Question Trustly withdrawal not showing in bank

So I ALWAYS use trustly and within minutes of my withdrawl been approved its in my bank

but this time its been an hour and still nothing

Has anyone used trustly and if so you had any experiences like this ?

yes it got lost somehow, Trustly were pretty good though and sorted it in about a day, think I messaged them on facebook or twitter

Sometimes it takes a day, so don't worry.

At 1am it won't go in till 8am I'm sure. Mine are usually the same. It's the bank, not trustly or the casino.
