Question Inclave Casinos Payout? Silver Oak, Raging Bull, Lucky Legends et al.

I won $90,000 at Silver Oak 12/16-12/18. I deposited correctly, bonus is understood. Match withdrawal completed - understand they’re slow to pay having been waiting since 11/20-11/21 for $316, $2,350 and $600.

So at silver oak I withdrew $2,500 in 9 payouts in various ways, they limited what I can send through, but about $22,500 pending to me… saw tons of bad reviews (I’ve only played there 1-2months, probably deposited $4,000 at around 5-6 inclave sister casinos during that time) for the remaining $70,000 over the last week or so it’s been tight af. Can’t get a bonus to save my life and if I do then it’s $125 max bet and the bonus pays $285.00 (yes you read that correctly) and I’ve played hundreds of rounds with zero zilch nada on every pay point… when I got down to $9,000 they finally “let me hit again” but the bigger question is:

Do they pay?? Allegedly the pending 3 cashouts from ragingbull are on their way, but to be clear they stated it was a 7-10 day payout in ToS. Then I was told that the 7-10 day payout per step and then 7-10 BUSINESS days and then the first 2 smaller withdrawals are approved and sent to the payment servicer allegedly and it’s been many many days for that too - and then I was told that the third step is sending the money to the payment issuer and then they don’t have a timeframe for the payment issuer - legit they say they don’t know and it could take however long they need to take depending on how busy they are.

Silver Oak just took every match bonus I ever had (I didn’t bleed coupons over, there were only 4 coupons total 1 small one at startup, 2 in November and 1 in December - all had been run out and under $5 when all matches other were subsequently taken (the match for the active coupon code was removed immediately- funny, they got theirs IMMEDIATELY) but the money for me? Allegedly not approved yet, not far enough along to fully judge it but SO FAR they’ve given me. 100x worse runaround than ragingbull ever did, my VIP Host is nice but not incredibly helpful- keeps saying he’s going to get the $2,350 request pushed thru for me - NOTHING has came, not even the smaller 2 allegedly approved ones….

Advice? Input? I’ve read most people have to harass them for MONTHS AND MONTHS to get anything at all- insane. They also have Trustpilot emblems copied onto their site with excellent reviews but you can’t click through…. So frustrating- please post your resolutions or info-

Obviously I won’t be depositing any more until or unless I get ALL money FAIRLY released- they purport to be secure using the inclave sign in - I was recommended to them but the person had only won about what they’d put in of a deposit bonus- to be sure I DO NOT DO FREE SPINS except when they make me with the codes. I’m not missing anything- I understand all the little fine print quite well. They’re slow walking the payments but I’m understanding from the general public that they don’t usually end up paying??? 🙄

The attachments are just what I have handy the screen records are too big but this is the absolute bare bones truth. Run around and run around some more. They tried to make me verify a credit card I don’t even have and never have had or used - I use strictly crypto

Hello,

Those casinos are Virtual/AceRevenue properties that we’ve known and dealt with for many, many years. The good news is that we are in regular contact with their casino rep; we can and do get player issues at those casinos resolved on a regular basis. The bad news is that you’ll need to spend a wee bit of time giving us your details via our Player Arbitration (PAB) service in order for us to pursue these issues for you. That process starts with:

submit-a-pab.webp

If you need a guided tour through that process this will help: How to submit a Player Arbitration (PAB) Ticket

If you have any questions feel free to ask.

Regards,

Max Drayman

People do get paid from these guys, though a little help from your friends at Casinomeister might help. :)
See the instructions in post #2 above.

I recently had the biggest jackpot of my life at Sunrise, hitting for about $66k on Great Golden Lion. This is life changing for me! This was mid March and they have yet to pay but they say it is in process...
Has anyone been paid out a large amount like this? I'm worried I will not get paid :(

Hi MrsMarley18 and welcome to Casinomeister. You may want to submit a complaint and get Max to look into this for you.

Check post #2 in this thread to find out how to go about this.
Thank you for the suggestion Webzcas! I will wait another week or so and then will look into that, they say 10 business days plus 10 business days so seeing what will happen next week...

Just want to get this on record. I’ve got 8 pending withdrawals each for $2500 for a total of $20,000 due to me at Raging Bull. I’ve been in touch and feel like they are giving me the runaround on a payment timeline. Been told an account manager will be in touch to let me know the timeline but it’s been almost 3 weeks with no payment. I’ll check back in here but want to put on radar. Thanks

Maybe file a PAB. Usually once they get involved it elbows them in the ribs.

They will pay it just might take 6 months or so. I think their strategy is to delay players as long as possible hoping they get sick of it and play it back.

That is indeed their strategy.

Some of the promotions these sites have are ridiculously valuable and that lures the player in. The support then try to create as much friction as possible, miscommunications, mistakes, delays etc.

Just don't play back the winnings, once you have managed to get verified (can take a lot of back and forth), they'll have 7-10 business days to process your withdrawal. If it hasn't been processed by then, do not engage with their live chat further, they will likely only delay once more. Reach out to the rep @TawniVirtualAce and ask her to step in and help.

As you can see in earlier replies, people do get paid and the rep is very helpful so I'd recommend this course of action before using the PAB services offered by casinomeister.
