yes the jackpot factory really stinks, they do not answer straight and they reply the same message i make a withdrawal 200$ they asked for documents i sent it and nothing happens ,i wrote again and they sent me same message etc. not a response and same questions it seams they trying something .
very slow support who cant answer straight!!
it seams im going nowhere!

David Brickman is the rep on here. You can PM him and see if he will help you. He has always helped me in the past. However I still have not heard from him on my last PM. But in the meantime I have received my funds. Also JF does not offer very good bonuses. I have deposited over 30,000.00 in less than a year and hardly ever receive any bonuses. Do you recall hearing of anyone outside of the states that wasn't related to security or bonus issues not being paid in a timely fashion? I don't.

mrjigsaw has either done as requested and submitted username to JF spokesman or hasn't. Give the casino a day or two to sort this out? Or start a feeding frenzy for no good reason? whatever. I'll eat my hat if JF ripped anyone off :D
 
Damn lojo, what's your deal?? I have read and posted nothing but bad experiences with this group and you seem to still like them alot. You are certainly entitled to your opinion, but you are rowing against the current my friend. I haven't seen one positive post about them in a long time. Brickman is a joke. He acts concerned and when questioned on something seems to disappear. Screw these guys, before they screw you.

I think the point that Lojo was trying to make is that there doesn't seem to be many non-US players having problems, it's mostly US players. This really shouldn't be a surprise after the actions taken by our devious, underhanded, sheisty, unscrupulous, sneaky, nefarious, rotten, untrustworthy, corrupt, asinine, unethical, stupid, idiotic, evil, crooked government last year.

Edit: I see that mrjigsaw is from Sweden, but I stand by my words about our government.

o.k., I'll buy that. But it doesn't make sense that they would treat europe so well and the states like shit! Also, if outfits like 3dice and villento can make quick payment, why not JF?? I for one have not made one untrue statement about this group. Apparently the truth must hurt JF, and the truth is not positve at all.
 
who knows what lojo's problem is..... and who cares... if he finds it acceptable for a player to wait 30+ days to get paid on a withdrawl... that's his problem. And the fact the JF only has issues with US players doesn't matter- the fact is... they have issues! Other casinos can pay US player in less than 12 days... THAT'S THE POINT LOJO... Get it?
 
Yea the truth hurts JF, Well its actually the lies that hurts JF, their problem is they dont know what the truth is anymore.For 4 month I heard one lie after another and the lies are STILL commingi. If back in Feb they would have said we dont have the money to pay you, instead of all the stories. I could have lived with that. the lies is what makes my blood boil If they ever come clean I may play there again.Now thats a lie I will never go back there no matter what.I couldn't even stand to play at any casino for months after that fiasco ,Now I play for hours ever day and its a blast ,thanks to VILLENTO:)

I have absolutely no financial interest in JPF, I'm not an affiliate, nuttin. And I'm certainly not sayin it ain't a bitch to wait for money... been there right after January with another group. A point people are missing is that they have solved the deposit withdraw problem (for now).

We don't know what's up with mrjigsaw's situation, but it's a first if it's simply slow pay to sweden afaik.

If you recall, I was none to easy on them for not simply re-issuing the frozen funds this spring... but every one got paid, didn't they? Would I have deposited there before they got a decent process in place? Hell no.

To each his own, and if they do something to get rogued they won't see my money. But for now I'd have no problem depositing and expecting to get paid. In fact I will before the end of the month:thumbsup: (deposit, that is... up to the gamblingods if I win)
 
lojo, I really don't know if they are paying or not, just that they are paying very slowly (by their own admission) If you like them, play them. We will wait for your rant when something goes afoul for you with JF. The truth will set you free (from Jackpot Factory if you are smart!!) Good luck to you

The funds were frozen within their own process if I remember right. Whatever that might have meant. A middle man got cold feet? Maybe you're right and they didn't have any money to pay out for awhile and had to hem haw and delay.... that wouldn't be good... fact is we'll probably never know.

I am waiting on a check from villento and it seems to be taking just as long as JF. It can go either way. I think I am just not going to play anymore at all.

Me too...I've been waiting 6 weeks for cashout from Capital Casino and Vegas Country. Haven't seen neither one even though they said it was mailed out.

