Videoslots XP level back to 1 !!!

About a year ago My level went from 20 and over 3/4 completed on the way to the big level 21 wheel where you can win like £150+ cash to level 20 and 0XP

Months and months gone by I been checking with live chat and still they had no updates or fixes.

Just logged on to find my level back to 1 !!!

Its getting beyond a joke now @Team.Videoslots how has it taken you a year to do somthing and when you did you reset me to level 1 ??

I would easily be on that level 21 now!!

Level 21 is minimum £200 and the better prize is £400 (There are the 3 Jackpots too but since they "updated" the wheels about a year or so back, it does not land on them (you only have to look how high they get to see this, never used to get so high and they'd pay from time to time, not anymore sadly))

If that's the case it's not truly random then is it, its set to your account, ie losses.....

Unsure mate, although it has crossed my mind.

I'd err that they are not set to your account but weighted, where on the old wheel you had say a 1/1000 chance of the JP, now its 1/100,000 for example.

I only play DoA at 0.09 and 0.18 bets but have had the Red Wheel (complete all achievements) land on the Diamond Wheel upgrade twice, not something I thought would happen if it was based on your deposit size/bet size.

As I say who knows, maybe they are random after all

At one point there was a wheel for "win 4 times in a row" on most slots, these were removed a good while back and there was also a brief discussion / moan about it one here.

Games are broken down in to win 500/1000/2500/5000/7500 and 10,000 times, some carry a blue wheel at random, others do not, win 10,000 carries a blue for sure and if you've done the "win 500 / 750 times in one day" (which also sometimes have a blue wheel) when the system updates you will also get a red wheel.

Enough to make me realise just how crap the loyalty rewards are at VS. Along with the lower-paying versions of games, a decline in site reliability, and continual empty promises of change, I don't see myself making Level 21.

I am at level 323, only 4 times have I hit the $200 segment on the wheel, at the rest have been $100.

@ESCJAMIE wow level 323 you must have made a lot of deposits to be at that level. Sounds about right though I think I got a cash win at level 21. I have just got free spins on really bad games on all other levels also hardly ever withdraw these days I did when I first joined 7 years ago but just went down hill dramatically since 2019. For every 5th XP level you complete (including Level 21), you will win an XP trophy. All trophies can be found under "My Achievements".

So the levels are 21, 25, 30, 35, 40, 45 etc. Level 36 is not the wheel-level

I just came across this thread, I am having the same xp problem, it was level 96 maybe 97 in July/ August, it stopped moving around then.and around September it went back to level 20 and hasn’t moved from then I play regularly , I had contacted videoslots in September to raise the issue and from then Notting has been fixed, every few weeks I ask for a update and I get same answers ( we looking into it, no updates yet) I mean what are you looking at for the last 5 months, is someone there still scratching there head wondering how to fix it,

they dont real replay that fast, I send email to ask way my withdraw was flag they replay after 5 weeks, I really like videoslots but there costumer service and XP is goon down the hill, since they made 2000xp for battle you need to wait like 10mins to play for game, before every 30sec or 1mins you could play... jackpot wheel I use to get so often now never get one

Which is annoying because I'm pretty close to level 21, and I'm lucky if 800 in deposits sees 2 wheels which always gives 50x 10c spins ? leveling up and completing achievements feels pointless now.
