    Casinomeister's Verdict

Bingo Games launched in 2020 as one of the many brands run by Jumpman Gaming Limited. It offers a decent selection of slots and Bingo games, as well as a solid set of payment options that covers debit cards, e-wallets, and prepaid vouchers. They’re among few UK-facing casinos that currently offer no deposit bonuses, so that might be a huge point for some players.

On the downside, withdrawals are very slow and can easily take upwards of a week, depending on your chosen withdrawal method. We also noticed the live casino is somewhat limited, without any titles from Evolution, which is a big blind spot. Finally, support working hours are only 9 AM to 4 PM, which can be quite inconvenient if you need assistance with something quickly.

At the end of the day, we’re confident that Bingo Games is a legit casino, despite its shortcomings. See our full Bingo Games casino review below for more information.

Assuming we’re talking about the Jumpman Gaming properties licensed by the UKGC we’ve got a mixed bag of history on them with a generally “thumbs up” conclusion: good licensing (obviously); so-so Self-Exclusion policy (having to wait 3 days for the process to complete is far from ideal); Complaints process is up to UKGC standards with a top ADR available to players who wish to press their dispute; track record at Casinomeister is pretty unsatisfying with a consistent pattern of “talk to the hand” responses (or non-responses!) from Jumpman casinos.

We do see that there has been quite a lot of turn-over in Jumpman properties over the years — lots of comings and goings — so keep in mind that players absolutely must verify that the current licensing claims are valid. We’ve seen old Jumpman casinos resurface as zombie casinos using the old Jumpman reputation to dupe players: legitimate and current Jumpman properties are likely safe and good, the zombie sites not so much.

    Pros

    • Decent library of slots

    • Good selection of payment methods

    • Clean and simple design

    • Strong licensing (UKGC and Alderney)

    Cons

    • Support only available 9-4, Monday-Friday

    • Slow withdrawals with a fixed fee

    • Limited live casino with no Evolution games

Bingo Games Casino Bonuses and Promotions

The bonus selection at Bingo Games is limited, but the bonuses that are available might catch your eye. Most notably, there’s a no deposit bonus in the form of free spins, as well as a daily wheel that also gives you a chance to win free spins.

Nothing problematic stuck out to us in the terms either, apart from the fact the casino may still be running behind with updating them. For example, they still mention a 65x wagering requirement even though the new UKGC regulations capped all bonus wagering at 10x the bonus amount. It’s also worth noting that there is a £50 cashout cap for accounts that never made a deposit, which is important to remember if you claim a no deposit offer.

As always, remember to read the terms carefully for yourself and confirm anything that seems unclear with support, as they can change at any time.

    VIP and Loyalty Programs

There’s no loyalty or VIP program at Bingo Games, so no exclusive bonuses or rewards for long-time players or big spenders. The Daily Wheel spins are all you get that remotely resembles that. So, if you’re looking for a good place to play where you’ll get rewarded in the long run, you may also want to check out some of our other casino reviews.

    Banking & Payment Methods

The payment options at Bingo Games are limited, but still more varied than many competitors. You’ll find debit cards, several e-wallets (PayPal, Skrill, and Neteller) along with PaysafeCard for those who prefer the extra safety and budget control you get with prepaid vouchers.

The most disappointing thing has to be the withdrawals. Even for e-wallets, cashouts can take up to 5 working days, which is absurdly slow. Moreover, there’s a fixed withdrawal fee of £2.50 — it’s not as bad as the casino taking a percentage, but still problematic for low-stakes players.

Remember, KYC is mandatory at all UKGC-licensed casinos before you’ll be allowed to play. So, be sure to enter accurate info when signing up and have the necessary documents ready. These usually include a personal ID, a proof of address, and proof of ownership for your chosen deposit method.

    Responsible Gambling

The responsible gambling page at Bingo Games was pretty much what we expected: it provides some useful info in the form of a problem gambling checklist, followed by tips and tools players should keep in mind if they wish to play responsibly.

The responsible gambling tools include deposit limits, timeouts for up to 6 weeks, reality checks, and of course, self-exclusion. The page also points players to GAMSTOP — UK’s national self-exclusion scheme. It allows you to self-exclude from all UK-licensed online casinos if you decide it’s necessary, so we highly recommend you sign up.

    Customer Support at Bingo Games

Bingo Games’ support is basically hidden away, like they don’t want you reaching out. To find it, you have to go to the Help page in the footer, then go to the “I need help — who do I contact?” question in the FAQ. You’ll be able to access the live chat from here, though it’s only available from 9 AM to 4 PM on work days. You can also email them at [email protected], but they don’t reply to emails on weekends either.

Support was a bit slow in our experience, as we usually had to wait about 10-ish minutes every time we tried to get in touch with agents. Fortunately, the wait was always worth it, as they responded to our questions quickly and to the point.

In case you need help outside the live chat working hours, the FAQ section is solid and covers all sorts of topics related to account management, deposits and withdrawals, bonuses, etc. This is always great to see at any online casino that doesn’t offer around-the-clock support.

Bingo Games Casino Experience and Features

As you might guess from the name, the theme of this casino is Bingo, but apart from some backgrounds featuring minimalistic Bingo balls, the site is as clean as it gets. There are no intrusive banners or popups, and the games are the sole focus.

However, there’s a sore lack of practical features, even basic stuff like the ability to bookmark games as favorites or view the titles you recently played — let alone stuff like search filters or tags. While that was a huge disappointment, we were happy to see the site is adapted quite well for mobile play, as it’s smooth and easy to navigate on a smaller screen with no notable performance issues.

    Brand games

    Bingo Games Casino Game Providers

Bingo Games features 30+ software providers, which is a decent selection. When you load up the lobby, you’re instantly greeted by popular titles from the likes of Pragmatic Play, Games Global, NetEnt, and more familiar industry names.

    Bingo Games Slots

Even though the name of the casino might imply otherwise, Bingo isn’t the primary focus here, and slots make up the majority of the game library. The Slots section is also organized reasonably well, with separate subsections for different types of games. These include regular slots, table games, jackpots, and — surprise, surprise — Bingo. We prefer to see some more search and filtering options, as the setup here is quite barebones.

    Live Casino

Bingo Games features a live casino that is just… okay. There many popular titles from established studios like Pragmatic Play Live and Playtech, though Evolution is conspicuously missing. That said, Bingo Games is hardly the ideal destination for those who primarily play live dealer games, but something is always better than nothing.

About the Bingo Games Team and History

Bingo Games launched in 2020, so it’s been around for a while. It’s one of over 100 brands operated by Jumpman Gaming Limited under a license from the UK Gambling Commission (acc. no. 39175) and they also hold a license from Alderney Gambling Control Commission.

They were never particularly responsive at Casinomeister and they had some questionable terms in the past, but at the end of the day, they’re a perfectly legitimate group and they haven’t been the subject of any regulatory action by the UKGC so far.

    Complaints and Track Record

Jumpman-operated casinos never had a great track record at Casinomeister, but they’re licensed in strong jurisdictions and have eCOGRA as their designated ADR. Complaints may take a while to resolve, but you should hopefully have no trouble otherwise.

As always, if you’re worried about issues and want to play at a casino that is quick to respond to player complaints, you should check out our Accredited casinos
