in one place, deposit 20 in 5 places with a bonus n play small bets.
