I have had a lot of contact with some of the people involved with Tropezia Palace. Nice people.

Great selection of games as well + they are just about to add NetEnt as well (unless they have not done it already).

But they are practicing a 2 days obligatory pending time on withdrawals + withdrawals are not being processed during the weekend (at least this was the case back in May).

So you may need to wait quite many days if you for example cash out on Wednesday or Thursday.

This is also why I do not play there, nor recommend them.

But they should be a safe alternative if you are cool with their, in my opinion, slow payouts.

Yeah, I asked live chat earlier today and they confirmed that flushing was possible. But as you suggested - only when their financial department is available.

And as they told me:

"they are not working today".

They may be paying out quickly if your pending period ends early in the week, but a cash out on for example Wednesday evening may not be processed until Monday (if they still do not process payments during the weekend, which was the case in May).

Up to 5 days is quite terrible when you can play the same games in other casinos and be paid almost instantly.
 
I've submitted my first withdrawal with them. 2 day pending period and then we'll see how it goes. Was only given option for a bank transfer rather than credit back to card. £5 fee. There was nothing about the payment being made in euros - I hope not as that incurs a 3% charge + the usual exchange rate loss.

Support seem to be very friendly and helpful thus far and the site has a great choice of games, including Rival slots. Had a few issues with MG slots loading, but that seems to be par for the course these days on flash sites.

Assuming all goes well, I will definitely carry on playing here given their vast choice of games and the fact you can play Rival slots without (hopefully) the usual Rival issues.

I have requested a manual flush, which they said they were happy to do after I sent in documents. Sent them in this morning, but was just told finance haven't had time to review them. You also can't deposit while a withdrawal is being processed. Anyway, no problems - pending period ends tomorrow and I am not reversing!
 
Nearly very good from Tropezia.

Requested a withdrawal Monday night - and including verification of documents, the funds have arrived in my account this evening (Wednesday). Excellent. They didn't even keep to their own 48 hour pending period - so a big thumbs up on that count.

The only issue is they paid me in Euros, even though my casino account is in £ and they took deposits in £, and the actual amount in my account is £150 less than I withdrew (well £145 as they make a £5 charge). The SUB appears to be cashable, so I don't think it's that.

I have emailed them about this and we'll see what happens - but subject to them sorting out their currency issues, they are def worth a try (unless you register in Euros, then there is not problem).

I would like to share what my first experience with Tropezia Palace was like.

I signed up there yesterday, After signing up i got a pop-up with a NDB offer for 20€ , you had to give your cell phone number and then enter a code they send you.
Well you don't get the NDB automatically , after entering the code you are asked to claim it via live chat or email.

Then i got to the main page, this is when it all kicked off. Immediately a chat window opens, I just closed it down as i had no interest in chatting. Problem is this doesn't work, it just opens again, you can't actually get rid of it.

So i kept closing it while trying to enter my details to make a deposit with Skrill, the deposit failed with some error message. So now i thought i might as well ask the chat rep if there was a problem with skrill. Told me to try again later as Skrill seemed to be having some issues.

I came back an hour or so later, logged in and immediately the chat window opens, i kept closing it while yet again trying to make a deposit, i had to just close down the entire site 2 times since it was impossible to enter my details while fighting the chat window.

Mind you no one actually wrote anything in the chat window, it just pops up and then takes over, so whatever you were typing now goes in there instead.

After closing the damn chat window about 20+times, i finally succeeded in making a deposit. Funnily enough immediately after having made the deposit the chat window stops popping up.
Coincidence? Me thinks not.

I was now ready to play, started with some NextGen slots that i hadn't tried before, These all seemed to work fine.

Then after a while i went to try the Rival slots, ridiculously long spins, i don't know if this is a problem on Rival's end or with Tropezia Palace.
Either way it took all the fun out of it.

I played the rest of my deposit there this morning, same problem again with Rival slots, long spins.



So a pretty bad first impression, unless the Rival lag is fixed i don't think i will play there again.
And if i do play there again and that ridiculous chat window pops up, then i will just leave. :mad:

Also it's worth mentioning that their bonuses has WR of 35x D+B(not worth it IMO)
And they have a Minimum Withdrawal limit of 100€ (this is in general not just when on a bonus)

i have not had a chance to cash out so i can't say anything about that, but if they really have a 48Hour pending period then that is pretty bad.


