Not Recommended SPINIA casino giving the run-around

So... my cashout is declined cause i need to send proof about my deposits wia siru mobile payment what has nothing to do with this withdrawal. I canot send them until i get bill form them next month... i didt won anything from deposits via siru ..... today i made deposit via bank transfer and won and made request via same way.,.. now they want proof of payment via SIRU what i dont have until next month ... what to do ?

@Casinomeister @LadyJelena obviously @homerbert is having troubles in his country at the moment and can't get online, but is it not possible to get either a temporary rep or maybe suspended them from the accredited list. There hasn't been a rep available now since August, and quite a while before that really. There are quite often questions/complaints about N1 casinos and no rep to answer them.

I think most people have sympathy for the position homerbert is in, but that doesn't help anyone not being able to get their money, or solve problems :(. He said in July there was another rep joining soon, so someone is obviously ready to help out.

I'm actually not even sure this casino is under the management of N1 and homerbert especially.
I'll try to find someone who works closer with Spinia Casino and that group (which appears to be same group as Bob Casino, Playamo, Betchan etc)
 
did he represent all direx nv casinos?? if he didn't who does??
Homerbert was/is our rep for LadyHammer and n1 (not to be confused with all umbrella 'N1'
 
@homerbert can only help regarding N1 Casino or Lady Hammer Casino. As you know he is my friend and I could ask him to help but only for brands like N1Casino and Ladyhammercasino . Sorry, maybe you know situation in his country but in case of emergency I can call him if its regarding the casinos that he is rep of

Sorry for derailing this thread but can you tell us if he is alright? He is a very valued and highly regarded member here and it would be nice to know he is doing fine.

Very disturbing to see what's going on in his country so it would be nice to hear he is ok.

hi yes he is alright but there is lot of riots on the streets and police arrests lot of people and internet is often cut down but he is at good health. he is ok and not in jail but the police there arrests mostly on weekend people on the streets so its big risk always to go out there and I hope soon the will be freedom at his country
 
I found a manager of this casino group on skype, but he doesn't work with players.
Just got an advice from him:

"follow customer support requests, i am sure they want to help. Once verified there would be no issues at all
take a patience and tell player not to play until its all done (unless they want to do so)"

I asked to send someone from customer support to answer this thread or send a private message, but reply is -
they don't communicate on forums

Neither they wanted me to get username and more details, so they could check. So, I'm really sorry to say I had no any success and this team is not very cooperative.
 
Oh great - recommending the player to play back his winnings. There ya go - a solution! :rolleyes:.

A nice opportunity to have a casino placed into the not recommended section.

At one point you reach a level of personal shame that you can’t be honest with yourself. Bad practice is so common at spinia that it only becomes a reality when they have to answer questions. How is the manager suppose to come here and say anything that makes sense. They ask their support to do everything they can to mislead their own customers.
@Slotwolf Casino you know what happened at slotwolf at one point? I stopped playing because a « manager » canceled my withdrawal 15 times in a row asking for screenshots nonsense and to verify a payment method that was already done with verification from months ago. You know the only other casino that ever did that to me. Spinia

I can just tell you truth from my side that I am always here for you and please feel free to ask Bryan or Jelena if I am a real person and for sure I am NOT INVISIBLE for sure. I cant talk for other brands here - me myself I try to treat players fair, help them and answer fast and honest to questions regarding slotwolf.

I think there is a common denominator with all these groups of casinos and that they all are under curacao laws where there is no player protection policies in place! hopefully this will change in 2021 when I read there would be new changes coming into place!

this situation could be correlated with malta before they implemented their player protection policies.

By the way I didn’t mean any disrespect towards you. I probably sound intense when I comment about shitty experiences with casino support or management. I have high expectations related to any customer service and on the other hand, always shocked about the way casinos treat their own customers like garbage. I only encountered a dumb employee at slotwolf that was canceling a withdrawal without any reason. Sometimes incompetence have a really big cost for a company and it always seems to be something not real for the owners or the people taking the decision not to invest in new employee training. I manage agents, clients and accounts all day long. The only problem at the moment? Exactly like yours. Training for new agents is was too short. They know nothing and can’t help any clients. But after a week or so they end up talking to me and it’s problem solved. Because I care and can actually listen. So sorry for being intense. I guess if you make a difference to a certain level for your company, you can also be proud of what you do. And by the way, vip manager using « Kent » name was pretty cool and should be thanked for not being lazy like most.
 
Not the best out there but no problems with getting paid. Months ago, they requested proof of wealth but once sent they did pay out quickly.The only issue I have with them is that they should not have waited till there was a pending cashout before requesting such proof.
When you are getting stalled, you have the painfull gut feeling inside that goes away pretty fast when you see approved. Unfortunately, gamblers have very short term memory for the things they shoudlnt. Proof of wealth at a softswiss brand? Never ever heard of that. Did you deposit more than 5 or 10k during a week or a month?

I am just honestly relaying my experience. I think this what all members here should do.

For verification, they wanted a selfie which is probably the norm but on my ID card they requested numerous times to have it resubmitted based on a rather absurd excuse that the background was unacceptable. I had to submit several times using different backgrounds and I was physically exhausted by the time they said it was finally ok. I hadnt gone back since.

I understand how frustrating this is but as it is MGA license we really need to do this KYC procedures often. There are a lot of requirements from regulatory body and also payment providers request often another proof as they are also in need to do this by law. Sorry that this is annoying but KYC is a process that we are forced to do by law

I am not arguing about the KYC process so dont get me wrong. Its about overdoing the verification bit to the point its a damn hassle for no reason at all. You might wish to visit the correspondence I had with your support staff and if you believe they had not acted inappropriately its fine with me.
