Dear Casino Meisters’ players,

I’m Charles Gross, founder and CEO of SlotsMillion online casino. Today I’m reaching out to this fantastic community on behalf of the entire SlotsMillion team because we want to collect feedback from the people whose opinion matters the most: the players.

I have worked in the gambling industry for 15 years. First as an affiliate, later moving into the operator world.

Since launching SlotsMillion back in 2014, our mission has been to offer an exceptional online gaming experience to players worldwide, characterized by our passion for slots, our love for innovation and our ambition to become the home to one of the largest online slots portfolios on the internet.

We have come a long way since then. We’re now proud to host over 4000 games ranging from over 100 of the industry's best providers; to carry licenses from the SGA, the UKGC and the MGA; and to have amassed numerous prestigious awards throughout our journey.

However, our present and future aspirations for SlotsMillion are even greater. That’s precisely why 2020 was such a big year for us - characterized by change. We carried out such significant updates to the brand, the company, the team, the way we operate and our product. We completely redeveloped our platform to add new features and capabilities in order to improve the experience we offer to our customers.

You may have noticed SlotsMillion’s rebranding and the fact that we completely redesigned our user interface last year. We have been preparing to take SlotsMillion into its biggest and most significant chapter yet.

Throughout all of 2021, our team has been committed and working hard to improve all areas of the casino and the experience we offer to our players. We’re excited not just about the changes applied so far, but more importantly about the many changes planned to come.

But to continue, we would now like to hear directly from you, the players, and are now asking you for your genuine, honest, and unbiased opinion.

Slotsmillion online casino is reviewed at Casinomeister
Slotsmillion has always been one of my favourite casinos to play at. The new lay out, especially the game filters are much better than the old side filter which took a long time to load. The darker theme was introduced some time ago, but definitely prefer it over the white them from days past.
 
Is there a way to sort by game provider? If there is it is not working .. hard to go through 2900 games otherwise :)

The site looks good and navigation is lightning fast .

@Spikie: Yes we have a filter, that help you to find exactly the game you want, by:
- category,
- provider,
- feature,
- theme,
- payline,

On mobile to access the games:
- If you are logged, you have a quick access with the bottom menu to All Games,
- If you are not logged you click on the burger menu on top left and have access to the link All xxxx Games,
Then you have to click on filter and will find all the details for the classification.

Otherwise on desktop you have access to all games on top left in the menu with the link All xxxx Games. And then you have the filter directly on the left.

Hope it's clearer, you have found it and correspond to your expectations.

And if there is a filter option it is not obvious. Maybe you could combine it all in the one search field ??

Ah yes very interesting. In fact you are looking inside the search and not in the filter.
If you click on "Filter", you will see all the filters available with all the softwares.

We will see how to optimise the message to make it clearer if the player can't find any result. Then we will explain that he can use also the filter to find a game.

Due to regulatory restrictions, we are not able to receive players from every country unfortunately. Italy for example has a local licensing system in place and we do not currently have an Italian license, therefore we cannot receive Italian residents at present.

If anything change in regards to this we will be sure to announce this!

The search box is only to find games. We have the filter to categories them by category, provider, feature, theme, and payline then just click on Filter icon to see all the options. Is it working like that?

Search isn’t great here either, I’m logged in and for example looking for bonanza it doesn’t appear. I can find it if I go through the megaways though but not showing up when searched.
Also no promotions other than the sign up bonus for new customers

Very strange and it's a shame, as our filter should be very good to let you find the games you want over our 4000 games (depend on the country).
Find attached the screenshot how it's working on my side. If you want to share your, it would help us a lot.

Apologies I now see bonanza on search I couldn’t see it last night lol.
However as for promotions I’m on iPhone and on home page no promotions showing also when I click the promotions tab it shows this ...

Concerning the promotion, I understand your problem and we have already detected that. The Product and IT team are working to make it easier to understand.
In fact, the page you sent is to find the bonus offered and the bonus active. At the moment (and it will be solve next week) if you want to see all the promotion plan you need to go to the promotion page but not logged (yes I know it's not nice ?). I will keep you updated as soon as it's going to be released ?

Did not know Slotsmillion had a Swedish license.

I did notice there was no welcome bonus.
I know its restricted how much you are allowed to offer to Swedish players in the welcome bonus (think its max €10 or something low like that)
But for a lowroller like me, some freespins or just a small match bonus up to €10 is always appreciated when i sign up to a new casino and make the first deposit.


Looked around a bit on the site and i think it looks good.
I have visited the site in the past, and this new dark theme (not sure how new it is) is imo much better compared to how it was.