If as Bryan say they are pending Baptism by Fire, then i would suggest they at least change their approach to the chat window, this is something that really pisses me off. You have a big Help button at right side of the screen, no need to hassle me, if i need help i will click it. Don't annoy your customers.


And whatever is going on with the Rival slots needs fixing,
The 100€ Minimum withdrawal limit might be a deal breaker for some.
And 48hour pending is pretty poor.

I just asked the support team if they have had complaints about the chat window and last time anyone complained was about a month ago and they were on Internet Explorer. It was only one complaint back then.

Hi, it was utterly ridiculous, it just kept popping up.

I'm using the latest version of chrome 27.0.1453.116, so there shouldn't be any problem with my browser. Good to hear that this chat thing was not intended to work like it did.

You will find the bonus terms in the terms and conditions. I had the same issue with the empty link, but found them listed in the general terms.

Pasting the terms here makes it messy and uneasy to read, so here is a summary and a link to the full T&Cs, please see section 58 that is related to bonuses.

The welcome bonus offer is valid for new customers, only one offer per customer from the same household, or with same IP, email address, phone number or computer.

200% offer up to 200 Euro, GBP, USD, CAD or AUD applies to Australia, Austria, Canada, Finland, Germany, Ireland, Iceland, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, United Kingdom and Sweden.

There is also a 100% offer for some selected countries.

Wagering requirements are 35 times the deposit+bonus prior to making a withdrawal.

the bug with the chat window was detected on your account and has been fixed. There was a conflict in the script that keeps the chat open if you switch pages or games, that is why it was poping up for you. Normally, this is not the case and you were the first to report this problem.

Also, we have been looking into Rival games for two days and have talked to their tech who concluded that everything was fine from their end. We looked all over our systems and also concluded that everything is fine on our end.

We are happy to investigate this in more details, are you up for helping me? Can you try other browsers? Check that you have latest version of flash? I would like to find out more details about our device, plugins, and other technical information to see if we can replicate and identify the slow response from Rival.

There seems to be a problem with Rival games and wagering. Apparently Rival games are not counted in wagering. Otherwise I've had positive experience and I'm interested in promoting this casino in the future.

I deposited here yesterday because i wanted to try the Leander games (think that was what they are called)...I also wanted to get into the rival as i love them and don't really trust any Rival site.

Leander games were great but then i went to try Rival and they just would not load at all, i tried everyone of them and no joy :( so having doubled my deposit from £50 to £98.00, i was happy enough until i went to withdrawal page. Hmmmm, was miffed at the £100 minimum cash-out. This would IMO say that it does not really cater for low rollers like myself.

I am going to ask if they will flush the withdrawal although it would probably be unlikely seeing it's my first.

Apart from the non loading of the Rival (still sad) it wasn't bad but the minimum withdrawal seriously puts me right off!

We have now tested the games and they are working fine for us in the UK. When it comes to your withdrawal, as long as you identity is cleared with any needed documents, you can ask for the withdrawal flush. We are happy to do it, especially for new players. I know that the withdrawal limit is set at £100, and am sure that Payments Department would gladly approve your £98 but at the moment it is limited by the system itself. Don't take my word for it just yet, but I overheard by the coffee machine that we might change this in the future.

Please pardon the delayed answer, I am currently on the vacation so a bit slow to catch up.

1. The 100€ cash out has been there for few years. We have brought up the discussion internally and might be changing it in the near future. I will post an update if and when we do so. I believe that the original threshold was put in place as majority of deposits were over 100€ on average and back in the day an international bank wire cost 35€ to send regardless of the amount. Crazy. We have recently restructured the banking so I will let you known if anything changes. To be honest with you, we do not have any significant complaints about this so it has not been a priority.

2. Our promotional offers like bonuses are in place to attract players to try out the casino for the first time as we are new in many markets. It gives you longer time to play, or maybe ability to play with higher stakes than usual. In the end, it does give you extra chances to win.

The WR are on the bonus amount only, and no WR are imposed on the won amount. So, when you win, the WR are not significantly large to prevent you from clearing the bonus and making a withdrawal.

Another reason why the WR are set to this level is because our welcome offer is generous, it is 200% match on your first deposit up to 200€. I believe that if you look at the game softwares that we feature, that this is a great offer as compared to the competition. The higher the bonus amount (not just percentage) offered, the larger the actual cost for the casino.

