Well deserved, This is the casino where my small weekly budget has gone this week.

Not been able to test withdraw times yet, but i saw in the review video they state around 12 hours processing time. that is not that great, but i hope they get faster in the future.

The reversal is not correct Brian i waited on my first withdrawal for well over 16 hours & could & did reverse the withdrawal & lost it £800 quid, im used to getting payments done within a few hours , this casino sent me a very last minute e mail to ask for another proof of address the following day, although i had already sent one in , then sent another via mail & upload & still have heard nothing , not very good in my book to be honest .:mad:
 
I checked your account, the delay was because your request was made at 10.38pm
and one of the docs you sent in needed replacing which we only received the next evening.
Most verifications and payments take less then a few hours in the morning following a late night request
but sometimes the first one can take a bit longer

I was going to play here tonight, was going to deposit £51 for the super spins wheel spin. However, I logged in on one pc, then tried to login on my main one and I couldn't as 'user already connected'. I tried to find a logout button, couldn't, went to ask live chat and it was in (what looked like) polish. Tried on PC where I wasn't logged in and it isn't available unless you login. Well thats helpful seeing as I was having problems signing in.
So gave up and went elsewhere.

Regarding deposit fees. In the last thread it was mentioned that we pay for them at all casinos, just maybe not as an up front cost. I disagree. I deposit at Videoslots, no charge. Withdraw, no charge. I get free spins, I get cashback, I get race winnings, all no wagering. Unless they are altering the RTP of the slots then I fail to see how I am paying the same 2.5-3.5% fees by spending my money with them. I play at plenty of other casinos who don't charge fees either. 3.5% for Skrill is ridiculous, I'm sure there are some out there, but I have never paid to deposit with Skrill anywhere, including the ones that charge for card deposits.

Can I just point out too, on the review, the pros and cons are different at the top and bottom of the page.

Finally made a deposit - but I've looked for where I can send in my id verification bits and bobs for approval but i cant seee anything anywhere. Fussy I know but for my peace of mind, when I am somewhere new I prefer not to play until I know my ID has been verified and any withdrawals are subject to normal every day processing times (without bonus taken) (for my minion data :)

Any clues? is it an email request from them maybe rather that upload to site?

OH PS. one big negative! charging me for a deposit sucks big time - go the guts way and charge on a withdrawal - much happier to pay when i have won something not when I'm probably on a losing streak and every penny counts!

I cant recommended that Casino at all.

Accredited says:

Support is answering with automated messages and answering takes long.

Great Stuff

Problem with withdrawal

So i just played at PlayOJO Casino. After several losses, i made a big win 3 days ago but i am STILL waiting for my pending withdrawal.

I made two deposits with Directbanking (SOFORT Banking) about 100 and 200 Euro. Both within 50 minutes.

Yesterday i spoak to an VIP Agent, that my verification was successful and all documents were fine. But she also says that ONE of the deposits were not booked at PlayOJO although both were withdrawn from my Bank Account. I uploaded both withdraw statements.

I NEVER expirienced that sort of delaying tactics in any other online casino. Each contact with one of the Agents ends with:"our financial departement will take care of this and you withdrawal will be proceeded very soon"

I just remember the withdrawal mail with the word "FLASH" in it. :mad:

Maybe Krystal_EGO can finally solve my problem.

it does get frustrating waiting I know, but sometimes the first withdrawal can take a bit longer then usual

Problem with Playojo.

I sign in, no problem. I deposit , no problem. Everything looks ok.

When i try to spin some slot i get error at i cannot play real money. After talk with chat support, reason is at i make self-exclusion on some other casino and some licence reason i cannot play here either.

Ok, i understand and accept it. But how can i know i cannot play some very new looking casino?...ok maybe i have to search some licence information before i sign in. Not sure how i make it... Easier is at casino check that meanwhile i try to sign in or at least when i try to deposit. Playojo dont do it, just send me email, at welcome to casino etc etc.

Problem is now at my deposit is still inside casino and they dont wanna send it back same way (Trustly) how i deposit. They ask my Neteller or Skrill account , what i dont have it. I ask if they can use some other method.

Now after one week they dont proceed it this withdrawal any way and stop answer my questions.

I agree, I always want to have my account verified BEFORE I start depositing anything after my first initial deposit, so far I have been waiting almost a week to get verified and that is despite asking 3 times on their online chat if my account is verified to be told they would chase it up and I would get confirmation in the next couple of hours. I have been depositing my money elsewhere whilst waiting!

Its fantastic if your casino have some check-in process like other casino have. If player already make this self-exclusion on same licence casino, then you dont let them sign in or deposit.
I face this situation many times and nobody hurt then. Now you get bad reputation from players because case like this.

my bad, i was mistaken about the date you sent your ID
but anyway your refund is on the way so we are cool now

regarding SE and notifying players, we have just initiated a process that will do the job. Another thing players can do is click on our license information so they will see all the casinos in our Network under the same license and avoid any of them if already Self excluded. This was a CM request and we were one of the first casino groups to respond and add it to our websites.

Trouble is alot of players would not even know they was self excluded from said actual site, let alone a sister site, they may be simply pissed off due to losing and decide to shut account not relising they have SE or even CS took it the wrong way and SE the player when they just wanted account closed.

Even so, many players would not know about all this licencing thing or that casino even had sister sites and better still most of the links to the commission on casino sites do not work right. plus casino are getting bought or changing platforms on a daily basis, plus new sites opening up

This case you got it half right by not letting the player have a spin but to should not really get to that point, Would it not be easy to set up before signing up a simple name and date of birth box? There would not be many people with the same name and D.O.B

I personnly have not got a problem with your sites and do have a odd deposit across the group, Plus you are a great active rep

Just a heads up re verification docs for OjO -

All the usual stuff asked for, but in addition they ask for a "Deposit confirmation form" that has to be signed. The way it is worded, it seems mandatory, however when querying what was needed with support. that document is only needed if they ask for it.

Perhaps OjO should reword it better so it's more clear for new customers.
 
Hi I am to make my first deposit. BUT not really happy you have fees for deposit at least withdrawals could in some way be accepted but on deposits is really bad even on neteller??? no other good casinos that I use has any fees on deposit and nothing with neteller. :eek:

Also I received offer posted below. How come you give me a nice offer deposit £10 and get 50 spins when minimum deposit is £20? Just wanted to apologize for my very negative vibe. And instead say I am actually thankful for the chance Ojo Casino gave me with getting 50 free spins. I only won around £4.55 from them but though i actually like this newer slot Fairytale Hansel Gretel slot. I just wanted to update that Krystal got back to me and because of her great help the casino manager showed very big goodwill and actually today this afternoon credited me the 2nd deposit back to my account and even added free spins as well as gesture.

To also tell the full story for you who know i actually managed to win almost £200 and said i would withdraw at least £100........hmmmm :o:( I never did as i wasted my whole balance down to zero.

Krystal - Sorry to be a pain - tiny problem -- I played those 20 spins on ninja and won £20 (ish) it said it would be credited to my balance but it didn't. Do I need to stay in that slot or something or did I lose them myslef by doing something when i left that slot?
