Can’t remember their name, mr wild or something I think? Yet further regular issues with Videoslots and a snails approach to resolve....

Don’t know why I deposit 10s of thousands of £s here,

SO LIKE, iam from Ontario and looks to me that video slots is slowly but surely eliminating Ontario from playing there, can't see the slots section, some people got an email saying they can't play their anymore, I never got an email,i played 500$ freeroll Dracula this morning, now won't even let you deposit .Video slots boy if this is the way you deal with shit, you are truly trash no communication, I have played there since 2017, loyal customer, you should be ashamed of yourself, who you think you are, your going down. Weirdly, my ecashout from Friday (approved) still hasnt hit my bank acct which normally woud be 12 hrs.

Maybe there has been no COMINICATION with you.

But they did communicate what was happening.


So if you think filing a PAB will magically move you to a location where you can play give it a shot.
 
Went to live help earlier about some missing free spins, think it was 10 on Starburst

"HEY WHERE ARE MY 10 FREE SPINS" I said

couple of minutes later

What I have noticed at Videoslots is that I am getting less game time for my deposits and way less withdrawals than 12 months ago.

I am not playing games advertised at a lower rtp either. Every game I play just seems dead. Nowhere near the site it used to be and a sign of the way online gambling seems to be heading for UK players.
 
I didn't know it was that difficult to find the Accredited Casinos rep members. It's two clicks away on every page of this forum. You just need to look. Don't be that kind of lazy member.

Why the aggressive attitude? They are in the process of getting licensed in Ontario - and this has been posted earlier as Paul has pointed out.

I have done my best to resolve deposit issues with staff, and they can't find proof even though the bank sends confirmation e-mails. I sent a copy of the confirmation email. Still, staff says there is no record of the deposit even though it was automatically deposited into Vidoeslots account, BUT they have no proof, and staff is at a loss to find out if there was a deposit. Now they are angry and treating me like I am lying. The videoslots staff is not helpful at all. Deposit at your own risk. It might go into your account, might not. If it does not, there is no recourse.

I am having an issue using MC, I was able to deposit using Flexepin vouchers - but they cost a bit in fees to buy; and I have asked them to come to the table with that - first if they kept saying it was my card or my set up; after a few days they have admitted they have an issue in payments. But we will see if @Team.Videoslots / @Mr Wild will show some good will on this matter as i’ve paid a bunch in fees to play at their site….
 
I appreciate your support. I have contacted support, and they cannot find my deposits. I have gone through the chat. I have e-mailed videoslots. I showed proof of my deposit. I have sent copies of my bank statements. I have tried. There is a problem with some deposits not going into players' accounts and not being "found." One of the support on chat said my payment was probably lost for good. I hope this is not true.
