Posting this in the hope it stops someone else making the same mistake I did.
I found TenBet.io (also goes by TenBet8.io) when I was in a bad place with gambling. I’d self-excluded through GamStop, but the urges came back and I was actively looking for a way around it. This site came up. It looked professional, offered UK bank transfers, had a live chat - the lot.
They let me sign up and verify using UK documents. I sent them proper ID and proof of address. They came back and said I was fully verified. I made several deposits. Over £1,000 altogether - and actually won some money. That’s when the alarm bells started.
I tried to withdraw, and now it’s been stuck in “review” for days. I reached out, got vague replies. I’ve since found a ton of reviews saying the same thing - people win, request a withdrawal, and then get stalled or shut out altogether.
Turns out:
The site isn’t licensed in the UK
It’s likely registered offshore with zero regulation
And they’re not part of GamStop for a reason
I thought I was in control again. I thought I’d win back a bit of money. Instead, I’ve probably just lost £1.5k and handed over my ID to some site that has no obligation to protect me.
I’m now speaking to my bank to see if I can get anything back under the new APP fraud rules. I don’t know if it’ll work, but I’ve got nothing to lose at this point.
If you’re in the same boat - trying to bypass GamStop - I get it. I’ve been there. But this is where it leads.
Please don’t make the same mistake.

I will contact my bank.had turned off gambling transactions but this casino uses cryptocurrency or the like so the deposits still got processed

Yes, your bank is your only hope as this is 100% a bogus scam site.
