Leovegas - Holy Diver slot frozen on first spin of level 3 free spins trigger.

So I just deposited a lot at Leovegas again cos I wanted to give Holy Diver another chance.

Yes I know I said I would not play it again. But who does not say they will not then still do lol, not the first lol.

Anyway, so I finally triggered the feature after it taken like 700+ spins and loads of deposits, the spins started and on the first spin the slot frozen just as the reel 5 and reel 6 was about to stop. The first 4 reels stopped then it froze after that, so during the first spin.

So I thought ok, lets just refresh? So I refreshed and the game now wont even load. Well I get the splash screen but nothing more. It doesn't load after I click Continue button.

So as you can see, it just has greyed out effect and the slot does not load.

So I went to support and they said they have to raise it with the provider. They also told me to take a screenshot of a website that shown my specs, which I also done. So I am asking if there is a rep or if the @Big Time Gaming rep can step in and find my hung game round please? I would appreciate it.

You've reported it to the rep? and to the provider and the casino now you need to be patient . It will get resolved but not in 15 minutes . CHill for a while and let them look into it.

I had the same issue before with net ent on secret of the stones. It took nearly a week for the money of my failed bonus round to be credited to my account.
But that was a few years back. Hopefully its quicker now

Yes it sucks indeed, but these things can take days to resolve, if at all

BTG are horrible in that when a game round is lost, it won't 'pick up' from where it left, a lot of the time. During the bonus though is anyone's guess

Well I will certainly wont be happy if they can not credit what the game round paid. This has happened to me in the past a few times. Once at vera and johns and they did resolve it within 3 days. The other was on Wild swarm slot at VS. To which I triggered the Wild Swarm feature then the game froze and then it would not let me get back into the game, just kept giving an error. Then that one taken VS 2 days to resolve. I didnt even realise until I logged in 1 day as I was gonna deposit and play and saw my balance and was like wow, nice balance. So went to live chat and they said, that was the hung wild swarm game round money, It was just under £200 lol. So yeah I hope Leovegas and BTG sort it out. I hope that what goatwack said is not true.

and they will finish the rounds and informs the operator with the amount that needs to be credited.

From my experience they answer quite fast, within 4 to 8 working hours and I have a satisfying answer.

Happened with Chilli on Bet Victor Took a week to sort out but I did get the proceeds of my free spins. I had exited on the gamble wheel after collecting as was saving the bonus for the bus ride home as you do.

Yes multiple times, even using a different browser as well. Also tried private and incognito modes. Tried 3 different browsers and cleared cache in all of them to no avail. This is certainly not an issue at my end. All other BTG slots work fine for me.

Sounds very similar to my issues, balance won't show, stake can't be changed, etc, etc

This didn't work for me either, BTG games seem to have a habit of needing direct resolving from their end.

We contact SG, get a response and they instruct us what to do.
We do so, and verify the invoice at the end of the month

It wil be sorted soon mate, maybe not today.

Basically Im pretty sure you are not able to see the free spins feature.
When you entered the FS the outcome was already known, so thats the amount you will receive.
