Casino Game Casino Review
A UK-facing casino with a hefty lineup of games
Casinomeister's Verdict
Being a UK-facing casino, Casino Game stands out for its unlimited withdrawal structure, a decent number of games, and a thoughtfully designed promotional package.
Yet, even though they’ve launched in 2020, they’re not without a few weaknesses. There’s the obvious lack of a VIP program in place, and their live chat support isn’t exactly available around the clock.
Overall, however, it could be a place worth a check. If you’ve already visited Casino Game and played there, let us know how it went on our forums.
No withdrawal limits
From the Desk of Max Drayman
Good licensing (obviously); so-so Self-Exclusion policy (having to wait 3 days for the process to complete is far from ideal); Complaints process is up to UKGC standards with a top ADR available to players who wish to press their dispute; track record at Casinomeister is pretty unsatisfying with a consistent pattern of “talk to the hand” responses (or non-responses!) from Jumpman casinos. We do see that there has been quite a lot of turnover in Jumpman properties over the years — lots of comings and goings — so keep in mind that players absolutely must verify that the current licensing claims are valid. We’ve seen old Jumpman casinos resurface as zombie casinos, using the old Jumpman reputation to dupe players: legitimate, current Jumpman properties are likely safe and good; the zombie sites, not so much.

Casino Game Casino Bonuses and Promotions
Casino Games’ promotional lineup is fairly modest, with several seasonal offers, Drops & Wins, and a cash giveaway. Some of those, though, are directed towards new players only, and most of the casino bonuses are tied to a set of eligible games, so a quick read of the terms and conditions should definitely be your top priority.
VIP and Loyalty Programs
In the VIP department, nothing to report. Despite them being around since 2020, Casino Game still hasn’t introduced a proper way to incentivize its long-time players. Hopefully, we’ll see the needle move in the near future, and that’s when we’ll gladly update this casino review.
Banking & Payment Methods
Casino Game didn’t go out of its way to provide its players with lots of deposit and withdrawal methods. We’ve spotted only a few, mostly run-of-the-mill methods, including Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Paysafecard, and a couple of other e-wallets.
In other news, at least they don’t impose any withdrawal limits, but since that’s what they’re required to do based on their licensing, this isn’t exactly Casino Games’ own making.
The withdrawal timeframes are somewhat disappointingly slow, since they’ll need up to 5 business days to process your e-wallet withdrawals and somewhere around 7 days for cards.
On the plus side, they take identity checks seriously, so you won’t be able to play any games unless you’ve sent them over your ID and confirmation of address.
Responsible Gaming
The responsible gaming page at Casino Game does the job. They’ve got a decent questionnaire, several third-party links, and a reasonably clear explanation of how their RG tools work.
Speaking of RG tools, they’ve got deposit limits, a cool-off option, a reality check, and self-exclusion. One or two more tools would go a long way, but we’ll try not to be too nitpicky, at least for now.
Customer Support at Casino Game Casino
Customer support at Casino Game is fairly limited, with their live chat option being available only 09-16h Monday to Friday. Not that we haven’t seen online casinos being largely unavailable, but still it never fails to disappoint us.
They do have a detailed FAQ page as a first line of support, but good luck if you’re having trouble with anything that requires immediate assistance.
The email option is there, but we all know it won’t get your problems sorted any faster than that chat widget that hardly works.
Casino Game Casino Experience and Features
Casino Game uses dark purple and blue throughout the website, but the layout still remains easy on the eye. Nothing jumps at you and grabs you by the throat, and you should be able to find your way around quickly since everything’s neatly laid out.
Nothing notable in terms of special features, though. We’ve spotted the search bar only, and it was a fairly limited one. It’ll only let you search for games based on their title.
As for a fully-fledged app, nothing in that department, either. Still, you won’t really miss an app since the mobile version of the site runs perfectly well in the browser.
Brand games
Game Providers
The provider list at Casino Game isn’t exactly extensive, but given the trusted names that have shown up, our estimate is that you won’t run out of options that quickly. We’ve seen names such as NetEnt, Games Global, Red Tiger Gaming, Yggdrasil, and Pragmatic Play, among others.
Casino Game Casino Slots
Casino Game’s slot library is broken down into several categories, most of which are theme-driven. That’s why you’ll see categories like Gone Fishing, Tales of Egypt, Cosmic Adventure, and the like. It wouldn’t hurt to introduce a couple of filters, too, especially for players used to searching for slots by features, volatility, and similar criteria.
In any case, if you resort to the View all option, you’ll spot staples like Book of Dead, Big Bass Bonanza, Wing of Horus, Irish Luck, Buffalo King Megaways, and hundreds of others.
Live Casino
The live casino section at Casino Game isn’t exactly their strongest suit. At this point, they’ve only got roulette and blackjack listed, and we’re not sure if that’s going to change anytime soon, given that they’ve been around since 2020.
We’ve seen live dealer titles like On Air Roulette, Lucky 6 Roulette, One Blackjack, Grand Blackjack, and several more.
About the Casino Game Casino Team and History
Launched in 2020, Casino Game is operated by Jumpman Gaming, a company which also runs several other casinos, primarily serving the UK, Ireland, Canada, and New Zealand. The site is licensed by the UK Gambling Commission and the Alderney Gambling Control Commission.
Complaints and Track Record
In line with our usual casino rating process, we closely examined Casino Game’s history and complaint record. Turns out, there are no complaints at Casinomeister so far, but given the parent company’s poor reputation when it comes to handling player complaints, the situation definitely warrants a cautious approach.
