Hi Everyone,


I was wondering if anyone has made withdrawals using Bank transfer/Adyen at Videoslots, anytime i have withdrawn before it has been processed via Trustly and is usually processed and in my account within an hour.

I made 3 withdrawals, all have been approved, but via Adyen, support said it takes 2 days but i was wondering if anyone knows, from experience, how long it takes to reach your bank account please?

Usually with Trustly, i get asked to input my IBAN and BIC/Swift details but with Adyen it only asked for my IBAN. I have asked support but they said to wait a couple of days and it should be with me soon. My withdrawal was approved on 18/04/2020.

Any help would be appreciated! The withdrawal in total was for £15,000.

Well VS have a period of time for manual withdraws between 12 midnight and 6am UK time they do not manually process them. They do have automatic systems in place though for ewallet withdraws though.

During this pandemic though, the manual withdraws are taking longer as well. So if you do withdraw via bank wire, they stay pending for a longer time at the moment. But Trustly is usually fast anyway and pretty much instant most of the time once it has been approved and processed at VS end and funds sent over.

I only use ewallets to deposit and withdraw to online casinos :)

Regarding bank withdrawals; If you make your withdrawal before 15:00, then the money is on your account the same day. If it's after 15:00, the money is available on your account on the next banking day. Note that Adyen only processes withdrawals during working days.

For Sweden, Finland, and Denmark, bank withdrawals are available instantly 24/7 after we have processed it.

E-wallet withdrawals worldwide are also available instantly 24/7 after we have processed it. We process withdrawals on an average speed of 5 mins.

Bank withdrawals during weekends should be sorted soon in the UK. We have found a solution for it and should be available in a couple of weeks, we don't have an exact ETA but confirmed its coming.

Can you confirm whether or not customers are reporting problems loading games? The last few days I have had a lot of issues, some games will not load at all.

Both Netent, Thunderkick and Relax Gaming have experience temporary issues on their end the past couple of days. It has been resolved quickly but been a reoccurring issue. Otherwise, everything has been working fine.

I play on an iPhone 6 and use safari and I am having particular problems with Thunderkick and BTG. I just get the black page with revolving white dots which I have never noticed before.

Same on all British and paddy power for me hate it also kicked out of games mid spin error messages and when get back in game it doesn’t finish the spin or update balance takes the money for the spin

Yes to be honest it’s almost becoming normal now to experience problems every time you play. I am so fed up of it but of course I usually deposit without checking first. Then just end up getting frustrated and losing playing games I don’t particularly like. :(
 
Since this thread is not really titled specifically, I am chiming in with a little bit of praise for VideoSlots.

Yes, I'm waiting for a Trustly withdrawal that is usually fairly instant. This was an 8.30am withdraw yesterday. Gonna give it till tomorrow so the 48 hrs is up before trying support. I also noticed that the IBAN only was asked for and no BIC required which is the first time that has changed for me.
 
Update: received my withdrawal this morning - so it took a couple of days rather than instant. Also came from Adyen which was curious given I've never opted for them as a withdrawal method....only every use Trustly normally.
 
Sam issue here I assumed it was trustly otherwise I would of used paypal, Its been 2 days for me and still nothing
Hope we get it soon !

Made two withdrawals from VS on Friday.

Only just hit my bank account today, 5 days ffs.

Might have to shop around for somewhere else to play, not waiting 5 days, if that's the normal now. Used to a few hours at most, normally minutes with them.

Are you withdrawing to card?

VS have said Visa Direct will be implemented soon so you should get withdrawals within 30 mins of processing.

Paddy Power have this and I get my cashouts to card instantly.
 
Made 2 cash outs by visa debit last night. They normally show in about 2 days but got a nice sunrise as both was in my account within a few minutes so why im a bit of a critic because of there RTP and state of some games at the moment ill have to give a big pat on the back for this one
 
What? Visa Debit withdrawals are now instant? Is this the same for UK players too? Or is that only for other countries? It is not a very late april fools joke is it?

If paypal breaks again, I might have no choice but to then just use my Visa Debit card to deposit and withdraw with. But I will only do so if Paypal Fails again first and if it is true and withdrawals are now pretty much instant once they have been processed by VS?.

I am UK and it was deafeningly true last night. In fact i had spent half before getting out of bed. Dam Amazon.

Wtg on the surprise but don't expect that consistantly, learned that. Last week withdraw 300$, banktransfer used to waiting 2 days if you withdraw during the week. But holy fuck was in my bank account same day. Somthing called instant check. So yesterday morning early withdraw 2 times. And I here yesterday from @Videoslots that if you withdraw via banktransfer before 1500hrs gmt. Money in bank account same day. Well I withdrew way before that. And guess what no money. When you enquire never get answers for 2days. Anyway expect money today. But don't say things that don't happen. I fucking hate with a passion chasing a withdraw. From any casino. ALL CASINOS THESE DAYS ARE SO INCONSISTENT its fucked. Iam a Canadian only option from videoslots is bank transfer. So don't get me jacked up with sameday payouts.

Can you not use neteller or skrill in Canada?
 
