I don't know what the Valhalla I was doing reviewing this one, but I tried 5k spins today.

I got 119 treasure chests, 117 were cash 2-10x stake.
2 gave 7 free spins.
I had 39 FS rounds, ALL bar 1 paid 5-25x stake (they must've got this from Cleopatra Plus) and ONE paid 41x stake, the one I got on the cumulative meter (this was actually half-way ready when I opened the game) of which 5k spins was NOT SUFFICIENT to complete any of the other 3 meters.

Biggest base-game hit 17x stake.

After a while the Gold chest was showing 5 options 7,14,21 FS and 5x and 10x cash amounts and NOT ONCE in nearly 20 tries did I select the 60% 3/5 free spins rewards.....

Not once did I see (let alone select) the top 400x stake prize behind a gold chest. Biggest I even saw was 40x - once.

Better than expected especially considering Dunover's results and review. I prefer this one over Vikings go wild, interesting feature with a high average win.
The Ragnarok feature doesn't guarantee a big win, but it definitely has some potential. I got it twice but no idea of the real odds of triggering it.

After playing this alot more and have a larger sample size. I find this game is going to be very hard to get up on over a period of time. The base game sucks your balance. The free spins level you out or small loss. Rinse and repeat. Your only chance is to get a really massive hit in the freespins round.

Ive done approx 4000 spins. And the first power bar guy I dont even have half way. So whenever that comes along. I fully expect a 500x win or more. If not. Massive disappointment.

The 3 other berserk wins I got, were 96x 82x and 38x.

The time it takes to fill these. I think minimum 200x wins should be a given.

You really need to play it for a long time to get a decent RTP out of with regards to collecting "rage", so you keep on playing to fill up the rage-meter or whatever you want to call it. Then you realise that it takes forver, so you just quit playing it. That is my take on it anyways.

I made the mistake playing $2 bets on this slot. Lost $400 in about 20 mins. Then went to $1.25. Lost $200 in about 35 mins. Went to .75 and lost about $40 in 30 mins

Most of the newer Yggdrasil slots are fairly volatile, giving you bigger swings and the potential for longer "cold streaks".

I played Golden Fish tank yesterday, started with €2.50 bets, got a feature after just a few spins, upped my bet to €5, got another feature within 10 spins. Played some more on €2.50 to get to an "even" amount to cash out, ended up hitting 4 scatters winning some more. Cashed out €1800 from a €100 deposit. Other times the €100 will be gone in under 100 spins, thats the name of the game.

Guess it was all a glitch in the riggedness...

And on none of the casino's I ever ended in profit on this slot.

I agree. Yggdrasil slots are definitely not 100% random in the "MG Thunderstruck etc.." sort of way - they are more like the old compensated UK fruit machines (OK - maybe not quite THAT bad!)

Same with Thunderkick... Just play Fruit Wrap for 30 or 40 spins and it's obviously not truly random - I guarantee you will see 3 x 3 symbols WAY more often than the statistical probability.

The games from both these providers are more like scratchcards - you buy your ticket (spin) and the result is already decided.
Of course, they are still random in that respect and you CAN win on them if you get lucky.

Just had a crack at this myself this morning again - and most definitely my last attempt at this one.. Surprisingly hit four scatter FS .. But who would've guessed, the bonus-chest gave me +1 FS instead of anything useful. Then, first 2 spins gave me 3 wilds in relatively okay locations and remaining 13 spins gave nothing but coins, coins, coins and fking COINS.

I've played this quite a lot before too, but never have I been able to collect enough rage to actually trigger the FS from the Vikings itself ..
