Dukes Casino Review
A long-standing UKGC-licensed casino with a full suite of RG tools.
Casinomeister's Verdict
Dukes Casino has been around for quite some time, from 2013, to be specific. Over that period, they’ve accumulated a fair share of games, assembled a decent range of bonus offerings, and still managed not to lose sight of the importance of responsible gambling features.
The not-so-great part is that most of their bonuses come with a x50 WR (far from reasonable compared to other places), the withdrawal limits are fairly tight, and their operator, ProgressPlay Ltd., has received mixed feedback across our forums.
Generally speaking, Dukes Casino seems decent (especially considering its licensing and the ADRs), but given the player feedback surrounding their ownership, it may be worth being cautious. In case you’ve already visited Dukes Casino, let us know how it went on our forums.
80+ software providers
From the Desk of Max Drayman
Short and sweet this one is: no record of complaints on Casinomeister which is pretty impressive given the casino has been around for over a decade. Licensing is good, UKGC and Malta. Self-exclusion policy looks robust and fit for purpose. Complaints procedure is good and backed by eCOGRA which is one of the better ADRs in the business. From our perspective Duke’s is “two thumbs-up” BUT players are not necessarily of the same mind on this. See the ‘Player’s Comments’ section for input from their side.

Dukes Casino Bonuses and Promotions
Dukes Casino seems really serious about the casino bonuses they bring to the table. They’ve got a standard new players only offer, special weekend bonuses, seasonal promotional offers, and slot tournaments.
Unless you’re coming from the UK, though, you’ll probably find the wagering requirements quite high. Most of the bonuses require a 50x playthrough, which, in all honesty, sounds more like a hurdle than a perk.
As with almost every other online casino under the sun, players who default to Skrill and Neteller are entirely excluded from claiming any Dukes Casino bonuses.
VIP and Loyalty Programs
Dukes Casino seems like it’s running a half-baked VIP program, at least judging from the description they provide on how it works. They call it a ‘Rewards Programme’ and don’t tell you much more than to play as much as possible, and you’ll increase your ranking. That is, until you register.
After you create an account, you’ll be able to track your progress and see exactly what you can get for the points you’ve earned. From what we’ve seen, there’s not much more to earn apart from some additional free spins and bonus money, so nothing to get too excited about from our perspective.
Banking & Payment Methods
You won’t exactly be spoilt for choice, payment methods-wise, at Dukes Casino. They do support the standard options, but that’s about as far as it goes. We’ve seen Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Paysafecard, Skrill, Neosurf, and a couple of non-UK options such as Bitcoin, Ethereum, Tron, and Solana.
Their withdrawals, though, are far from speedy compared to other online casinos, with e-wallets and crypto taking them up to 72 hours, while bank transfers could drag on for up to 10 days.
As for the limits, if you’re not in the UK and don’t have to think about them, you’re in for a treat. The maximum is capped at €3,000/week, €6,000/month, tight enough to test even the most casual players’ patience.
If you’re in the UK, you’ll also have to go through the identity verification before you’re allowed to test the waters in any way. Luckily, they let you upload all the documents yourself right from the profile settings, you won’t be stuck on this for too long.
Responsible Gaming
Knowing Dukes Casino is a UKGC-licensed platform, we had high hopes for their responsible gaming section (and tools they feature). Looking at the page, we can confidently say that they didn’t disappoint, since they’ve listed all the RG tools they support, included several external links, and elaborated on how you can obtain your complete gambling history from their records.
On top of all that, you can activate each of their responsible gaming tools (including deposit, wager, loss, and session limits, as well as the reality check tool, cool off, and self-exclusion option) directly in your profile settings.
Customer Support at Dukes Casino
You can get in touch with the Dukes Casino customer support using their chat widget or by sending them an email. If you’re in a rush, we always recommend going for the live chat support, as that’s how you’ll get your query resolved the fastest. You’ll have to find a way around their chatbot, though, but you’ll still get your answers quicker than going the other route.
Each time we reached out to their support reps, they were genuinely helpful, so we’re confident your experience won’t be anything different.
Dukes Casino Experience and Features
Dukes Casino’s website looks like it just stopped evolving at some point. The design seems pretty outdated, the layout isn’t exactly clean or light, and the dark purple and black color scheme feels a bit heavy. Overall, it looks like they’ve picked out a template and simply went with it.
As for the features, nothing that moves the needle here, either. You only have the option to search for your preferred game using the search bar, and that’s about it.
No mobile app, either, but this is fairly standard across the industry. The site scales nicely to smaller screens, so we see no reason to stumble across any hiccups while playing on the go.
Brand games
Game Providers
Dukes Casino joined forces with 80+ software providers, most of which are major players like Games Global, Red Tiger, NetEnt, Play’n’ GO, and the like. They also don’t shy away from a bit more niche names such as Circular Arrow, Realistic, Aurum, and Playzia. What this means in practice is that you’ll have plenty of room to revel in your favorite titles but also dip your toes in some games you haven’t had the chance to try out before.
Dukes Casino Slots
Dukes Casino focuses heavily on slots, so you’ll likely find what to do here if this type of game is your go-to. We’ve seen everything from Gates of Troy, Phoenix Paradise, Book of Dead, and Starburst, to Rise of Olympus 100, and Big Egyptian Fortune.
Live Casino
Don’t expect to find a classic Live casino section at Dukes. Instead, they’ve got a Casino category populated with a bunch of table games and several live dealer titles. We’ve spotted names like Classic Roulette and Rugby Fever Roulette, but no Evolution Gaming titles whatsoever, so that’s kind of a letdown.
About the Dukes Casino Team and History
When doing casino reviews, we always do our homework on the company behind each platform. As for Dukes Casino, the operator is ProgressPlay Limited, a company licensed by both the Malta Gaming Authority and the UK Gambling Commission. ProgressPlay is also in charge of a dozen other casinos, including WatchMySpin, Hippozino, and Casino Kings.
But despite their reputable licensing, ProgressPlay’s history has a few marks against it, including the failure to comply with the UKGC’s money laundering provisions of their license. Not the best look on them, but they’ve been charged with a £1,000,000 fine for these violations.
Player Comments on Dukes Casino
While there haven’t been any comments on Dukes Casino in particular, Casinomeister forum members have been pretty vocal about their operator, ProgressPlay Limited. Here’s what some of them had to say.
slot_zombie — ProgressPlay site – instant skip.
SYPlayer95 — Another ProgressPlay. Whilst there might not be a complaint against this particular site, there will be thousands against this brand.
Complaints and Track Record
We’ve had zero complaints on Duke Casino despite this place being around since 2013, so that’s always a plus. Their operator, though, isn’t exactly a crowd pleaser, especially in our forums, so while we don’t expect you to encounter serious issues at Dukes Casino, we’d still suggest players stay sharp.
