this has to be the WORST casino I've ever signed upto.

1) constantly logging me out
2) Telling me already logged in but don't show logged in
3) Close a game and constantly saying I have a game to resume so rebooting same game over and over and over and over and OVER AND OVER AND OVER
4) Annoying to find games and browse the site
5) Annoying to close a game

What exactly is this casino being given the chance to be accredited for? It's a joke when some top casinos don't get same chance. I actually could not withdraw or find withdraw button cause the game kept loading up. In a sense FORCING me to lose my money. Instead I had to log out, now says I'm already logged in. So my measly £10 deposit now sits at £20 which I want. But this site can't even allow this simple task. Will never use this site again.

I love how it won't let you access ANYTHING whilst a game is open bar the deposit button.
 

It's the same at their sister site Drueck Glueck, and has been for months and months. But noting seems to have been done about it.
I've had thunderstruck constantly loading for weeks now. and I've previously had to contact CS, many times to get them to sort it out.
So I've just left it and stopped depositing there.

Their loss....

But if it is an exact copy of Drueck Glueck, If you click on 'more options' in that deposit window, it will bring up the main menu window, where you can make your withdrawal.
Unfortunately, it still won't get rid of the game which is constantly insisting on loading
 
They know of this issue but it isn't fixed? So how do I withdraw without turning up at the casinos house? Genuinely not being sarcastic I see no work around and live chat is not on.
 
It's happened to me at Drueck Glueck, every time I've played there since they added MGS.

I'll hazard a guess that it's an MGS game that's insisting on loading ???

Bugs and issues are a very typical issue with new ventures as far as I have experienced. Either you roll with it while highlighting these problems or you sit back until they find their legs properly.
My basic stance is to support new casino's who the meister identifies as worthy to give it a go.
Its a big part of why I am here because I know feck all about the science of it all compare to most posters.

It maybe a new venture. But the're using an existing buggy platform

This bug appears to be on ALL their sites and has been for months.
CS are quite used to sorting it out, and can do it fairly quickly, when they're online.

But other than than, nothing seems to have been done about it

Frustration can be a bitch.So can bitches.I can understand that decent casinos could take the view that they would rather not bother.
 
I can definitely vouch for the tech issues. SkillOnNet casinos are notoriously awful when it comes to, well, more or less everything. It's a shame, given the good selection of games and offers.

I hope they can fix up the platform sooner or later.
 
I've made 2 withdrawals from DrueckGlueck but both times had to contact CS because I can't withdraw while a game is in play :confused:
I really don't understand what difference that would make to withdrawing.

On both occasions I had, apparently, closed the mobile casino without properly closing a game (MGS of course). And of course I could happily deposit all I want :rolleyes:
I played a bit earlier at Playojo and had no problems. So far...

Instead of whining about it, how about making a suggestion - or something constructive that might add to the site? And what "top" casinos? You're not referring to WHC, Ladbrokes or the like, right?

Please begin a new thread that details your wish list and the reasons for inclusion. Thank you.
 
I find it really strange that this casino can be in the BBF. They know their platform is full of bugs that affect players at their other brands, yet they pop out even a new brand rather than putting all their efforts into fixing what they already have? It is disgraceful, and IMO doesn't put them far from many casinos in the rogue put.

He makes a good point, some accredited casinos attached to this site have the same bug and it's never been fixed. They launch a new site and because they are associated to a accredited site they get this chance to be accredited whilst having this known bug which they been told about for months..

Just my opinion, but I don't see the point of a casino having 3/4 brands accredited when they are just the same site under different names.

As for the sites not accredited, I understand because they don't have reps they're not accredited, but likes of Virgingames, Sky, Betfair, Betvictor are all above the likes of these sites who are riddled with bugs.

All I want from a casino is, the games and site to run smoothly and get my money when I hit withdraw. Not having ago at you or your accredited list, but with this site and Drvegas slow payments I feel more attention to detail should be given on these issues.
 
Still having no problems with Playojo, and actually really like the casino.
The layout is streets ahead of DrueckGlueck, very clean and easy on the eyes. I've had a few spins of the wheel and cashed in some free money so that's nice. Haven't made a withdrawal yet so can't comment on that.

Negative:

I HATE the way every game has that "highest win" display as soon as you hover over it. Was gonna play Immortal Romance last night but saw someone had won £12,500 or thereabouts and was immediately put off. I know that the games are all random and each spin is irrelevant of the last and blah blah... I still hate it. Like the jackpot thermometers on MGS download casinos. We don't need to see these things :mad:

The issue with MGS mobile games is well known because there is no home button and no easy way to close the game.
You need to slide the game down to get the menu to close the browser .
The reason you cannot withdraw while you have a game open is a security measure in our system and the fix i referred to in my last reply will also take care of this in future, we will close the session even if the game is not closed in the correct way.

