The biggest blind spot is the complete lack of live games, which is not something we’re used to seeing in the age when Evolution and Pragmatic Play Live are pretty much everywhere. On top of that, withdrawals lean on the slow side, and with no weekend withdrawals, this can be inconvenient for many players.

Interest in Hippozino at Casinomeister goes back more than ten years and in all that time there hasn’t been a single complaint against them. That is pretty extraordinary and something they should be proud of. Licensing is good; self-exclusion policy is a little vague, especially in terms of wait times and speed of SE request processing; Complaints/Disputes is well up to par and backed by eCOGRA which is another plus. All in all we’d say that players are likely to be treated fairly and without unnecessary drama.

It’s worth noting there’s a surprisingly comprehensive Help Centre that contains dozens of articles. These cover everything from bonuses and deposits to technical account issues. Overall, not too bad.
