Update, October 2024: this Warning has now been withdrawn and is no longer applicable. See down-thread for details.

We've had a few cases come through recently regarding Cleopatra Casino (cleopatracasino.com). For example:
I read the rules and I think I should get paid, the casino is avoiding me saying first that they don't even have that game then that its nothing to do with them, and so on, I have heaps of correspondence between us and they just lie, act like they don't understand and so on.
[been at the casino almost two years] on the 4 th January I won 1886.00 ... i made withdraw 1500 ... they confiscated [all] my money saying I had 2 acct, it was my daughter's [recently registered] acct, they verify all her ID and documents and paid her the money she won but didn't pay me.

The casino has not responded to any of the complaints we've submitted to them. Given the situation:

WARNING: Cleopatra Casino is locking accounts, confiscating player balances and ignoring player complaints. Players are strongly advised to avoid this casino.

OK, as forum regulars will be aware, we revisit — or are asked to revisit — old Warnings from time to time. We’re always happy to do so as long as all parties concerned are aware that “revist” only means “retract" where the circumstances justify it.

In the case of Cleopatra we’ve had zero complaints since shortly after this Warning was posted and we have every reason to believe — based on years of experience working with this casino group — that any issues that do come up will be handled quickly and professionally.

So, hear ye, hear ye: this Warning is now under review for the purposes of being withdrawn and archived in the absence of any good reason to the contrary. If anyone has words on the subject now is the time to share.

PS. In the interest of full disclosure there are two other casinos — Bob and BitcoinCasino.io — that are also up for review as per the request of the casino group. Lest this cause concern our primary reason for proceeding with this is our excellent relations and years of productive work with Dama/Softswiss: if anyone has earned the right to have past Warnings revisited and reviewed it is them.
