    Casinomeister's Verdict

Until this casino pays its players from their previous business venture, I would avoid them.

Please note: BetfashionTV and all UKGC Casinos no longer accept credit cards.

Betfashiontv.com is a brand owned by Fashion TV Gaming Group, a company incorporated under the laws of Curacao – woo woo.

In October 2017, we published a warning: BetFashionTV : rebranded from BetFTV, expect trouble – this stemmed from a warning given from thePOGG which reported on the attempt to rebrand themselves from BetFTV to BetFashionTV. The main issue was that BetFTV had gone rogue, had its license pulled by Curacao, and there were a few player issues that were not dealt with properly. Some of these players were owed money.

I could understand that a casino having financial problems would shut down. But if or when it would reappear (in whatever brand), it would honor its debts. After our initial rogue listing, I was contacted by the owner who wanted to make it clear that they did not have the old database – that he needed this information in order to pay them.

Anyway, when we published the initial “warning” in our forum, there was a “blackhat SEO” attack on these links. Let me explain:

Normally, when an article goes live on a website people will discuss it in social media, sometimes ending up in a news feed, or referenced elsewhere. These are organic links – they grow on their own in a natural way. The more links you have to your site – organic link – the better your site will appear to search engines.

Webmeisters like myself try to publish bona fide awesome articles that will appear elsewhere, naturally, and this is a “white hat” Search Engine Optimization strategy. Provide good content and you will be rewarded with decent traffic.

And for every decent ethical webmaster, there is the opposing side of good content: the spammers, the hackers, the black hat SEO douchebags. These are ethically challenged a-holes who attack websites like Casinomeister, thePogg, or OnlineCasinoReviewer (RE: Negative SEO Attack. What these cretins do is upload the URL of a page that they want to attack on pornography sites, websites that promote pharmaceuticals, or websites that have a negative standing in any Internet community. Enough links coming in from sites like these can affect a webmeister’s rankings in the search engine – in fact, your site might even get blacklisted.

And this is what was done at Casinomeister and ThePogg. Here are some screenshots that prove my case:

After being alerted by the blackhat seo attack from ThePogg: Betfashiontv building bad links to critical sites. We checked our stats. This is what we found.

Here is the growth of links to the site. Wow – what a popular page!

Here are just a few of the garbage URLs we found pointed at our BetFashionTV warning:

Here are some of the garbage domain names. Would you ever visit one of these websites? I think not:

    .

And here is a laugh. ThePogg and Casinomeister’s warning pages organic links compared to BetFashionTV.com:

BetfashionTV blackhat SEO attack organic links.
BetfashionTV blackhat SEO attack organic links.

Coincidence? You be the judge. Now it may be the case that the operator has enemies in the online gaming industry out there, which may be true since it is the same operator who ran Bethedealer years ago. Or it could have been someone in his marketing team who went rogue. I don’t know. All I know is that it happened.

To resolve this matter, we are able to disavow these links with our webmaster tools. I recommend all webmasters to check their stats arduously. You may be surprised at what you may find.

Webmasters ought to join our forum and enroll as a Webby. More information is located here: Webmasters and Affiliates at Casinomeister.