Nope long gone but it's still on as option. Told them lost count. We can deposit via etransfer that's for canadians. But videoslots does not offer it as withdraw. Big casino like them should. The smaller casinos do . Twin casino, ojo, etc. I just hate chasing withdrawals. A casino does not have to chase you for your deposit. They gobble it up boom. Lol

Hi,

We are now live with VISA Direct. However, we haven't moved all customers over yet, we are working on it. But it went live this morning. We will let you know when all customers have it and if there is anything you might need to do to activate it. Those who got it already don't need to do anything, when you do a withdrawal with VISA, it automatically goes via VISA Direct.

E-transfers for withdrawals in Canada is coming soon. We are working on it as well :)
 

So this is for UK too? So if Paypal fails for me again in the future. Can I just now use VISA as deposit and withdraw method instead and it will be done via Visa Direct for withdraws?

Yes, please double check that your card supports VISA direct. Information we have is that about 75% of VISA cards supports it in UK.
Please note, we are still working on moving all customers over. Should be done within 1 - 2 days.

Ok thanks for info, how do I check if my Visa Debit card supports it?

Second question: What happens to those withdraws made after 12 midnight when the finance team are offline and the automatic system does not work for them? Do we then have to wait until the finance team come online at 6am or 7am for them to manually process it? Or does the automatic system work for VISA Direct withdraws?

We spot check certain withdrawals with different criteria. If your withdrawal get stuck due to spot check between midnight and 6am. The withdrawal gets flushed until an agent checks it, the rest is processed automatically every 5 mins.

Ok, So you are saying that VISA withdraws are included in the automatic withdraw system? Paypal still has not been added to that system yet :(

I am still waiting for you to say how do I check if my Visa Debit card supports VISA Direct. I did a search with my bank name and visa direct and it can not find anything, I also went onto my banks website and checked the support centre and searched for VISA Direct and it found no results. I will not be saying what bank I bank with in this public forum :)

All our withdrawals are included in our automatic system included Paypal.
I believe you would need to check with your card issuer to see if its supported or simply try it.

I will ring my bank and ask them then.

But support have said that they have not added paypal to the automatic system yet, I have asked them multiple times with different agents each time, and each one confirmed that paypal is still not included in the automatic system............! So either you are wrong or they are all wrong, or they have now finally recently added it since the last time I checked?

I'm 100% sure that it goes via our automatic system. I will speak to our operations team to make it clear so there is no internal misunderstandings on our side. Thank you for letting us know!

Barclays and the RBS group support it; two debit cards I use online

Same for me on my rbs visa I get instant from PP bet365 all British once processed and also calzone :) my halifax Visa card isn’t half an hour if the withdrawl is processed on all British before 12pm I get it same day 3.15 I’ve been using my rbs debit card a lot more now due to how quick the visa direct is can’t fault it :)

Iv stopped using PayPal now due to it (account just for casinos transactions so probably be closed one day ;); saves the risk of an e wallet ‘random security’ check holding your cash for 30 days.

Oh gosh don’t get me started on PayPal’s behaviour hate the way they randomly hold your money to ransom! Worst was selling some high value clothing items on depop I had long sent the trainers value was £550 plus a jacket too so nearly £700 quid the buyer had paid depop which paid my paypal it went into a hold till buyer received fair enough the buyer soon as she got items notified PayPal which should of then paid me plus I had provided tracking the b.... held the money for a further 7 days then when I tried to withdraw to bank bam another 72 hour hold safe to say I haven’t used PayPal or depop since!!!!!!

Thank you !, Yeah Im not sure my self, I just keep worrying and getting my self in to a right mess with anxiety, And only having 6 hours in past 4 days does not help, Every time I go to try and sleep I get heart palpation's feels like my heart is skipping a beat its so scary and I just can not sleep as it fears me, BUT I never have this at any other time, So im guessing its all to do with anxiety, Spoke to doctor who said my nausea and no apatite could also be due to anxiety as it attacks the bowels, I told her how I felt and how On edge I am, Shes prescribed me some diazepam to try and help short term, Ive taken 2 and not yet felt any different just hope it comes soon :d

Them the palpitations should go, and you defo will get a good kip :) the lack of sleep will be having a worse effect on the anxiety once you manage to catch up on your sleeping pattern you will feel so much better promise, <3

Great isn't it.

Waiting 2 days for a normal refund to card is archaic IMO. No reason why fund transfers shouldn't be instant upon approval.

Hope you feel better soon mate :)

I've been ravaged by anxiety for a decade and quite frankly it's debilitating. Exhaustion, heart palpitations, digestive issues, sleep issues etc are just the physical aspect of it. Then there's the mental side which stops you from living a normal life due to the fear of doing anything remotely outside of your 'comfort zone'. Every day is a battle.

Wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy.

In the last couple of years many a player has been complaining deposit from your debit card is instant, a withdrawal should be instant!! A game changer IMO! I know not everyone uses a debit card for deposits but for those that do it’s certainly a high 5 all around for the casinos that takes up the visa direct :thumbsup:
 
Thanks all. I might just switch to using my VISA Debit card then, seeming people have confirmed that some banks do accept it. Luckily the bank I bank with was mentioned that they do support Visa Direct....

So good times then. II mean I never wanted to trust giving visa debit card number details to casinos. But I suppose VS is a very trustworthy casino. So I will give them the benefit of the doubt and use it in the future with them. I will then just need to do the ID pictures of it and send it to them. Obviously covering the middle 8 digits and the security code on the back side of it :P