Not sure what you meant by that Pacers, but Capital and Vegas Country aren't part of the Jackpot Factory Group. If anything, Atlanta's statement only goes to show that the problems don't lie just within the JPF group of casinos. Vegas Country is part of Vegas Affiliates/Mini Vegas and Capital is either Fortune Lounge or Belle Rock (clarification anyone)?

Seriously, the best thing that all of you could do is not play, period. You may very well have a casino that you feel comfortable at today...that does not mean that tomorrow they may not have the very same problems that alot of others are having. What if the processor they are currently using decides to pull the plug? You will once again be left with your money in limbo.

I sympathize with your plight, but why continue to give these casinos money, when it's a total crapshoot if you're going to be able to get your winnings in a timely manner?
 
Vegas Country is as Pina said, and they had problems before too. I considered depositing there again and they do have 'crafty' way to pay if they choose, but it was denied to me and 'we have a new processor, our checks are all good now' wasn't good enough for me.

I don't know Capital but they aren't JPF and I'm 99% sure they aren't FL... moment... Carmen Media (riverbelle, lnugget,et al)

Pina's spot on about the possibility of the current processor going belly-up or into freeze mode. I avoided the nlr crunch by dumb luck with only one payout hanging and might not be so lucky if it happens again. So if I were to gamble I wouldn't put any more out there than I could afford to lose and just hope for a smooth transaction if a large win happened.

JPF here I come, wish me luck or hope I get stiffed so you can say 'I toadja so' :D
 
My mistake Pinababy, wrong group. JF is kind of a sore spot with me these days for the subpar service I received from their CS and management people so everytime I see the Jackpot Factory name I kind of expect the worst.

You are certainly correct in your point about giving them money, I surely won't.

I fogot Pinababy, while your statement was certainly prudent, I still don't understand why some entities are able to pay off very quickly, while others hem and haw and double talk about weeks and months. There really isn't much sense to that ya know?

What kind of world do we live in where the Microgamings aren't even fair anymore? It used to be problems with Playtech and RTG only while MG was the gold standard - now Vegas Affiliates, Casino Rewards, and apparently Jackpot Factory are all terrible now.

Which is a Bank Statement and My Driver's License. So far I haven't heard a word back from them. They won't even answer their emails. This is the only group im waiting for payment. I have received all payments from the rest of MG group except this one. Its been 2 week since I made a withdrawal request. Including 3 deposits in the same session. Not a good look.

Yet again a complaint about IGNORED EMAILS from the Factory. Jesus, will they ever get a grip on this. There IS a problem, but they insist on having this "head in the sand" approach to it.
I demonstrated this with one of their CS reps, sending and receiving Emails while chatting on the phone, and them looking at their end. There is CLEARLY an intermittent problem with their system failing to forward player Emails onward to the support desk. They either arrive within seconds, or not at all.
Recently, I identified a problem where their outbound Emails never reach ME, which can look as though an Email has been ignored. The big problem is the intermittent nature of the bug, there is no consistent approach that can be used to sort the issue out. If either party were doing something wrong technically, then the problem would either not occur, or be permanent.

Aside from this, they have had many past problems paying American players in a timely manner, and again this seems to happen at random. Every time these two issues crop up, it does a little more damage to the group, so I wonder why they have allowed this to drag on for a couple of years now, rather than getting in some high performing tech wizards, and letting them loose on the problems.
 
They sure don't ingore my emails but I'm starting to wish they would - and I haven't even cashed out yet!

I keep getting the same email stating we need a Photo ID and a Utility Bill not older than 3 months. And to make sure they are notarized. I am going in the morning to a notary and get this done. This casino group can close my account afterward. I will not be doing any more business with them. Casino Action is a much much better group then JF. I never seen so much BS coming from a MG casino then this group.

Keep in mind, too, that it's just about the right time of year for Charlie to be opening his American Express bill for the New Years bash he had at the Govotnya Gobeyrnya 4 Seasons with the five sets of Gypsy Quintuplets and traveling petting zoo and, well, I been there, so it's call to all the managers and have every nickle sent directly to ME and not a penny out til I say!