We are operating sustainable margins and covering our costs. I believe that many casinos have lowered the WR to attract players, but they have other disadvantages that are result of that. But to adress your points if you dont mind:


1. Regarding the 100€ minimum withdrawal I see it as a missing opportunity for reaching out to many low rollers, including myself in some periods. Though I rarely cashout under a 100€ but I aim high, with little money. But I don't think that most low rollers think like that, but who am I to tell? :) I'm merely speculating on the base of reading Casinomeister for some time, and aswell of course talking withing my own group of buddies that occasionally play.

And I can't speak of the wire fees, but I can't think that any bank anno 2013 would take a 35€ fee for any withdrawal within Europe, maybe someone could clarify how approximately todays fees are? Maybe it's to diverse though to get a fair number as I'd think Betfair would get better pricing then Virtual Casinos.

2. You are correct that there is no max withdrawal, which is pretty common for NetEnt casinos to be honest, I don't play the other softwares so I don't know they operate regarding max withdrawals and bonuses.

And your bonus is not 35x bonus-amount, per your T&C it is 35x d+b (

Minimal withdrawal at both casinos is under 200NOK/24€.

I had a good experience at Tropezia Palace and I am up about $300. They have regular bonuses and something like 700 games which is maybe the biggest portfolio I have seen. Also, the the customer support has been quite good. I thought the one drawback was that the minimum withdraw was $100. But other than that quite a good place to play.

We have been carrying out a system update and two of the site's modules have been disabled one by one on Saturday but the site was functional and accessible at that time. However, the site has been in maintenance mode last night and is now back online.

I am surprised you say it was down for 3 days, if it is not too much to ask, could you please help me figure this out? Do you see an error message? Does the site load partially? Are you not able to log in?

Just sign-up..sent the docs for verification..and contacted LiveSupport..in fact LiveSupport contact me :p ..I asked for a sign-up /deposit bonus..and the op say I\m not eligible for any promo.. They offer me a 30% bonus deposit..No thanks.. I read the terms and only few countries are eligible for welcome bonus..

That is pretty high. Equivalent to 70x the bonus for a 100% offer, compared with between 30x and 50x bonus for the average Microgaming casino.
 
It is because our welcome offer is 200% matching bonus. Since it is double of the 100%, the exposure and the cost is also double. If the offer was 100%, then we would have had lower WR for sure.

I think a flat rate x Bonus is a clearer way to express WR. Your way means that you have to keep changing the figure for every promotion on offer. Given that players tend to judge the overall generosity by checking the WR of the first bonus they take, they may well think that 35x D+B is what all bonuses will be set to, and so after taking the 200% offer at 35x D+B, they may not bother checking for lower WR on other offers, but instead judge their quality against the 35x D+B figure, which whilst OK for a 200% offer, is not so good for the regular offers that are likely to follow. An exception might be players who usually play RTG, where WR often changes for each promotion, but such players tend to be from the US, and so could not play at your casino in any case.

Using a xB multiplier also caters for the change in cost and exposure for higher percentage offers as a 200% bonus would still give double the WR expressed as xB as a 100% bonus based on the same deposit amount.
 
Think of the purpose of a wager requirement. Are you looking to 'tax' the bonus funds, or are you looking to 'tax' my deposit as well?

I see you have an ongoing 50% bonus, if I deposited £100 for this, I would have to wager (£100 + £50) x35 == £50 x 105. 105xB is crazy, there are much more competitive offers out there. I still mostly deposit for 30xB as even 50xB is seen as stingy.

Even with 30xB the casino still comes out on top most of the time.


Edit: It also scales the wrong way. If the higher match percetage bonuses cost you more, the WR should reflect that. At 35x(d+b) it is the opposite, for example a 200% bonus is 52.5xB and a 50% bonus is 105xB.
 
I am tempted to join, but the 48-hours pending is just too long, and lack of weekend cash outs. Shame, because there are a good selection of games there. One for the future if things change. Also, no facility to set a limit instantly which I think all accredited sites should offer.

Presumably even lower still for the 50% offers, but if the player has been deterred already by thinking the 35x D+B WR applied as standard, they won't be around to find out that other boni have different WR.

A xB WR can be set as standard, and will automatically compensate for the different percentages of offers. Players would also know that the xB figure they see for the SUB is the same for all, and thus won't be deterred by the drop to 50% in other offers.

....unless of course the casino intends to keep on offering high percentage offers to it's regular players, which some consider a sign to stay away because casinos that offer consistently high percentages usually have some nasty "smallprint" tucked away to counter their exposure.