Anyway good to hear you had no problems playing at PlayOJO

The few games i tried worked fine.

I deposited with Trustly couse all other methods have a fee sadly (Skrill, Neteller, EcoPayz etc).. :(
I got 30 freespins on Starburst and won 1,6Euro..

They dont have Trustly as a withdrawal method for some reason so had to choose Skrill.
I sent in papers for verification at the same time.

After 15 mins the money was in my Skrill account. :thumbsup:

I am frustrated and disgusted from Tunbridge Wells tonight. It started with logging in and,as always was greeted by "game ninga master resume" then it went down from there.
Edit. My initial deposit was not recognised/refused. I refreshed and no indication that I had deposited. So I tried a lower deposit out of bloody mindedness. The result is I made two deposits.

The fix mentioned in a previous post for the games getting stuck on auto resume, has now been uploaded . From today it will stop the intermittent problems ( mostly on mobile) that some players have faced.
If you have had this issue in the past , the fix will only apply on your next login.

In order to make sure there will not be an auto resume for games where its not needed (eg when the game is not closed down properly or the player doesn't log out correctly )
we now have a "system logged out" after 3 minutes

Regarding you deposits , I am not sure i understand what happened but if you PM me your username and explain what went wrong I will check it out for you

how come there is no Entropay when your sister sites have it as payment option :o

Also, there is some Epro wallet thing which im not really sure how to use so i ended up registering at playojo a week or so ago but im yet to make a deposit.

How does Epro work? do i have to fund it from my credit card first ? I didnt want to risk it because theres an option to add funds to your epro account, but when i try to deposit at playojo it still asks for my normal credit card number, name and so on which defeats purpose of Epro at the first place...

I signed up with this casino last night. I found the site a tad difficult to navigate at first but quickly got the hang of it. The games loaded and played without little issues so I am happy with that. I find the reward system quite easy to understand as it's all there in black and white which I find refreshing. Other sites such as Trada and Royal Panda can be difficult to understand bonus wise which makes things a bit more complicated although they are fantastic casinos so I am not bashing them.

I don't like the games that Playojo give you for the rewards because they are crappy games and give very poor payouts. This is just my opinion.

I did manage a withdrawal and uploaded my documents to the site even though I wasn't asked for them. I cashed out at 9pm last night and the money was in my Neteller account at 6am or thereabouts this morning which is quite good. I think the withdrawal would have been faster if it was requested in the daytime.

All in all my first impression of this casino is good. The rewards system is easy to understand and is quite good (wish though the bonus free spins would be on a netent game).

My verdict at this time is that Playojo is a very good casino and has a promising future. I will definitely be depositing there again.
 
Bad promo information

I got an e-mail from them today with the daily kicker bonus of getting 80 spins on Montezuma at €0.90 for a €60 deposit. I logged on and saw the offer and took it but the spins weren't on the slot. Off to live chat I went and was told this offer is only for UK and not for Ireland and I would have to make do with 75 free spins on Ninja Warrior one of the Green Valley Games which I detest (they all suck) so I had live chat cancel the offer and played with the €60.

Nowhere in the e-mail does it state that this offer is for UK only and neither does it say in my lobby. Furthermore if I wasn't eligible for the offer then why the e-mail and why was it in my lobby! Anyway Playojo needs to sort their promos out so that players don't get duped into depositing for these offers only to find they will be stuck with Green Valley Games. This is one issue that needs to be sorted pronto especially in the individual players lobby under kickers.
 

yes, beware on EGO sites of free spins and other offers that are tied to those pathetic GVGames which have such shit paytables and low volatility that the RTP is pretty much met from the first £10, in other words the EV- math will nearly always apply when trying a WR on them, as the potential for a big win that changes the math from there onwards to EV+ is near impossible. :(
 
FYI: It's listed in the t&c's that UK players can get a bonus with Neteller. It seems that is the case also with Ireland as I was told on live chat just now that my 3rd,4th and 5th deposits won't get any bonuses if I use Neteller. Not a problem if you don't use bonuses but just wanted to let you guys know.

I also just had a look around the site.

It is very clean, but my main issue is FEES for depositing. I find that disgusting. So i will not be depositing here unless they remove fees for ewallets.

And its a shame, because it looks to be a very nice casino too. Even has some slots i been wanting to play that other casinos do not have.

So remove fees and u got me as a customer, otherwise, no thanks :)
 

Rizk have a fee and they are the 2nd favourite casino on here in the accredited list, don't understand why casinos who charge a fee are rated highly.
