PokerStars Ontario- HELP PLEASE!

I’ve used PokerStars Ontario for a while but never won. I won huge on Thursday, November 23rd ($1000!!!). I tried to withdraw the money through interac and wire transfer but I was asked to verify my email address by sending in bank information. I tried to send it through the app but it kept giving me an error. I tried support for help but the only help there is a chat bot that provides a link to send in the information, which I did. The chat bot said someone will email me back. It’s now Sunday, November 26th and I’ve gotten no response. I tried emailing the information in multiple times over the last few days. I’ve tried using the chat again to hopefully reach a live person with absolutely no luck. There’s no other contact method or email. I’m stressed out! This money is so important especially considering it’s Christmas. I have screenshots of the win. I really don’t know what to do.

Thank you for the help. I sent them a DM and posted on their Twitter. Hopefully they’ll help me. I did find an email for them, but I have gotten no response all day. I don’t know what to do at this point and it’s absolutely frustrating.
