Problem with Bet365 verification

Im trying to verificate my Bet365 account but my problem is they want picture of my passport, which is out of date or national ID card, which i dont have at the moment. I have european driving license but they said thats not enough. I can also provide them anything else they could need.

Is there anything i could do other than get new passport or national ID card?

Some places allow an expired ID or passport if you send a selfie holding your birth certificate. I am not sure about Bet365 rules but you can try if that works for you.
