Hi all,

So There isn't a thread dedicated to leovegas loyalty. (Or Lack Off)

So lets make a stand and see if we can all stand up and get leovegas casino's attention and maybe get some better loyalty bonuses given to us.

We all know the gripe about VS loyalty. But Leovegas is far worse than VS.

I mean I have been playing here for years now, I rarely get email promotions, and when I do they are now always deposit and playthrough X amount for 10-100 spins, depending on how much you deposit. Then we have that crazy 35X wager on them as well.

There is just soo many gripes about leovegas. I mean take for example the slots section. They still haven't even added a provider sub category either. The countless times I have requested this via live chat and still they haven't added one.

So getting back to lack of loyalty bonuses.

The last bonus I had from them was on my birthday when they gave me £40, which had that crazy 35X wager on it of course.

And before that was when I reached level 30. They gave me like £100 in free spins on jungle spirit. £1 spins. And that was like around feb or march time. So you see a long period of like 8-9 months between that and the birthday bonus.

I mean come on. We play we deposit we are loyal! and for what reason? to be compensated nothing or something once a year.

And I forgot to mention - Everytime I ask live chat the answer is always no. Always a no. They always say the same standard reply to. Saying I am sorry but unfortunately we can not add anything at the moment. Please check our promotions page and emails for available promotions!.
So yeah as I said they are just bad in terms of loyalty. Only good thing is very very fast withdraws. I get them within 2 mins usually. I just request it in cashier, then goto live chat and ask them to process it and they do. Doesn't matter what time it is, 24/7 too. So that really is the only good thing I have to praise them for.

Then it brings me onto the VIP levels. I am now level 33. And it is as useless as anything. It should not even be called VIP. Cos there is no benefits other than no fees on withdraws.

So I ask you Leovegas reps. Please can you review your lack of loyalty and start to reward us loyal players please?

Now I dont care about getting freebies that much. But When we deposit soo much and are loyalty to a very few casinos and we get nothing valuable back in return, Why should we not get upset when we get treated like we are just toilet paper?

So yeah anyone else wants to chime in, feel free!!

But I don't remember getting ANYTHING for reaching ANY of the levels, never mind £100 of free spins for level 30 !!

Although, that's probably why I'm only at level 32. LeoVegas don't get many deposits from me, compared to other casinos

I’m at level 39. One of the few to fire me a bonus cash birthday. But with wagering.

I’d like it if they introduced some wagering loyalty scheme. That’s certainly missing.

Only other gripe is that you’ll get constant offers for 6 months and then nothing for a year.

But when they have offers on the go I think they’re decent enough.

I don't see LeoVegas starting now.....they've had years to implement their reward system (I'm level 45 don't you know) and it's obviously a bit of a facade. Given that casinos are tightening their purse strings everywhere and bonuses are soon to be a thing of the past, the best we could hope for is some type of gratis free spins - and they already do this.

Bit late in the day to expect them to value player custom, it's obvious they've never given much of a hoot. Hoping that they turn into VS is never going to happen!

On a positive note, I found 20 spins on that witchcraft game, just sitting there! So I won about £5, went to Adventure Palace, where I soon doubled my bankroll.

So it seems I am not alone in being not happy with leovegas lack of loyalty. Shows you where they spend their money if they buy streamers websites for crazy amounts of money. What also makes me more annoyed with that news that I was only now made aware of is the fact that they sponsor Letsgiveitaspin too. They give him bonus money to play with. So he not only gets money that way, but he has now got millions from them for a share of his website.

Not very good to be honest. And this is the first time I heard of a casino buying a affiliate streamers site.

Also it isn't a surprise that Leovegas reps have not even responded to this thread too.

So lets keep posting in it and bumping this thread and eventually they might respond in it.

I do alright at Leovegas, but then I don't play slots and I don't generally take a bonus (unless I'm scraping the bottom of my bankroll), don't believe I have ever had a freebie, though, maybe a few free spins or perhaps the no deposit intro bonus, but nothing noteworthy. About half a year ago I've said goodby to LV for exact the same reasons as everybody above (and below...?). I don't know anymore at what level I was, but must have been somewhere about 40;

Closing my account didn't work properly either; I was still busy filling in my details etc but suddenly my account was closed because of "gambling addiction"..........
So now it was my fault and they closed my account..... Because no other casinos (except Royal P since a few months) are connected, I didn't care and took no action anymore.

They are very happy with only depositing customers, as soon as they have to withdraw a few times, they just don't like you anymore

Having said this, they do need to raise their game to get into the same league as some of their competitors, in particular the likes of Videoslots. As many have said the frustration with LV is that climbing the loyalty levels is meaningless, I'm on level 84! Also there are no notifications of when deposit bonuses are available on the rare occasions they are.

On the plus side they have a good range of games and are fast payers, so I'll stick with them. Would be nice to see my luck change there though!

Similar experience to Chris - sometime iv deposited and a reloads been added but having scoured through emails iv not seen it...

End of day you know what to expect, or not, from them so take it or leave it.

Sometimes showing how you value customers isn’t necessarily through how many deposit offers you get but rather how little your messed around, speedy withdrawals, speedy resolution of issues etc

They must customise their offers. My offer today was 30/50/100 spins for £10/£30/£50 But just on 'Dazzle me', I can't say that that game's ever dazzled ME.

I'm not that keen on the way their bonuses work anyway.
You either have to get a big enough win with your cash for a withdrawal and lose the bonus (free spin winnings)
or lose your cash completely, since the wagering only starts when you're playing with bonus money, which makes that 35x wagering pretty high

Yes, I never get an e-mail from them, but sometimes a bonus is automatically added on deposit. Never had a free spins offer, or maybe it's been there but I didn't know about it!

I dont know if i was cheeky doing this, but i would usualy play the deposit first and if withdrawing , using the spins after making a withdrawal. Cant recall if i did make another withdrawal doing that, like from botn the deposit and the spins aftrrwards. If i had to say, i beleive i have done once i think and both went through (not big) .

A bit off-topic but Leo Vegas really is desperate to enforce every rule out there, almost to the point that it seems like they’re hiding suspicion for something illegal. When I finally had a cashout from these guys for the first time since 2016, they wanted an updated picture of my driver’s license. What the fuck? Why? Video Slots didn’t ask for one. Even super-stringent PlayOLG.ca didn’t ask after any cashout.

It’s bad enough they take $36 in fees if you use bank transfers but their fear of breaking any rules really turns me off. That’s why I refuse to gamble there any longer. They just come off as suspicious to me. I’ll just stick to Video Slots and PlayOLG.ca for the long term.

Nothing wrong with them per se. Decent casino with a very good games selection. Its just that we'd all gotten used to being treated well for our loyalty and getting regular (about fortnightly) reload bonuses, but these have mostly stopped dead. As has my spending at Leovegas.

Now Videoslots sees my budget.

I can 100% confirm that between level 10 and Level 40 there are no differences with the Freespin offers they are the same because a friend of mine is on lvl 10 and i am on 39 or 40 and we alwasys get the same. I ask the support about that a while ago because if there are no differnces what sense has then the LEVEL system ???

Thanks I will try, but I suspect it will be the same as James and Johan say. They can not help I think I will just do what others have said and do a TAB.

But on further inspection that is an affiliate manager rep? So I highly doubt they can do anything for players anyway??