I give my business to casinos that solely do VISA Direct. I want access to my wins instantly like in the landbased when i call the operator. I asked support and you do bank transfers. That is an ancient method and takes 3 days to reach the account. More than 2 hours is not acceptable to me unless the win is so large that needs to be checked which has never been the case.
 
Havent played here in years. If i can remember correctly they took the shitroad or i might be wrong. But there was some reason why i stopped playing here

The support is not allowed to re-open accounts without any escalation due to regulation. Your account has now been re-opened to let you enjoy the casino.

We have the Playtech live games in the casino, but I need to check why are they not opened for UK. I will come back to you on Monday with an answer.

As I can tell this forum has went through a change where a lot of the older posters dont post as much or around as much and some newer people have come along...so

Are you actually looking for feedback? I think it's pretty easy to find it through the other slotsmillion threads where there were many complaints of seriously slow payments, misleading info, totally misleading reps, bonus banning people and more.

So unless you have changed some policies, hired and trained a new team and addressed a lot of the prior issues I would say you don't really care for any feedback. If you actually do then Im glad to see it but I get the feeling you only want feedback on your new interface.

Just curious. where were you during all those times of complaints and issues when players were looking for help?

Also, Why are you the only casino that I know of demanding source of wealth from Canadians when the MGA license doesn't require it or at the very least doesn't enforce it?

Sorry I am not as welcoming and polite as others are being but I dont have short term memory and I recall all of the issues and how your reps ignored most people and then just left the forum without addressing anything for a long time.

To ignore your customers on here said it all at the time and I actually closed my account there as it had started to come across like the readings of a 'rogue' casino.

I will sit back and wait, see if this is just a smokescreen to gain customers back or whether their really is any intent to clean up their act!

Thanks for your honest feedback and I can confirm that we have changed, during the last 12 months, all the team, review all processes and optimise our front-end. Of course the front-end part is the first thing that you can see from the iceberg at the moment. We have already taken in consideration all the comments in this forum to optimise our approach before coming back.

If I put my name, my photo and my reputation to this thread, it's not to acquire or re-activate customers but really to get valuable reactions to be better and provide a very nice player experience.

Concerning the source of wealth for Canadians, let me see that with my Chief Compliance Officer and I will revert back to you, very soon.

Don't be sorry, this is exactly this kind of post that we need to have a honest evaluation to help us to be better ?

I've received the reply from my Chief Compliance Officer:

“In line with our regulatory obligations, the EU AML directive and to comply with the FIAU implementing procedures, we may need to request additional information in some cases depending in risk level, such as documentation to verify the source of funds/wealth. Whilst Canada in general is not considered a high risk jurisdiction, it is not exempt from these requirements. We always try to find a balance between meeting regulatory requirements, maintaining a safe site for our players and providing a low friction, enjoyable customer journey, and will take your feedback onboard for consideration.”

It's always difficult to find a balance between the regulation and the player journey but we try to find the best approach.

I like the new design - much more modern than what went before. I wonder though - could you use the sidebar to display the current game RTP? I note you're taking the 94% versions (of e.g. Play & Go and Pragmatic) - not the worst in the UK market, and I understand that market forces etc etc mean you probably aren't going to change to the "full" RTP any time soon, but equally highlighting it (without necessarily drawing attention to the lower RTP) would be nice for those of us who look in on these things.

Unibet have a great way of showing the RTP of all their slots. :thumbsup: :cheerleader:
You just hold the mouse over the slot you want to check and it shows on the side of the game icon.
I think they have the highest RTP settings on all their slots also. :thumbsup::cheerleader:

Well I thought I would give the site another shot, see if it had actually improved, requested to re-open my account and I was asked for feedback on my 'interaction' when I haven't even received a response to my request - good start huh?

Now you can find the Promotions of the casino inside the link "% Promotions" and find your available and active bonuses in "My Bonuses".

We will see how to personalize more the Promotion page in a second stage ?

Hi. Forget about getting a German licence. You do that, people won't come back to join. I'm sure you know the law but a quick reminder 1;000euro deposit a month max. Across all casinos not each.. 1 Euro max a Spin. There has to be a 5 second gap between spins. There is a tax of about 5% the player has to pay.with each Spin. All of the 30000+ Slots you got has to work that way. . we need to find another way.s. I'm from East Germany, we know how knock down walls?

I get promotions but none are good. Also when I try to deposit there is no method available lol. Live chat from what I can see is virtually non existent. Waiting and waiting for an agent... and then after a long time you get an auto pop up from the bot that all the real agents are bust at this moment.
